Extraordinary company from start to finish! You start with an extremely easy and accurate quote process, then on to design with very talented ladies and extensive options, then a supreme crew for the highest quality install. Weve had new interior stair and landing railings installed, kitchenette/bar area refaced, fireplace mantels replaced, new built-in bookshelves installed, and our entire kitchen refaced. Every single project has been totally custom, and let me tell you, they went beyond the mark on meeting ALL of my desires. I got multiple samples, calls, and trips to the house to make sure everything was perfect. Im one to notice every little detail, and can be hard to work with because I know exactly what I want and dont like to settle, never once did it seem like they were frustrated with me or say they couldnt do what I wanted. They are super clean, professional, and the quality of work cannot be beat. Not only that, but at this point weve enjoyed having them in our home for all these projects I now care about them and their lives as they were so personable and we shared great conversations. I wish luck to all of their crew in their lives and know they can only have continued success in this business because no one will be disappointed.

KC Wood just finished refacing my old cabinets, modifying a few existing cabinets, adding floating shelves and building my custom range hood. They were fantastic to work with! Im a perfectionist and they were patient with my many requests and went above and beyond to finish off every detail to my satisfaction. The cost of refacing is so much more affordable than replacement and it looks like a brand new kitchen. The crew was reliable and on time. Will be using KC Wood again for sure.

Patti was helpful and very responsive to my needs. All the guys who worked on the new posts, rails, and spindles were amazing and true craftsman. I appreciated their attention to detail. It looks awesome! I would highly recommend Kc wood/the spindles guys.

KC Wood repaired two bottom stairs in my new home. The previous owners’ dogs had chewed them and the wood is lovely so I wanted the stairs back in their original state. The repair work is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Staff is kind, reasonable, and professional from start to finish.

We had a great experience working with KC Wood! They were responsive, helpful and got the job done on time (early, actually!) and on budget. I appreciated the vast array of options for spindles and newel posts and their team helped bring our outdated staircase in to modern day! Highly recommend KC Wood!

Probably a mix between a four and five star review, but overall I’m very pleased with the end results. Craftsmanship was definitely a five, and the guys working on my stairs were nice, always on time, worked through Saturday to get the job done in a week, and cleaned up well after themselves. They went above and beyond to fix small issues to help with follow-on projects, and cover discrepancies in what was ordered vs. what I requested.I would say customer service was closer to a four star effort. Still great and extremely friendly, but a few of the details I tried to explain got lost in translation. I think having one of the guys that will be installing the stairs coming to the site to assist Patti with initial measurements and explain in further detail how the finished product will look might help. As the job carried on, the guys working kept catching small details and having to cut custom pieces or go back to get more materials. But like I said, I’m happy with the whole experience and they’re definitely worth the money.

Absolutely first class all the way! We had spindles installed and from the first phone call to the finished job, everything was professional, courteous, done with excellence and friendly. Then, after a perfectly executed installation, the clean up was so immaculate that I would have never known anyone had been there. I am so very happy . You will be too!
