Although you never want to have a plumber visit your house, I am so happy that every single time I have needed one, Infinite comfort has come through and did their thing. Even during the holidays, they always seem to be there for me and my family. Thank you so very much for all you do. Oh, I needed to replace my toilet in my upstairs bathroom. They came in on Christmas Eve and were in and out in less than 2 hours.

Wonderful. The whole experience with Infinite Comfort was great. Fabio did a great job on a very hard problem. He replaced the heat exchanger under warranty on a Crown Boiler, redid the piping and replaced the water feed and thermostat. Hes really good at diagnosing the problems. Now the Boiler works perfect. Before I had other companies work on it andthey made a big mess out of it. He knew exactly every part and how it was supposed to work. I called this company because they are on the list on the Crown paperwork.Lauriele who was my contact at Infunite Comfort was organized and pleasant very professional.I am going to use them to service my furnace on a go foward basis. Now I don’t have to worry about it anymore!

We had Infinite Comfort install our air conditioning unit many years ago and the service was provided by Fabio was great. We needed some maintenance done and called for help. Honestly, when JD showed up, I was a bit disappointed until he started doing his thing. He was professional, understanding, explained everything he was doing and gave me great advice in terms of going forward. He was honest and not pushy in terms of trying to sell me more services/parts. We spent a couple of hours together and he was patient, friendly and I enjoyed his visit.

JD and team were phenomenal. Down to earth folks, fair pricing, absolutely insane turnaround time, attention to detail, and professional. They replaced a 10+ yo furnace with a new unit and addressed deficiencies in the system, while navigating the tight space. They were able to identify additional items in my basement which I was planning on fixing, and offered great deals for future work, all within the fair pricing Ive researched online. Calling plumbers/HVAC folks always seemed somewhat daunting, but these guys made it easy, fast, and did it right. I sound like an ad right now, but these guys deserve it.

I hired Infinite Comfort to replace a steam boiler for my house. The removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler occurred on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Here is my review for Infinite Comfort:1). Price paid - Infinite Comfort quoted a very reasonable and fair price for the new boiler, installation of boiler with new pipes as well as removal of old boiler.2). Boiler - Infinite Comfort recommended the Slant Fin boiler. While our old boiler was an old Weil-McLain boiler, this particular model was priced over $1,000 more since it has a better perceived brand name in the industry. While Infinite Comfort could have pushed a similar model to us they recommended the Slant Fin model since it performs the same, has literally the same components, but at a less expensive price point. Props to Infinite Comfort for being honest and educating me on boilers.3). Removal of old boiler - Infinite Comfort took the old boiler out fairly quickly. They started around 9:15am and removed and loaded the old boiler on their truck by about 10:15am4). Installation of new boiler - The owner, Fabio, of Infinite Comfort took the helm in installing the new boiler. He was extremely diligent and laser focused in installing the boiler correctly. Also, he cleaned the work area when he was finished. By the time he was finished it was around 8:15pm. So, about 11 hours from start to finish. Lastly, Fabio was very thorough in explaining how to flush the boiler yearly.5). Would I hire them again? Absolutely!!! The folks at Infinite Comfort are honest, reputable and insured. Also, they take pride in their craft.

This is the most trusthworty and helpful company I have ever dealt with. From the technicians, JD and Fabio, to the office staff, Lauriele. They are honest and does not try to sell you anything. They come in and tell you the truth. Ive dealt with other HVAC company like AJ Perri and 2 out of the 3 times that they came, all they wanted to do was to change out my unit and quoted for over 20K for a new unit.I recommend this company to everyone! Oswald, Phillipe, and Fabio did a ton of intricate, technical, and heavy work. They removed an 87 year old furnace and replaced it with a thoughtfully planned new furnace that supports both a steam and forced hot water system. They worked diligently to get the project done and we have heat again! Not to mention that it’s even better and quieter throughout the house - no more hissing and banging. It’s been a long time since we have come across such a dedicated team. We think that Infinte Comfort’s communications are thorough and timely, and their technicians are at least 300% more knowledgeable, polite, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, than other groups we have encountered in the past. They are also very neat and clean up the work areas. We received a full explanation of the new system and how it works. We highly recommend them.

