    My husband and I are in the middle of a big house reno. New roof, siding and windows! We were referred to WOW by our roof/siding installer. WOW replaced 10 windows, 2 bay windows and installed a patio door for us and I am THRILLED with how everything went.Karl, the original salesman we worked with, is SUPER DUPER friendly and professional! He understood exactly what we wanted and quoted us incredibly fair prices. We later ended up working with Carl, the owner, who was also just as great to work with! The communication with WOW is top notch! They continued to update us on the window ordering status often and had everything installed in the time frame we needed, which we are so grateful for!We are so impressed with the quality of the windows, the customer service AND the installers. The two install techs were super friendly, patient with our dogs who wanted to constantly say hello, very professional and informative! They cleaned each window after install, made sure the trim fit perfect, nail holes were filled and cleaned the area they worked in as well. The ONLY negative we experienced was the front desk lady we spoke to in person and on the phone is not the friendliest. Other than that, we are incredibly happy and thankful for Windows of Wisconsin and proud to give a 5-star rating!!!!!

    Josh came for a service call and happily tweaked our glass and front door, screen sliding door as well as our glass door locked. He check and rechecked that everything was in proper working order. Also showed/explained what he tweaked. In addition I had 3 window screens that had the beginnings of holes. He happily replaced them. I appreciated that he came on time, took off his shoes to go on the carpeted areas and that he was a happy person!TYSM Josh!

    We had all of the windows and 2 sliding doors replaced in our built-in-1986 home with Infinity by Marvin products. The windows/doors are beautiful and so much easier to use than our old ones.Alex H’s crew was extremely professional and hard working: they were short-handed for a couple of days (who isn’t short-handed these days?) and still managed to get through everything during the original estimated timeframe. Alex made sure I was informed and brought decisions to me in a clear and concise manner. Everything looks great, thank you Alex and team!The sales experience was so much better than the experience we had with Pella: Marshall walked us through our options, made recommendations, and answered our questions—just the kind of no pressure, no gimmicks experience I expect from a great Midwestern company.The communication of the scheduling of our installation could have been better, but the overall experience is still worthy of 5 stars!

    We knew going in that we weren’t buying the cheapest windows out there, we got the Cadillac. Salesman Thom took the time to guide us through the options to help make 9 windows affordable. Much appreciated. Expert craftsman Sean,Glen and DE installed our windows perfectly. They were also neat and clean and answered my dumb questions.     Windows of WIsconsin is the ultimate professional provider of Marvin Windows and installation of them. They gave us a great price on a new patio door, exactly the door we wanted. Trim was perfectly stain matched to our existing trim. The installers did a perfect job inside and out. The even put down cloth runners and big pads to protect our floors. You will get the best products, best price and best installation service. And besides all that, they are fun to work with.

    Windows of Wisconsin did a great job replacing our windows! Some of the old windows were 30-40 years old and they made the place look like new again, inside and out! They have a very courteous staff , and did the work in a timely manner. They left the job sight clean. The new windows are good quality and beautiful.     We hired Windows of Wisconsin to replace some of the large 20+ year old windows in our home. Thom was very knowledgable about their products and steered us toward Marvin Infinity fiberglass insert windows and also provided useful suggestions on window type--for example, suggesting a canopy window to replace side by side small casements in our kitchen. He also met with us at the showroom after normal business hours, so that we could see the windows prior to signing on. Although everything is slow these days, our windows arrived in a reasonable timeframe, samples of stain matched fiiberglass material were provided for our approval, and the windows were installed in a few days (despite horrible weather that proved a significant challenege to the installers. The installation crew (Chris V., Justin, and Kris R.) were awesome, installing our very large windows in a timely manner and with perfect appearance inside and out, and removing and replacing 9 large windows without damage or a mess left behind. Nobody would ever guess these are not our original windows. The match is perfect and it is impossible to know the inner stained fiberglass material is not wood. I would definitely do business with them again (in fact, I am...we recently signed on for the replacement of the remaining 11 windows in our home!). I think Marvin Infinity may not be the cheapest windows in the world, but represent a great overall value, particularly when purchased and installed by Windows of Wisconsin!

