In 2019 we started a complete remodel and rebuild of a commercial building with a different contractor. 6 months later the project came to a halt when the builder could not get subs to complete a portion of the project and honestly it felt like they did not have the capability. For almost 2 months the project went no where and the building sat exposed to the elements with the front facade removed. We had to fire the original contractor and hired Rosco. They got the project back on track and they finished on time and at our original budget. Ross was great to work with and there was good communication. The space turned out great! I wish we had been with them from the start but grateful for how they helped us when we were struggling to complete this project.

Ross was great to work with and made sure that everything went smooth. He has a professional crew and they made sure everything was just how I wanted it. I would highly recommend him!
