Good experience/good people. Dueys was at the house within an hour. Efficient and friendly, would use again. Work is not billed onsite, Dueys will mail your bill. Rate if I remember right is $137/hour.

Its hard to find good help at a reasonable price from people you can trust. Dueys is all of that and more. This company has earned our business for life. We are fairly new to having septic. Not only did they correct a preexisting issue for us, but they also took the time to educate us on the problem to avoid it from happening again. This is the ONLY company we will recommend to our friends and family for plumbing needs.

Dueys plumbing is the best! My property management company has used them extensively for several years and has always been happy with their service. My own home had some issues over the weekend....a leak under my home. Unfortunately Dueys does not do after hours or weekend calls, so I had to go with another local plumbing company. The other company came out and said they would have to cut through the brick on the outside of the home to get to the issue, but would get me a bid on the job. Later that evening I smelled gas in the home and we had to call the other local company back out. They could not find the leak so they turned off the gas. Had NO heat or hot water! Monday called them since they had come out over the weekend only to be told could not get to it today...would be sometime the coming week. It was cold with temps in the 40s! So called Dueys Plumbing. They came out and not only found and fixed the gas leak, but determined that cutting through the brick or ripping apart my kitchen cabinets was not necessary saving me thousands of dollars!! I TRULY LOVE THESE GUYS AND Mr. Duey you are the BEST!!!!

I’m pretty sure this is the company our landlord is using. They got here quickly and are friendly professional people. They are also patient with curious kids. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Awesome! Called them out 2 years ago to fix a busted pipe, they had it fixed in no time. They came out today to fix a sewer clog and had us squared away in a jiffy at a much better price that I got from the rooters. Highly recommended!

Got myself in a jam. Re-tiled my master bedroom and bath. When taking out the toilet I broke the flange an easy fix but the last time someone replaced the flange they Jerry rigged it. Did not know what to do??? Made some calls and these guys came out and not only fixed my problem but were the most professional and dedicated individuals I had dealt with. They truly took care of the issue! As long as I live in Harker Heights I will never use another company.

Great service, had no trouble with them coming out and fixing my outside faucet. They also take debit over the phone which is a real convenience since I dont carry check blanks.