    When my husband and I decided to replace most of the windows and one sliding glass door in our home (all vinyl), we wanted to learn more about and compare the different window materials (vinyl, fibrex and fiberglass), the installation process, and the costs associated with each. We invited 3 different vendors to our home and decided on Windows of Wisconsin. We were impressed with the quality and good value we would be getting with fiberglass windows and we liked that they have their own installers. There was no pressure from our salesperson, Thom, who was very thorough when helping us choose windows for each space in our home.The installation went smoothly, the installers were professional, thorough, respectful and the job was completed in five days. During the post-installation walk-through with one of the installers, I pointed out a few minor adjustments that needed to be remedied, and they were later addressed to our satisfaction. Overall they did excellent work and we love our new windows!

    Extremely happy with the windows that were installed by Windows of Wisconsin. Installation was done in April 2017. Our sales rep, Patrick was very friendly and professional. He made the decision to go with the company very easy. No high pressure sales pitch. He presented the product information in a very clear and comprehensive manner. Pricing was very reasonable when comparing to other companies in the area. Scheduling was easy as they were very flexible. We had seven replacement windows done and the installers did them without any issues at all. They were completed in one day. Everything was installed just as it should’ve been and it was cleaned up without a trace. Installers were also friendly and professional. The windows we chose were white vinyl replacement windows and they function exceptionally well. Very smooth operation and seal very tight. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

    Met salesperson Matt at the February 2022 Home Show in Appleton. Selected Windows of Wisconsin over two other vendors to replace all of my leaky, nonfunctional 1929 era windows and 1960s era storms. Waited until July for windows to be manufactured and then stain matched to my dark cherry trim. Professionals Mike, Travis, Jordan and Jon installed 24 windows with great attention to detail! I love how this project turned out: The style complements my character home and I’m noticing improved energy efficiency already!

    We purchased a ten-year-old home and wanted to upgrade the windows.We contacted six companies. After about a month of research Windows of Wisconsin came out on top.They were the ONLY company that removes the siding before installing the windows.They install the windows like new construction with a “nail flange”.Having built homes myself years ago, I can tell you they do it the right way.From Matt the sales person to the office and the install team they are top notch.We could not be happier with the entire company. Fairly priced and excellent service.

    We are very pleased with our new windows. The crew reported on time as scheduled. They were very respectful of any questions we had. It only took 2 days for them to complete the job and we had 7 windows plus they wrapped the trim of the access door and window for the garage. After the walk-through there were only a couple minor things that need to be fixed. I was surprised about that as when we had another competitor replace a bay window for us, we never even had a walk through. Even though they are a little more expensive, it is well worth the money.

    We had some very old and very large windows to replace in our home. Our salesperson, Matt, really listened to what our goals were with window replacement and came up with a great design plan. Communication was always very timely, even on evenings and weekends. It took almost 5 months from the first meeting to installation, but it was well worth the wait. The installation team was friendly, courteous, professional, and skillful. We noticed the immediate change in our home in regards to quietness and no more cold drafts. The follow up with Matt after the install was timely and he thoroughly checked out everything inside and out to make sure all was done correctly. When putting the windows in, the team was very polite and did a great job.     What a great experience for a major home purchase! From the first meeting with the sales person Tom through the installation and inspection the WoW team made sure we were happy with the product and installation. We were perhaps the first customer to ask for black sills and there were some issues matching the touch up paint sheen. They went back to the shop to work on a solution to the problem and then sent their top notch installers to work through the problem at our house and gave us options to ensure we were happy with the results. Corey and Sean did a great job as well as the rest of the team! Its difficult to find a company out there that works tirelessly to make sure the customer experience is second to none, but Windows of Wisconsin definitely falls into this category!

    Windows of Wisconsin is a wonderful company to contact for your homes’ window issues. Our particular issues were two bedroom windows in which the glass was clouded over with moisture and markings. After the initial contact was made, an appointment was scheduled with the sales and planning associate, Marshall. He was outstanding, very thorough, and knowledgeable. The windows were ordered from a company located in Wisconsin which I appreciated, buying local. The three installers assigned to our project were skilled craftsman, and highly experienced. Their focus on quality was demonstrated throughout the installation as well as the final cleanup, WOW! What a great team.I highly recommend Windows of Wisconsin, a great company!

    I had 11 windows replaced in my house 2/2022. Salesperson was not pushy like others I met with. I believe a decent price for the windows - comparable to the others. Took 4 months to get them, a couple weeks before they thought. Kept me up to date on the whole process. Install was awesome, couldnt even tell they were here. On the last day, contractors showed me how to use them and all the features. Then salesman comes out to look at everything a few days later. Very impressed with the whole process. Not a cheap project but they were awesome! Love my new windows!!