The installation was complex, requiring a crane to lift the condenser unit onto the roof of a five-story building. Despite the challenge, the price was very competitive. Luckily I came across Infinite Comfort and have been happy with their service, price, and work so far. I never had a single pipe steam boiler system in other states and was clueless as it was going to be my first winter in my new home with the radiator system. Now days it is impossible to find people who would willing to check my boiler quickly, and I was lucky to find infinite comfort on Google. I chose them based on many good reviews on Google and I am glad I did. Fabio came out to check the system. I asked him a lot of questions and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. After initial visit to diagnose, Victor came out today to my house for steam boiler cleaning and radiator valve adjustment. Victor was super nice guy and didnt mind me following him around and asking bunch of dumb questions. He rather took some extra time to explain each step so I could understand how the boiler was working. Overall I had a good experience with this business and I will be using them for any other heating/cooling or plumbing issues.

Infinite Comfort contacted me before they arrived. The technicians were very professional and thorough. My unit outdoors was caked with dirt and debris, so they took the covers off and sprayed water and detergent from the inside to clear the coils and fins. The coolant pressure was good and the unit should be more efficient now that air can pass through the grid. They answered all my questions and took photos at each step to document the work. I’ve always been happy with their service.

An Infinite Comfort rep was able to get me a last minute appointment and was very courteous. Fabio and his associate came to my home, explained everything to me and didnt seem to pressure me into anything above and beyond what needed to be done to get our heat up and running. They replaced my hot water tank and optimized our furnace to get it operating at best capacity. They were polite, tidy with the job, and I could not have asked for better service. Let me start off by saying GOD IS GOOD! My sewer line was backing up. I didnt know who to call and in a moment of desperation, I ended up calling Roto Rooter. I swear they did the bare minimum and the guy that did the carama inspection told me my pipe line was broken. Told me it would be $15,000 to repair and had me ready to fill out an application for a loan. I prayed to God and asked him to please help me on this decision as things are really bad right now and I knew I couldnt do no $15,000 even if it meant making monthly payments.Let me tell you that Infinite Comfort popped in my mind as I had already used them once before to switch out some water shut off valves and it was an absolute pleasure having them (Osvaldo)do it.I called and Fabio came to my home. Fabio put in his carama and determined the the problem was build up in the pipe and the pipe wasnt even broken. Fabio was an angel sent to me that day,a really good guy and a gentleman. He worked out a price for me and came back to power wash the pipe ( Im not sure exactly what its called). Trying to find peace of mind when dealing with an unexpected boiler break down is hard to find. My husband and I purchased a house recently only to have to replace the boiler a few months later. As I received multiple estimates through numerous companies, we finally chose Fabio with Infinite Comfort to do the work. Out of all of the contractors we had come to the house, he was literally the only one who did a thorough check of the old boiler to see if it really did need replacing and also to see if we could save money by replacing a single part. He explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions gladly. Fabio, as well as those accompanying him, were also very professional and arrived on time for each scheduled appointment and assisted in filling out tax rebate paperwork which involved him taking additional time out of his schedule to come by the house. Infinite Comfort did a fabulous job installing the boiler and made our system even more efficient by changing the position of a few pipes, cleaning out the sludge, and adjusting a few gauges. Our heating bill has been basically cut in half. In addition to that, in a lot of cases, once the contractor has been paid in full that is the last you hear from them even if a problem arises. Not with Infinite Comfort. When I thought I had an issue, he was very responsive and responded promptly. With all that being said, the price was right and he sweetened the deal by doing additional work we needed done for free or for a discounted rate. As I said before, trying to find peace of mind is hard to find, but I believe my husband and I have found it with Infinite Comfort. We would totally recommend others to attain that peace of mind also and know that with Infinite Comfort you can finally relax and know that your home is in good hands.

