    Mitch and his team had done a fantastic job on my moms kitchen so I knew I had to have them do my master bathroom. Mitch brought some great ideas on how we can make our stand up shower bigger (I would have never thought of that), then Rob and Josh and the rest of the team got to work. Everything from picking out exactly what materials we wanted to making sure everything looked perfect at the end - the overall experience was actually pleasant. Weve done renovations before that sometimes would get stressful but this team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for your projects.

    Christmas came early for us. It wasn’t Santa however, it was Mitch and his extremely talented, organized and skilled men. Always demonstrating professionalism and pride in their work. Their intensity and dedication in getting the job done right and on time was always in the forefrontEvery day, depending on the area that needed to be worked on, a specific group of men were assigned, bring all the necessary equipment, tools and supplies.Mitch took our needs and ideas seriously and included us in the planning and creating of a bathroom that is not only beautiful but meets our elderly needs. He’s very personable, and rather fun to work with. His communication skills and his ability to keep it open and respectful with his men and us (client), is the key to this company and the skilled men that work for themTo be honest, at first, I was worried about the time factor. I didn’t want it to go on and on, after all it’s the bathroom. Mitch promised 3 weeks, and sure enough, it was done in 3 weeks. I also worried about all the rubbish and dust, but they contained it all. You would have never known construction was taking place. Thank you so much Windward Custom Builders! We’ll be in touch for our other bathroom and kitchen.

    Windward custom Builders were awesome. I accepted their proposal and they started work within a couple days. Gutted my whole kitchen and put in new double walls, electric, plumbing, drywall, cabinets, quartz counters, sink, lighting and a brand new walk in pantry. Finished in about 3 weeks. Not the cheapest bid but definitely worth the price. Everything was done top notch with no cut corners. Will use them again for sure!

    Mitchell showed up on time for our appointment, quick to provide a contract and get work started. Work moved along quickly, and they were responsive to changes and challenges along the way. Good communication throughout. Reasonable with pricing. We are super happy with how our bathroom turned out.

    So happy with our experience dealing with Windward Custom Builders! Matt & his team were professional, kind, caring & courteous. The process was easy & trouble free! The pricing was beyond fair & the completed job is beautiful! Matt came to our home, understood what we wanted-made a proposal & there were no surprises. Our home is old & currently has a lot of termite damage-we expected there maybe some additional costs outside of what was quoted-but he & his team found a way to stay in the budget! We had our entire kitchen renovated, we added a bathroom in unused space & 18 brand new windows that all needed to be reframed due to all the termite damage. Everything has been completed within 7 WEEKS! If you’re looking for good, kind hearted, hardworking, honest contractors, we strongly recommend using Windward Custom Builders!

    We decided to redo our bathroom to a walk-in-shower and remove the bathtub as we were getting older and stepping over a bathtub was not safe at our age. We read the excellent reviews for Windward Custom Builders and contacted them. The service was great from beginning to end! Mitch helped with choices and his crew was excellent! They were very friendly and left the area spotless after each workday! We can highly recommend them!

    This was our first time hiring contractors for a renovation job. We wanted to update several rooms in our house that had old, stained popcorn ceilings and replace the carpet with new slate flooring and wood ceilings. Thankfully, Matt and everyone from Windward Custom Builders made the project easy and positive from beginning to end. Matt started out by taking careful notes of our vision for the space, explaining what was possible and what options we had to make it work. We appreciated the transparency of the process and that there were no surprises- just honest, high quality workmanship done by experienced professionals.Special thanks to Jesus and the crew for amazing carpentry work, and also Noah and Gabe for helping to wrap things up on the last day.I highly recommend WCB to anyone looking for top-notch construction or renovation needs.

    I recently had a bathroom remodeled to have a walk-in shower installed and the rest of the bathroom updated..WCB did a great job. Work was done in a timely manner and Mitch and his work crew were very professional and did a great job. I would highly reccomend WCB for your next remodeling job.

    Matt and team took on a tough project scope which included cutting concrete slab, digging new sewer line to install new plumbing for kitchen and new half bath. Complete kitchen remodel, new drywall for ceiling and walls in kitchen, dining and living rooms. New 200 amp electrical panel, new windows, new flooring. Project was well coordinated and finished in a timely manner. Matt communicated daily by phone and with picture updates, offered good ideas and solved issues.Highly recommend for a stress free experience.

    Contractor provided a range of experts that included installing a new vanity, updating master shower by removing some old tiles and replaced with new tile, repairing leaky shower faucet and installed with new shower kit.. The result was beautifully delivered without major demolition of the bathroom. A perfect upgrade with project completion in 10 days! Affordable and efficient! A pleasure to work with!

    We hired Matt Azouz and his team at Windward Custom Builders, LLC, to run a top-to-bottom remodel of our 1952 2-bedroom single wall house. The house turned out fantastic - its modern, beautiful, and at the same time, true to its architecture and perfectly simple. They did a full bathroom rebuild, a full kitchen remodel, new drywall for ceilings, refinished the original 1952 heartwood pine floors, painted interior and exterior, and updated electrical. The subs and tradesmen that he works with are all detail oriented, friendly, and professional. And above all, Matt is a great General Contractor and project manager - hes a clear communicator, very responsive, transparent, and fair. He has a scope and schedule, and he works to that plan. We intend to hire Matt and his team again on our next big project; and have recommended him to our family and friends without hesitation.

    Matthew Azouz remodeled our kitchen, installed new flooring, resurfaced our deck and rebuilt our lanai railings. Matthew is personable, communicated regularly and checked on progress of work throughout the project. All workers were polite, professional, detail oriented and cleaned up each day. Work was completed on time. Matthew was also very helpful and made some good suggestions about the work to be done. We would use his company again in the future.

    Where do I even start to talk about my experience with Windward Custom Builders?1. Quick response time- the on-site visit to get an idea of the project was scheduled timely; despite not being the first company I spoke with WCB’s proposal came in first; my questions were answered with no wait time.2. Knowledgeable- Matt came over, took our ideas, plugged in his expertise and really helped us see all the potential of the projects.3. The price! The proposal came in, was easy to understand and was such a fair price. The other companies sent in their proposals for the same work and I was shocked how marked up construction can be but not with WCB!4. Matt is motivated, encouraging, but not at all pressuring.5. References- plenty of references that I could easily call but turns out he worked on my neighbors home and did an incredible job that I witnessed first-hand.6. BuilderTrend app- everything I need to know before I even have to ask is there.TLDR: Windward Custom Builders is so easy and fun to work with. There is no guessing, just solid communication, an honest company, beautiful quality work. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m actually have fun in this process.
