    We have used Paver Connection several times and have even recommended them to family and friends. They are extremely professional, detail oriented, organized, and customer satisfaction oriented. Randy spends the time going over the quote with you explaining every single step involved in the work scope. His team shows us up at the agreed upon time. They are very conscientious of your home and the work environment. The project is very well staged throughout the entire process and is very professionally done throughout. Communication throughout the entire process is amazing and if there are any questions they are answered immediately. I cannot say enough about how much, I appreciate the great work and the confidence we have experienced with Paver Connection.     I highly recommend Paver Connection for your pavestone/landscaping projects. They recently completed the replacement of my back patio and front sidewalk. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with their work. Their Sales Representative, John, provided useful design suggestions, which I included in the final installation, as well as a comprehensive list of specifications and cost estimate. Joshua, who monitored the overall project on a daily basis, kept me informed of issues uncovered during the process and how they would be resolved; all to my satisfaction. In addition to his personal expertise, Joaquin led the most skilled crews of craftsmen I have ever seen. They were hard-working detail-oriented experienced stone masons—true artists at their craft. They accomplished everything listed in the estimate to my complete satisfaction. In addition, there were numerous details, not specified, which were addressed and corrected. It was a pleasure to work with such skilled professionals. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to friends and neighbors. My thanks to all of you for your beautiful work.

    Absolutely fantastic job by Josh and his Team.Courtesy, professionalism of the team, and attention to detail is the best we ever had.The end result and quality of the work is exceptional and far exceeds what we had hoped for.The team cleaned up and power washed not just our property, but all areas of the surrounding road at the end of each day.I highly recommend Paver Connection and dont think there could be a better Company to use in Houston.

Josh Estrada deserves a big shout out for delivering the job on time, while making great suggestions that altered the design for the better, and not charging me a penny over my quoted price. Josh and his team actually came out a year later to fix a minor repair caused by the brutal Houston summer (no charge). This company stands behind their work, offers an excellent warranty and has a staff dedicated to perfection and customer service. Thanks Paver Connection!

It’s exactly what we asked for, they were kind, efficient, professional, even spruced up our patio furniture that they never touched. Left everything in immaculate shape. Now the hard part for us….. rebuilding the deck with composite wood and relandscaping the yard

    PaverConnections and Josh and his team were 5 stars plus!!! They started our job on Monday and by Wednesday it was completed. We had turf removed and a very large patio installed. It is obvious in the expertise PaverConnections has and Josh and his team in how they work. They took great care in putting down large rubber mats as they had to wheelbarrow all the materials through our front lawn then along the side house lawn to the back as there is no access behind the yard. This care means our lawn wasn’t torn up in hauling materials. And they removed and hauled the turf out by wheelbarrow again not to tear up other parts of the yard. The craftsmanship by this team is remarkable. It actually is an art in my view. And the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer interaction is second to none. These days I have not experienced anything like this when needing contractor service and expertise. So thank you Josh and team and PaverConnections for beautiful new patio.Richard and Denise

    We used Paver Connection to build a retaining wall for our yard, which slopes down into a ravine. They engineered the wall to prevent erosion and land sliding down the slope. The work was extensive, and they handled it all very well and very professionally. The workers were on time, and they worked hard. The project was completed in a very reasonable time. They cleaned up the site and replaced anything they had moved. We are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Paver Connection and would definitely use them again for any similar work.

    We are very pleased with the brick work, tile repair, & steel porch supports replacement by Paver Connection. It was wonderful to work with John Nicholas, Hayden Garrison, and Haydens crew on our project. John really listened to us regarding the scope of work, & our concerns about the outcome (since this was the first job of this kind with which we had ever been involved). Hayden was great at managing the job & crew. He kept us informed about the different phases of the job, & always made sure that we were satisfied with the results along the way. Haydens crew were wonderful to work with: diligent, skilled, & friendly. They worked as if this was a project for their own families. We will definitely use this Company again!

    We are very pleased with the workmanship and service provided by Paver Connection and highly recommend them. Specifically, we were pleased with John who came out to discuss what we needed and provided us with a reasonable estimate of the cost and time required for the job. Josh, who oversaw our project was wonderful about explaining exactly what would be done as well as answering all our questions. The crew, with Joaquin supervising, were efficient and professional and they did a beautiful job. Finally, Ann kept in touch with us, so we knew exactly what to expect. This was our second experience with Paver Connection and we could not be more pleased. If you need paver work, call them - you will be happy that you did.

    We had an excellent experience with Paver Connection recently when they demolished our old concrete driveway and gave us a beautiful new permeable paver driveway. They got permits quickly, worked hard throughout the process, made sure all of their checklists were completed before we signed off on the job and cleaned up the job site when complete.     After a terrible experience with the first contractor on our patio project, we were very hesitant about who to use to redo the stone pavers. When John showed up from Paver Connection to quote our project, I was immediately at ease and trusted him completely. He listened and understood our concerns. He was prompt in his replies to keep me apprised of our place on the schedule. And then he turned us over to Hayden and Mike and their crew. Hayden is probably one of the friendliest and most responsive contractors we’ve ever worked with. He and his crew made sure that we were on board with every step along the way.