Our HVAC heater died. We made an appointment with Infinite Comfort, LLC. The appointment was scheduled the same day between 2-4 PM. Email confirmation and text message of the appointment was sent to me, as was a text notification when the technicians were on their way. The technicians actually showed up at 1:30 PM, 30 min earlier than their window, which worked out to our advantage because by the time they arrived the temperature was down to 56 degrees. They wore masks and shoe covers. I explained what the problem was. They found the issue within 2 minutes: a dead blower motor in the HVAC unit, causing high limit switch to shut down the unit due to lack of cooling in the furnace. The furnace would shut down 2 min after it was turned on, and give off a burning smell. They showed me the unit that needed to be replaced, the limit switch, the engine, etc. (The blower engine was not rotating at all when the unit was on, so they were not simply lying or trying to sell me a new blower for no reason). Luckily, an identical blower unit was in their van. They showed me what it would cost on their tablet. Some quick google research showed the price to be fair and average for this kind of job. Diagnosis fee was waived. I paid for the replacement, and labor of installing the blower at a fair price. Our technician Osvaldo was straight to the point. He also checked my central AC unit on my request with no complaints or any negative attitude. No BS sales talk of protection plans or yearly contracts, or telling me that I need to replace the entire HVAC (another company tried to pull that), or trying to sell me something I didnt need, or trying to scare me with the urgency of this or that. They answered the questions that I asked, showed me exactly what the problem was, and asked me if I want it fixed. Thats it. The job was done within 1 hour 15 min, they waited 10 min to make sure there were no problems with the blower after the unit was on. Efficient, clean, fair pricing without any nonsense. I definitely recommend this company.

I recently had a bad experience with a different contractor ( AJ Perry) Who turned my heat off saying that I had a major problem with my furnace and was a hazard to my family, they had a sales man in my house with minutes, This whole process made me feel suspicious,so I decided to have a second opinion, Im so glad I did I was able to find infinite comfort who came to the rescue the same day, I decide not to disclosure any Information from the previous contractor, He did his diagnostic found out a part that was bad in my furnace , He had the part in his truck and he was telling me that after replacing that part he could evaluate if my furnace had any potential problem with carbon dioxide leak, I give him the OK to proceed with the repair in the end off the service call turn out that my furnace was perfectly fine, I didnt share with him what happened and he couldnt pinpoint anything that would be a major Concern to turn my heat off.Were going through tough times financially with covid all over the world, Its very nice to know that theres still people out there theyre willing to do the right thing. Replaced Trane two stage control board with 21M51U-843. Technician Fabio was on time and able to quickly identify the control board is not output power to gas valve. He then searched online inventory and found correct replacement part of old furnace. Installation was smooth and test was working. Fabio also suggested replacing correct size air filter and looking out for signs of leaking heat exchanger should it fail in the future. Very friendly and professional technician.

Fabio from Infinite Comfort is Fabulous!My Central A/C unit stopped working in the middle of a recent heat wave. I called my usual service provider who informed me that my 15 year old a/c unit was broken and needed to be replaced. I called Fabio of Infinite Comfort for an estimate to replace the a/c unit. Fabio looked at the a/c unit and immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken capacitor and said the a/c unit didnt need to be replaced, it just needed a part, which he had on his truck! Then he replaced the capacitor, and cleaned the whole a/c unit, working outside in the rain for 2 hours! The whole charge was very reasonable, i did not have to buy a new Central a/c unit! and I had my a/c back on ASAP ! I am very impressed by Fabios honesty and work ethic, he is a very hard worker, and I highly recommend Fabio and Infinite Comfort !

My first experience with Fabio at Infinite Comfort was in 2016 when I called for an estimate to repair my AC system in my Townhome. I was not getting cooling airflow on the third floor. Fabio spent 30 minutes or more examining the system. He is extremely knowledgeable and is honest and detailed in explaining what was wrong in understandable terms to a lay person. He did not push a replace the entire system as another firm did explaining the issue was incorrect duct work; cleaning the dirty coils would help some as well as using magnetic covers over some vents. Fabio came up with 3 solutions at fair prices; none was to replace the entire systemwhich would not solve the issue. He prioritized his recommendations. Fabio was a gentleman, very knowlegeable, honest, thorough and acting in my best interest. I intend to recommend Fabio (Infinite Comfort) to the owner of my unit to use his services. He could have lobbied for duct cleaning but for solid reasons said it was unnecessary. If you need HVAC or plumbing specialist service ; call Fabio at Infinite Comfort!I called Fabio again this May 2018 for another Townhome which I had just bought to tune my A/C and Furnace and other maintenance. He explained the system to me and did another great job for me. I signed up for his annual maintenance contract because I feel he is very good, honest and prices fairly!Ed

I cant recommend Infinite Comfort highly enough. I returned from vacation during a hot streak to find my central air on the fritz. I called Infinite Comfort on a Thursday afternoon and two technicians came over Friday morning and diagnosed the problem which required replacing a fan motor on a unit no longer being made. Mark, the head of the company, called me later that afternoon and said hed find the part and come the next day to repair the unit. And he did. Did I mention this was the Saturday of July 4th weekend? And that Mark charged me significantly less than his estimate? And that the unit is now working well? Im a huge new fan (no pun intended.)