    We were impressed with their salesman, Marshall. No pressure. He came in, gave us an estimate and said let me know what you decide. Other salesmen had said sign now or this price is gone.Marshalls price was reasonable and considerably less then others.Luke and Nate did the install. Very professional and knowledgeable. One of our windows was cracked in shipment, so they completed the install, ordered the replacement glass and came back later to replace the broken glass.Very good quality windows and excellent Customer Service!     We recently worked with Windows of Wisconsin on some replacement windows. Our salesman Thom was very pleasent and helpful. Adam and his installations crew were very respectful and efficient. The installations went smoothly. Post installation they followed up with a detailed inspection and found some imperfections which we would have never noticed. They are working dilligently to correct the problems. We are very pleased with the qualtiy, installation and price and highly recommend Windows of Wisconsin.

    We are replacing the cheap windows that were installed in our house when it was built 11 years ago. We met with Thom Kohlbeck last fall to discuss our window project. Thom was very informative and answered all of our questions and got us pricing on replacement windows for the whole house. Absolutely NO high pressure!! Which was very refreshing after the experience we had two other window suppliers. We decided to split the project in 2 phases. So we had the sliding patio door and the 5 windows on the front of the house done on 4/10, and we will do the rest of the 12 windows in 2024. The crew at WOW followed the exact process that Thom said they would. We supplied them with a piece of window mounding and they supplied us a sample to show the color match. As promised, the installation date was set up after they received the windows. Our installation crew consisted of Kris, Jeremia & Adam. What a great group of guys to work with! We explained our concerns about being able to use our window blinds with the new windows and they said they would take care it. They covered the floors and removed our blinds. They took great care when they removed the old windows, keeping all the “mess” outside. It was fun watching them work. Very meticulous. They taped each opening, leveled windows, foam insulated inside and out, cased and jammed each window and even rehung our blinds! After they cleaned up, they showed us how the windows operated. We immediately noticed how much quieter it was in the front of the house. We’re anxious to see how they perform this winter. If all goes according to plan, we will have the rest of the windows replaced in 2024. When doing a project involving a significant amount of $$’s it can be a big concern. So far, It’s been a very good experience.

    We met Windows of WI at a home show. There were other vendors that I stopped at, but no other vendor engaged in a conversation with me other than Marshall from Windows of Wisconsin. He answered our questions and we scheduled a consult right away. He came out and provided an estimate and gave us options. He was very honest ,and there was no pressure at all. He is very intelligent and articulate when it came to the product and offered us great advice. When we met him at the showroom, we continued to be impressed with the professionalism and the no pressure approach. We decided to order at that visit and it was the best decision we made. We had our install today. The windows are top quality. I am so happy. The installation crew was very friendly, funny, and very efficient. After they left, there was no indication they were even there. We had decided not do do a few windows that we had initially inquired about, and after the crew left today, I told my husband I just wanted to get the others done!! Thank you so much Windows of WI and Marshall for the exceptional quality in service and product.     Phenomenal company to work with and very professional installation crew. Whole house replacement windows done in about 2 days even in late December. Installation was carried out in a very professional manner and any time options came up with what we would like they didn’t hesitate to ask and offer their input. Even going so far as to show us what lack of insulation we had before and explaining the newer larger openings to allow for proper foam insulation. A few pieces of siding cracked in the cold but they were quick to get replacement pieces and come back out to fix it.

    From the initial meeting with the sales person through the installation, the people representing this company are very responsive and courteous. I had what basically amounted to an entire house of windows (21 out of 27) replaced. The crew had all 21 windows placed/installed in ONE day despite the fact that one window had a mismeasure and required some creative engineering. The crew leader was very respectful of my concerns and accomodated all my requests courteously. The only area for improvement would have been a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanup, but I was impressed with the workmanship and am very pleased overall. We put all Marvin Infinity windows in our last home and W.O.W. just installed a new Marvin patio door at our current home.     Windows of WI just completed replacing all of the windows in our house. It was a large project with 25 individual windows. We had secured a few competitive estimates during the sales process. But after a visit to the showroom and a few consultations with our salesman Thom, and we knew we had found a quality replacement window and a great company to work with. The estimating and contracting process was smooth and WoW kept us apprised during the manufacturing lead time with regular updates, so we never felt like we were forgotten or in the dark.     We needed new windows and wanted a name-brand quality unit. The Marvin replacements we chose have a fiberglass interior which is custom-stained to match current woodwork. Windows of Wisconsin took great pains to match the stain, and they do it in their own shop, before the windows are installed. As is with remodeling projects, there was an enormous amount of work in taking the old windows out and replacing them. The work was done to highest professional standards. Windows of Wisconsin guarantees their work and will come back at any time after, if there is a problem or issue. This is why we had them replace 4 exterior doors. They use Therma-Tru, and it is a quality door, not the same Therma-Tru that you get from a big box store. Again, install was flawless, due to excellent measuring beforehand. I chose to do the door finish myself, but Windows of Wisconsin will also finish the doors as you wish.

