I have worked with Josh professionally for 7 years and he has always been a very reliable contractor. Josh explains all the details of the project and listens to the actual need of the customer. Recently I contacted Josh to hook up a home generator system for me personally. Josh and his team completed a consult visit and install within two weeks. Great customer service and a high level of expertise. I highly recommend The Solutionist.

Absolute professionalism! Great two way communication. We had a portable generator installed and Josh explained complete operation of device and then had us perform the actual start up of the unit and Lucas was very knowledgeable of our new appliance, we are completely satisfied and recommend The Solutionist to accomplish any electrical issue you may have! Josh & his apprentice were referred to us by a family friend. They were on time and went above & beyond to get our light switches repaired/replaced without having to wait months or play phone tag!! Josh even recommended a safety check on our electrical box, that actually needed a lot of wires tightened that we were unaware of could be hazardous. They also replaced a light pole in our front yard And sent his apprentice to the store to get a new housing, because the kids had broken a piece of the glass with a soccer ball.We highly recommend Josh and his team!! They are extremely professional, reliable, and trustworthy to get the job done. Thank you 🙏🏽

I asked Josh if he could come and have a look at some work that had been done in the past by someone else after the customer was growing ever more frustrated. Without hesitation he scheduled a time to come in and took pictures of where the problem started and did a write up of why the issue had been happening for us.He was so professional and down to earth, you would never have known the customer was in a bad mood. He had the problem fixed in know time at all.

I called Josh at 11am on a Saturday. He was just leaving to see one of his childrens performances. I had lost COMPLETE power in my home,I was stressed as my wife is having medical issues and power was essential for her. Josh dropped everything, called an associate and was at my home in 45 minutes! They worked all afternoon and got me up and running all while coordinating with WE energies to have them come out to inspect his finished work. He absolutely shattered his day for me and my wife and kept us safe. Just an aside,I met him 2 years ago at an electrical store I had walked into. He overheard me asking about a generator for my home in case of an electrical outage.The guy at the store didnt have any info and Josh took 10 minutes to inform me what I needed to be safe. I asked him for his card and told him if I ever needed an electrician Id give him a call. I always kept that card cause he really helped me out and was so unselfish with his time and good natured. Best move I ever made. Thank God for Josh and his team.

I’ve had some weird buzzing going on in my circuit breaker, so I googled what might cause it. Every post said to contact a professional. Well things get busy, the noise went away, and I just forgot about it.My wife made a Facebook post about it asking for recommendations, and Josh was tagged in the post. I get a message from Josh personally saying we should troubleshoot it for safety, and the next morning he fit me in.If he doesn’t reach out to me, I can guarantee you I would have never followed up on it. Life is too busy sometimes to remember things like this, but it means the world that Josh would reach out with his expertise, then do everything he can to verify there aren’t major things wrong that could put my family in harms way. Beyond grateful!
