Ashton Vines was my service tech today inspecting our unit as we go into the cooler months to make sure all the heating was working properly. Ashton went above and beyond taking pictures, changing the filter, and dusting off my interior vent. He also broke down everything he was doing and was quick and efficient. We had exceptional service from Josh and Cade . It was a tough job and they were very knowledgeable and thorough. We live in an all electric neighborhood and wanted to turn our wood burning fireplace into one with electric logs. We first needed a dedicated plug put into the back of our fireplace. They knew exactly what needed to be done and got to work. We will be customers for life❤️❤️❤️

Accurate Home Services has become a welcome service for me in keeping my air conditioning and electric in good shape. But the true appreciation boils down to who walks in the door and today, Danny Boles was the man on the ground. Danny is always thorough and provides the detail that I particularly appreciate. It was my maintenance check, but he provided several solutions for some problems that have been nagging me. Danny is knowledgeable, kind, patient and relatable and all those things are Important to me as a customer.

Preston Holdman did an awesome job cleaning our air ducts, ac coils and installed an air scrubber. He also had to cut the wall to place another vent for better air flow. Today we had the 24kw generac generator installed by Daniel & Gus, they are by far the 2 best guys we have had working on things. That speaks for itself for the fact we have had many. They were very polite, had great sense of humors which that’s a huge bonus with me. We fed them lunch no they didn’t ask for it they are great guys so they should be properly appreciated. We want them back when our propane gets here they installed it, they have the right to see it to the end. Uh oh my photo guy messed up with Gus in the one picture

Accurate Home Services,The first of this year we had a new A/C system installed inside and outside. Three different times we had servicemen out.I explained that my problem was the front bedroom was not getting enough air.I got three different explanations as to why that bedroom was not getting enough air.Then today JAMES came out:He explained to me that the AC unit had four different blower levels, and mine was set on low. He turned it to medium high.Hallelujah my problem was solved.You need more people like James.

I had a positive experience with Accurate today. I give real reviews. Honestly, I was a bit annoyed by the late arrival, but despite that, they resolved the home issue. I was able to get a same day appointment.Update 3/23/24- I had go use the company again but another maintenance task. Same good experience. No complaints!The phone representative remained professional even when I called multiple times for an ETA. My technician was Joshua, who was super nice and took the time to explain the issue. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it! Being a homeowner can be tough so my family is grateful to have professionals that I can call when things are not working.

They got right to work and was very informative on what needed to be done. They were very professional and courteous. I called Accurate Home Service and spoke to Marrisa ( I hope I got the name right ) she was pleasant and real helpful ,so I made an appointment.Darrell , a supervisor, was the first to come out, he was fair, honest, upfront and knew what he was doing. After that, I was ready for my repairs to get started. Danny arrived, it was evident from the beginning that he has a passion for his craft and is a true professional. This company was very impressive. The lady on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions and work qith me on a time frame that work with my busy schedule. When it time for the tech to come out they sent me a picture of the tech and his arrival time and when he got here (Daniel) was very polite and professional. He help me get my fan installed that I have been wanting up for quite some time and also fixed my 3 way switch in the hall way that has never worked since I have been here mind you I have had other people look at it during a remodel and they couldnt get it fix just replaced the switch. We had a new ac unit installed by this company a month ago. It was never working right and would not cool our house below 80. A technician came out after a few days of it being installed and said everything was in working order. After about 2 more weeks of it still not cooling we called again and they sent another technician out. Ashton did a wonderful job and immediately figured out the problem and even put in extra work to unclog our drain. He explained the issue in detail and our house is finally cooling.

Corey, the tech that came to my residence, was awesome! He was very nice, professional and respectful of me, my home and my things inside my home. He had my unit fixed within 30 minutes to an hour and he didn’t leave until he knew everything was working properly and that the air coming from my vents was cooled to normal temps. Very pleased and will absolutely use them again!