    My wife and I are thrilled with the windows that were installed by Windows of Wisconsin! When we moved into our 90 year old house, that is on the National Historic Registry, it was apparent that the existing windows weren’t going to cut it as they all had putty around the edge of the storm window and frame to keep out the cold. Good luck with that. Also, after replacing 5 storm windows with screens I said to my wife, while on a ladder at the second floor, “we’re done, this isn’t worth it.” I don’t need to suffer a serious injury dealing with out-of-date windows that no longer do their job. When we started looking around the different companies we heard one option was fiberglass. From that moment on we knew what we wanted, they are low maintenance and do not eventually rot. Plus on an old house like ours, they look beautiful as it is not apparent they are fiberglass; they look like wood. It was clear after talking with 4 companies that WOW had the best product. Plus they were not pushy like others were; they don’t need to be, they’re windows stand apart. Marshall handled all our needs and was very knowledgeable about the product and what was needed for installation.Because we had a large order, 35 windows, we were given a large crew. All the crew members were diligent in their work trying to do the best installation possible. The more experienced members were good at teaching and working with the younger ones. Due to the number of windows installed, there were a couple that needed minor adjustments afterwards. WOW was right on it and the adjustments were made and we have tight seals all around. When I can walk around in a T-shirt in winter, I know we have tightly sealed windows that putty and old glass could never match.We cannot recommend WOW enough! From the owner to the newest employee they are all unassuming, which starts from the owner’s style. All the employees told me how much they enjoy working for the company and Carl the owner. I can’t think of a better endorsement than employees having good things to say about their employer. If we ever decide to have the rest of the windows in our house replaced, we will be going to WOW.

    Hired them to replace some old windows, two of which we new needed full frame replacement. The sales person we very knowledgeable, and did not try to over sell us with windows we did not need. He was frank that any new window would be better that the ones we had. He also found the windows we thought needed frames on his own, and the other frames were fine. The crew that did the instillation were very friendly and helpful, we even ended up adding some work for them to do, and they gladly did it, the office just changes the bill to show the extra work we requested. Price seemed very fair, and the windows look great, and appear to function well. We have even noticed the central air working better now too, as I said, the old windows were very bad. All in all I am very pleased with their work and will hire them if a project comes up.

    Crazy market with no response from many vendors or months after requests for quotes. Scott fromWindows of a Wisconsin responded within a week of my request. The final installation took three months after I ordered my custom windows, just as promised. Corey, Travis and Justin showed up 10 minutes early and were done with the install of my six new windows in four hours. My house was left clean inside out. All the old windows and debris were gone. The new windows are large and let in lots of light. They slide so smoothly and are easily removed for cleaning. I am very pleased! They make the rooms look refreshed and new!

    Very professional, high quality, friendly experience on every level.I started shopping for windows 10 years prior to having any installed. (False start 10 years ago, lol.) I had everybody out for quotes…4 different vinyl companies, the overpriced composite ones, looked into other ones in showrooms.In my opinion, none of the others compared with the craftsmanship of these fiberglass marvin infinity windows through windows of wisconsin.,The vinyl options out there were much lower priced, but to me I felt like I could tell why just by looking at and operating them. These fiberglass windows were a middle price point between the vinyls and composites at other companies.Over the years I kept my eye out for any other good options that might be less expensive, but I still came back to Windows of Wisconsin.Installed May 2024, the crew: Jordan, Shawn and Bruce, were very nice, meticulous, hard working. I enjoyed hearing them chat as it was clear they got along well as coworkers.Thom our sales guy was absolutely great as he endured my billion questions as we got all the plans and financing straightened out.And now we are enjoying out 17 new draft free windows .

    We chose Window of Wisconsin because they offered the Marvin the Marvin line of windows. These able to be stained to match your existing woodwork. Matt Gonwa was very helpful in explaining the product and the installation. We got a call 3 days before Christmas letting us know the product was ready for installation and a spot was available the next day for the work to be done. The installers were here at 8:30AM and were done installing our 4 section 9’x5’ casement window by 11:00. We would definitely recommend them!
