I called Hensinger because of a leak in my utility room and requested an emergency fix. They were at my home and had the leak fixed within half an hour. They were unable to reset the water softener and advised me to call the water softener company to come out and address the computer board issue causing the problem.Thank you very much for your kindness, prompt action and direction -- I am very appreciative.

My husband called and made an appointment with them 2 weeks ago and they did not show, with no call to reschedule while I waited for them all day. This time was blamed on a glitch which I do understand can happen but it seems to be an ongoing issue. The time before they were late and came after we called them about it and then never sent a bill. We looked at eachother a few weeks later like did we pay them? thankfully were honest people and called or they would not have gotten it. If they get some organization we would be able to see the quality of their work but until then I can only give a 1 star.Since then I did get our units serviced. The techs are nice and professional. Came out when scheduled and were very quick thank you!

I was in the market to have central air installed in my home and most companies were either booked really far out or wouldn’t take the time to come give an estimate. I found Hensinger on Google and called requesting a quote and the owner came out that evening and I had a quote later that night. I decided to use them for their services and had nothing but a great experience. They were very responsive and respectful of my time as I had relocated home for work. When they left that evening, all I was left with was a cool house as they had went above and beyond with clean up. I will trust Hensinger with any and all of my future HVAC needs.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Called to have a leaky toilet fixed. I told tech on phone that it most likely needed replaced. He went to warehouse to pick up new toilet for me. He replaced toilet with expert precision, in a timely manner. Who can complain about same day service Thanks to Beau foryour professional installation of new toilet. Its a great up-grade!

First think was an inspection and then we were given a quote not an estimate to replace out old hot water heater. We went tankless and he gave us his professional recommendations. They showed up on time ( even a little early which I like ) and went right to work. They explained everything and we are quite pleased. I would 100 % recommend them. Good guys. I call them for all of my heating and AC questions and problems. They also fixed a leaking/broken valve in my laundry room. I will probably be needing a whole new AC system installed before too much longer. They will be guys getting the call for the installation. 5/5 stars. Highly recommended!
