    I’d call Carroll Service Co. again without hesitation. Gabe responded immediately to my initial cal, communicated effectively, was on time for our appointment. Throw in the fact he’s cordial and will complete the job in a job timely manner, and you’ve found your new electrician.He installed an EV wall connector for me at a very reasonable price. I recommend calling if you need an electrician.

    Gabriel called me back promptly after I sent a work request out to multiple companies. He was a straight shooter and I explained what other quotes I was getting and he detailed what he believed the service should cost. He came over in an hour after our phone call and installed a 60amp breaker and hard wired it into my Tesla Wall Connector for a GREAT price. Now I can finally charge at the full 48amps and everything is running great! He’s my electrician guy now!

    Gabriel came to my house upon my request as my neighbor gave me his number. The box that holds the electrical equipment that shows the electrical usage was falling off my home. Electric company told me that this was my expense to fix. Gabriel came and gave me several choices to fix. The one I chose was for him to fix it while he was there, didnt want it to come all the way off. He put the box back on the wall and sealed it now everythings perfect. He was very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding electrical current. Couldnt have gotten a more perfect person than that of Gabriel. Thank you very much sir.Karen

    Gabe Carrol was fantastic with installing a plug for my new EV vehicle. He showed up early for his appointment, communicated very well, was professional with every question I had for him, made sure I understood what was being installed, and even had to make an extra trip to grab some parts to finish the job (this was my fault for not explaining correctly exactly what I needed). Mr Carrol was flexible on the job as well. My wife works from home and he was able to accommodate us with the coordination needed to get the job done. He kept the work site clean, finished on time, and was very competitive with his price. 100% would recommend !

    Gabe has helped us out a few times and is now our go-to guy. He replaced all our outdoor lighting, some switches in the house, and some things we were clueless on, like when some kitchen appliances stopped working but the breaker hadn’t tripped. He’s a good, trustworthy guy and wouldn’t steer you wrong. Highly recommend!

    Called Gabe because we had bought potable room air conditioners for 4 upstairs bedrooms. They were tripping the fuses for the bedrooms. Gabe came in and explained that they were drawing too much voltage for the fuses in the electrical box. I asked him if we could just put in a higher fuse and he explained the fire hazard that doing that would cause. He told us the correct way to do the upgrade and gave us an estimate for the work. He came out the next day and completely finished all the rooms, into the garage and electrical box. He also put in 4 new outlets with their own fuses in the garage. It was an all day project, but it was completely done in 1 day. Everything is working great, and looks perfect. We now have no worries about overloading a fuse and having a fire hazard in our panel. Each air conditioner we bought draws 10 amps, not a light load with everything else that’s in the kids bedrooms. Excellent workmanship and professional with the entire job.

    I’ve hired Gabriel at Carroll Service for several projects including wiring for a garbage disposal and reattaching an electrical box to the exterior of the house. He is a very knowledgeable electrician. He is consistently on time, clear with his pricing and work plans, and I’ve always been able to schedule service calls within a few days.

    If you’re looking for that guy that will just get the job done right the first time and won’t over charge you. Gabe is your electrician. From start to finish he was professional, easy to talk to (literally we chatted the whole time) and had all the knowledge to fix my electrical issue. Also, he doesn’t charge what the big corps charge, doesn’t upsell, just tells you what you need to fix it and potentially what you could get if you want to prevent it from happening again… will be using Gabe for all my future electrical needs from here on.

    Second time Ive had Gabe come out to get some electrical work done. This time around, he installed an EV charger and a whole home surge protector. As before his work was clean and high quality. He was quite efficient too and knocked the entire job out in just under an hour. He cleaned up the area where he worked, leaving no scraps or anything behind. Very professional and great communication.I also really appreciate that he lays out different options for you when he arrives, so you can get an idea of different costs and solutions. His pricing is very fair, and he doesnt try to tack on extras that you didnt ask for. Really nice person, will definitely use him for any electrical needs going forward. Strongly recommended.

    I had a minor emergency right before the cold snap when a critical circuit breaker failed to turn back on. One call to Carroll Electric, one texted photo to ensure he had the part with him, and an hour later Mr. Carroll was at my door to fix my problem. 15 minutes later I was all fixed up. Thank you to Carroll Electric for being so quick, responsive and reasonably priced. Will definitely do business with them again!

    I called CSC to have a broken light switch repaired. They were able to make an appointment for the next day. Gabe came out, 30 mins earlier than the start of the appt window. He was thorough, courteous and professional. He was able to resolve the issue on the first trip and the price was extremely fair considering how fast he fixed the issue (less than 2 hours) and for going in the attic on a hot TX day. I will definitely call them again if/when needed.
