Yesterday I had Dimitrios come to switch out my old toilets for two new ones and he did an amazing job. This was the second time I have used Steve’s plumbing, and I am very pleased with their work. Demitrios was extremely friendly, professional and worked very hard to get the job done. The cleanup was exceptional, and I would not hesitate at all to ask for him again due to the fact that he came from a second generation of plumbers, which was also a nice feature Steve’s plumbing has to let their clients know a little bit about the plumber that is going to be taking care of your needs in your home. He wanted to make sure everything was correct and because of it Being a bit educational for me he taught me some things with an extremely nice personality Which made me realize how much he enjoys what he does. I hope to ask him back for any jobs I might have in the near future. He knows his stuff!!!! Thank you so much.

I called morning of and they were able to send a plumber within a couple of hours. Our water pump had broken and Anthony (plumber) was able replace it with one that I had bought. He was very thorough and found the cause of the pump breaking (leaky valve in our master bath toilet). He quoted us up front and was able to fix everything that day. Will definitely call them again!

Although I did not expect to change out 2 toilets I truly feel that Steves Plumbing provided me with honest options and gave me the chioce to decide. Dimitri and Leland were so professional and knowledgeable! I had multiple plumbing issues. They worked tirelessly on the roof in the sun to install my solar panels for my solar water heater. I replaced 4 toilets as well as a garbage disposal. I had them replace all the water supply lines for all my toilets and sinks.They did a LOT of work here and I am impressed with their diligence and work ethic.I recommend them highly!

Jake was professional, courteous, and very informative. We discussed the problem and he immediately began his inspection to determine what the issue(s) might be. He had all the tools and equipment to do a complete evaluation. Once the problem was identified he let me know that he had the part needed and the cost. Once the new part was installed he began another inspection to determine that everything was working properly. Jake was a great tech and person to have on the job. We feel fortunate that he was our tech. 5+ stars!

Service with a smile on the same day service call. After 3 days with not hot water, we had this issue checked by a local plumbing company and found that the thermostat on our water heater was damaged and could not be replaced. They couldnt do the job right away, so I made a call at 2:45pm. to Steves Plumbing. Leland answered the call came at 3:30pm. Access the situation, made me a quote, and said he can do it and provide my wife and I with hot water after 3 nights of cold showers. He was professional, honest, and thorough in explaining our options for future services. He cared about our health, safety, and satisfaction to lifes normalcy. Thank you, Leland, for answering our service call.

Excellent customer service! The girl I spoke to on the phone multiple times to book the appointment and had to call back 2 or 3 more times to add things to my service call was friendly and patient and genuinely seemed to care about the issues I was having at the house. Leland Tracy was our technician and was amazing. He showed up to look at what we had going on, gave us an estimate right then and there and was able to start the work immediately that day. He was honest and fair, and he worked hard all day completing the issues we were having.

Leland and his coworker did a great job. They took the time and explained to what the problem was with my sewer line. They also let me view the camera picture. They also explained in detail what descaling and pipe purging was. They were both friendly very professional. I decided to do both descaling epoxy lining and Josh and his crew, Leland, Nathan & Del, did a great job, taking the time to explain to what’s happening during each stage of getting the job done. They did a fantastic job. Going the extra mile to help me with the questions I had. Great bunch of guys!

Called them on thursday, they were there friday. they installed the tankless waterheater i’d bought and even fixed a faulty regulator in my LP system. All work was clean and minimally invasive, and my tech Lopaka Victorino was pleasant and answered all my questions. highly recommend for when you want quality work done

Had a great experience with Jake from Steve’s Plumbing and AC Service. Called on Monday. Got an appointment for Wednesday. He came by and found that my 20+ Lennox system was leaking. Got a few real time quotes and decided to replace the whole system. Scheduled for the next day. He came at about 8am and the job was completed by about just after 4pm! The job was done well. They were very professional and cleaned up well after all the installing. They even made it easier to service the unit in the ceiling by placing it in such a way that you don’t have to be a contortionist to get to it! Well done. I would highly recommend them!

Great, quick, and informative service today provided by Adam. We have a split a/c system and 3 of the units were in need of deep cleaning. I thought it was going to be an all day process, but not only was Adam quick, he also took the time to show me exactly what he was doing, before & after all the cleaning. I had Lopaka Victorino come out to give an estimate. Turned out that I needed a fix pretty quickly. He was able to cut the wall and repair with in an hours time. Very polite, and helpful in such a stressful moment. Very informative to someone like me who knew nothing about nothing when it comes to plumbing. I would recommend this company, even the dispatch was quick to schedule and very polite. Texts and emails informing of arrival, tracking, and pictures an invoice after service, and most importantly, it didnt cost me an arm and a leg!

Dimitrios did a great job fixing a leak in my bathroom shower and toilet. It was not a simple job as the leaks had spread to the downstairs ceiling. He fixed the leaks and installed a new toilet for me. My main bathroom was needing repairs also. He repaired the toilet area and installed a new toilet. I am very pleased with his work. He was careful while using his tools and always had a mat and cleaned up when finished. He is very courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. I will use Steve’s Plumbing again for any plumbing issues I have and request for Dimitrios.

