Had a major electrical problem in my house and called American Electric they were really busy and said they were a week out but called the next day and Jacob was able to come over and take care of the situation quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.

My friend Ryan referred me to this company. They answered the phone on the first call, had an Electrician out within a week and the work was done just a few days after. Did a great job and cleaned up well. Would recommend to a friend!

We have a large mill with 480V 3 phase power. I call lots of electricians when we have an electrical failure on one of our motors, or need a new motor installed with wiring changes, and they are the ONLY one to answer their phone, and the response time is immediate, something we highly value. I have used them several times over the years, and they have multiple electricians, all were super helpful, got us up and running right away, and are fair with charges. I dont write a lot of reviews, but when I see exceptional customer service, they get a good review.

Christmas Eve emergency... Power went out around 6pm. Found American online and gave them a call. Richard showed up and solved the problem in 3 hours, outside temp of -2 and no lights in the backyard. Gave up Christmas eve with his family to help ours. Thank you for saving our Christmas!! Highly professional, friendly and definitely recommend.