I cannot thank Koyt Rowan enough for helping us get our system up and running. My husband was recently admitted to hospice and our unit didn’t appear to be working. After giving a complete diagnosis of the system, he helped us with a temporary patch to hold us until the work can be scheduled this week. On 5/29 our air conditioner was not cooling. It was a late afternoon weekend day. We are new to this area and was not familiar with any of the local professional repair vendors. After doing a Google search we selected Accurate Home Services. The Office person ( Misty ) was very courteous and answered all of our questions. A repairman was dispatched who was at our home in a very short time. He diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running. At this time Tanner did talk to us about a repair that was going to be eventually needed on the AC Disconnect. On 6/16 the Disconnect did malfunction. I called and spoke with Brooke. She took care of us, immediately sending someone to our home. The AC Disconnect was replaced and the house was cool in a very short. We are very impressed with the personnel that represent this company. They are all personable and professional with a broad product knowledge. I encourage anyone needing home services to give them a call. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Misty, Brooke and Tanner.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! We have had problems with our AC for years. Accurate Air came out last year and we got a game plan to replace. I had to do some modifications to the house. It took me a year to get that done and then to give Accurate Air the go ahead for installation! They were fantastic. People are awesome, the installers were very polite, clean and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

Ac unit wasnt cooling as well as it should. I scheduled a tech to visit in the pm and was able to get a visit the following day. The office called and texted me to confirm and provide notice of when their tech would arrive. Koyt Rowan was sent to check what the issue is. He evaluated the outside unit, inside unit, and quickly inspected in the attic space since I had a new roof installed to ensure the lines were far enough away from the roof that they werent damaged during the new roof install.Upon evaluation of the indoor unit he found the unit was leaking refrigerant and provided me with my options, being top it off for short term fix, replacing the unit under warranty if thats an option, and replacing it out of warranty. He did a good job explaining the differences and costs of each option. He had the office check if the unit was still under warranty, which is was not. I opted to go with refilling the unit for today as work through the process of having the unit replaced. Unit was filled back up and Koyt verified the unit was cooling again.Overall professional while also friendly during the visit. Koyt was friendly with our outside dog while inspecting the unit outside and refilling, mindful to not let the dog outside the fenced area, and patient and friendly with our toddler who wanted to inspect his inspection while inside. He properly and quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me the proof of what the problem was, provided me with my options, and executed on the option I selected.

The AC for my house stopped working Sunday morning at 3:00 am. I called Accurate around 7 or 8 am that morning and asked for a service call. Temps were supposed to get up to 100 that day, so I was worried I could even get someone out there or it would be ridiculously expensive.The lady I talked to was extremely friendly, pleasant and concerned. I later received a text message with the picture of the technician would be arriving.Tech arrived around 9:30 am and the system was back up and running around 10:00 am....on a Sunday!The tech, Wesley was very professional, friendly and I thought the cost was very reasonable considering it was an after-hours call on a Sunday.Really good experience and will be using them again.

My mom’s Ac System wouldn’t turn on when she went to use the first time this summer. It was a Friday night. We had such a hard time getting someone to come out and look at it to see what was wrong. The Companies we did get to come look wanted to over charge her for the repairs and said there was more wrong with the unit than there actually was. I got ahold of Joeseph Combs and he got to work on it right away. He got her taken care of we really appreciated it. Joe couldn’t have made the experience easier if he tried! If you can request your tech I’d definitely ask for Joe.

He really took his time to explain all the ins and outs of what he was checking out on my AC, and then he explained his solution to the problem. Dylan was great knowledgeable, very polite and most of all very very good , I might not have gotten the answer I wanted ,but he did not try to sugarcoat it , I will need the A coil replaced, I will recommend Accurate Air to anyone needing any type or repair or service.Update, The new A coil and condenser came in and Joshua came and installed it, just one minor glitch not even worth mentioning, and my unit is up and running , I want to thank each and everyone that works there , from the office to the ones installing, I will recommend Accurate Air to anyone needing help with there AC . Stopped by to see if we could get a tech to come check our air and Dillan arrived within a couple of hours. Dillan found a leak in our Freon and fixed the problem until we could get a new system ordered and installed. Chad Ray, Joshua Fagan and crew came out, pulled the old system out and installed an all new ducting and a/c system. They worked efficiently and always left our home clean each day. After 24 years of inconsistent air flow, we finally have a system that cools the entire house!!! The entire crew from the office staff to the technicians were friendly and professional. Keeping us updated every step of the way. We look forward to continuing to do business with Accurate Air in the future!

Nothing slowed him down or discouraged him. He installed the central heating and air in record time. I hope I get the same repair man Chad, next time, too. John the technician and diego the installer were both outstanding, i had an air handler unit bad, they were there same day and had it repaired the next, alot of work diagnosed and done correctly, absolutely recommend them. I will call when the other unit goes out for sure

Justin the technician arrived on time, was courteous and polite, and finished the job in a timely manner. My A/C unit was creating a lot of condensation lately and after he inspected the coils, filters, etc. (the usual suspects) he checked the freon level and determined it was low.