Unfortunately there wasnt such an unblock and drain for 89$. Thats the come on. The gentleman was spectacular for unstanding i wasnt going to spend 2000$ to snake a main line will full and easy access. Today i dug up the line only to discover that even if Steeves ran the camera they wouldnt have seen the end of line cleanout behind the only spot he couldve snaked from. So our issue would have continued on as this hidden cleanout was under a gravel driveway and rocks and debris were filling the line over time. It actually only took me digging and exposing the end of line clean out and then using a simple 35$ hydra flush for 3-4” pipe we blasted that solid block apart and now water flows easily. We then refit new 90 on the line raised up the stem pipe and put a rubber cinch cap up and exposed for us to never lose tracknof again!My fix was me and my worker (mostly the worker) from 11-430 and we are all put back together and raked out smooth. Saved over 1500$

He explained my options to me and advised what he thought would be the best option both monetarily and practically (felt like what he would tell his own mother if she had the problem). I wanted my broken garbage disposal removed and replaced. Josh showed up to give me a quote. I was surprised that he had a brand new replacement in his van. I really appreciated that he was able to work on it right away. Josh was friendly, professional, proficient, and neat. The company sent me a text of Josh’s photo when he was on the way to my home. They also sent me a text to do a public review of his work. This is a very businesslike and professional company, although their cost was on the high side.

Josh was great! He was pleasant, on time, explained options and explained as he was working what he was doing. He left the job site clean and finished before expected. Very professional.The scheduling sucked: I was told someone would be here Friday between 10-5 then was finally called close to 4pm after waiting all day and was told oops, no one’s coming. Then they told me someone would come Monday between 9-11am. (So I went all weekend with my leaking water, on catchment) No one came that morning. I called and finally got Josh out here at 12:40. It was mutually decided he’d return Thursday due to my schedule and when Josh showed up on time, all was much better.

Sent a website request for AC service the evening prior and got a call the next morning from Steves. Jake & Adam arrived within the hour...ahead of their ETA. They got up to speed on the issue, explained how their company operates, gave me a quote, got my approval and went to work. They quickly resolved the problem and serviced our AC at the price they quoted! Jake and Adam were so helpful and very cool to work with all the while being very professional! The were respectful and wore booties over their shoes when in our home. Steves just won another loyal fan who will recommend them to anyone whos tired of non-responsive, non-professional, non-service providers. BTW, where do you find superstars like Jake & Adam?!

Last night My kitchen cold water supply line was leaking upstream of the shut off valve, close to the wall. I called two plumbing companies this morning. One said they would call back soon as the plumber comes in at 8. They asked for pics of the problem which i sent but they never called back. Steves took my call, and we set up 11 am appt for free estimate. Daniel arrived on time explained two possible repair scenarios and what they both would cost. He was very professional but at the same time down to earth and friendly. He had everything in his van that he would need for the repair and completed it in less than 2 hrs. My problem was low water pressure, like 30-40 PSI on county water. At 30, you almost can’t get the shampoo out of your hair. I called Steve’s, Kapono came out, came up with a solution, called back to the office to make sure it would work (love that he got a second opinion) and had it done same day. I have a real shower now!! And the dishwasher works too! Give that boy a raise!

Unbelievable, really! I got a call from the water company saying I probably had a leak (water use went up a lot), so I called Steves to diagnose it. Their tech Leland Tracey came out, did a thorough inspection, and showed me a broken toilet fill valve that was the cause of the problem. I said I could handle fixing that, so he thanked me and went on his way -- NO CHARGE. Ive never in my long life had a plumber come to my house and not charge anything. Youve won my future business for sure.

Due to a very positive previous experience we had with Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service we booked another appointment for regular servicing and maintenance of our A/C system. For this visit, Jeremy was our service technician and he was awesome! He took the time to go over the condition of our system (and included some tips for between appointments upkeep) and explained what steps he was doing to clean the units. As we mentioned before, the service was wonderful and we really appreciated the honest work he had done. Don’t know if they are the cheapest ( no one else would give me a quote because they never called back) but Steve’s is the most responsive. Jake left to do another job and Adam did the service. Adam had to do some investigation about how to shut power off to my condo, as there is no breaker box or switch in my unit due to a unique process by the person who installed my unit. Adam preserved thru a couple of glitches left by former HVAC tech and did an excellent job of removing a LOT of nasty black dirt/mold from my unit. He also gave me several suggestions for ongoing maintenance and to protect the unit from high salt air exposure. Both men were helpful, friendly and competent. Mahalo guys!

Steves Plumbing and AC came recommended to me so I called them when I had an issue with my old AC unit. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Jake came out for the service call in the early part of the window given to me (always helpful!). Jake explained everything, gave me options for a repair needed as well as let me know what to expect within the next 2 yrs so that I could plan. No high pressure upselling and he fixed the problem. I will use them again if/when the need arises!

New review: My scheduling experiences have been much better lately. Plumbing Technicians (Matt and David) and A/C Technicians (Justin) were thorough and great.I have consistently had issues with the call center, however, the plumbers are always great. Matt represents the company extremely well. He is patient and explains well. He is the reason I continue to use Steves Plumbing despite having issues with the consistent rescheduling and full voicemail box when I return a call.