Wow. I dont really know how to explain how positive our experience with Fabio from Infinite Comfort was today. We are very, very happy with the service and price we received and we recommend Infinite Comfort to anyone who need HVAC work done.Our Carrier central A/C unit is almost 20 years old (were its third owner). We have lived here for 7 1/2 years and havent serviced the unit at all (a mistake we will not continue!) The unit started making terrible noises in the evening five days ago, and then just stopped working later that night. It was a hot stretch, so I quickly did online research, made a few calls and had a service guy from a well-regarded company over to help us the next day. He spent a lot of time back and forth in and out of the house, explained a lot about the components of a central A/C system and how they work, and then told me our options. He said the unit was old (1999) and beyond the normal lifespan of such things. He said for sure our fan motor was bad, there might be a compressor issues he couldnt figure out right then, some bad electricals and possibly a clogged TXV down near the evaporation coils. He said we could use trial and error to replace parts in sequence over time to see which repair might fix the problem, but it would be expensive (as parts for old machine can be), time consuming and still not identify what if any repair might be the one or how long that repair would hold up on an old unit like this. The Internet told us that on average A/C unit last 10-15 years, so we decided to get estimates on replacement.While waiting for our repair guys company to send its replacement estimate I made appointments with a few others to come quote us prices. Fabio from Infinite Comfort was the first to arrive. He inspected our system, answered some questions about ducts, vents and airflow, and explained some add-on options we might want with the replacement (e.g., a better air filter unit, new humidifier, etc.). He then asked if we wanted him to check out our current unit just to see if he could figure out why it wasnt working.He spent about 5-10 minutes pulling the unit apart and reconnecting all the parts the service guy had left disconnected. He tested a few things and told us the unit itself was older, but was a Cadillac. He said it needed a cleaning, but that he thought the only thing wrong with it was a bad fan motor, which he had on his truck. He a said no guarantees, but he was pretty sure that would fix it. About $600 rather than thousands. We said do it! About 5 minutes into that work, and Fabio came back in to tell us it wasnt the motor but rather than fan blade that was broken and thats why it wasnt turning or cooling the compressor properly. He called a local supply house, but it was after noon on a Saturday so they were closed. So Fabio studied the fan blade again for a minute, took it out to his truck, and FIXED the stupid thing!!! He said this old unit was high end when it was purchased, and was still durable for years if it was re-charged a bit and then maintained. So overall Fabio repaired our unit fan, he cleaned the filters and the unit itself, put about 3 1/2 lbs of freon in it (the older R-22, which he had on his truck) and added a leak sealant to the system because it took more Freon than he was expecting and we back online!!Now we have a functioning A/C that has been cleaned and re-charged for the first time in who-knows-how long for about $700, instead of spending what was looking like $4,000 - $7,000 for a new unit sometime (hopefully) in the next month!!You pray that you can find contractors and technicians that know what theyre doing and treat you fairly. Sometimes you find them. Sometimes you dont. Fabio and Infinite Comfort are exactly that. If this unit ever does give out on us, they will have the replacement business from us without hesitation. If for some reason our unit completely fails in the next year, Infinite Comfort will give us 50% of today’s bill as a credit towards any replacement we do through them.

I have used his services multiple times at various homes and each time he is easy to communicate with, affordable, and a quality serviceman who knows everything about HVAC systems. He makes you feel like a consumer who can trust him with your home and business that he will do an excellent job. I had used HomeAdvisor to schedule an appointment with an HVAC contractor for same day service. Infinite Comfort was the recommendation and Fabio DaSilva was able to make an appointment same day. He came ontime and inspected my air conditioning system and took it apart to look at the blower and cooling coils. He recommended a solution to use Aeroseal to seal gaps in my system, which is a product he does not provide, but it shows integrity to recommend a product that he does not handle.
