    We wanted floodlights for a dark area around our garage. VP Electric used their expertise to place the floods in the right place and use existing equipment equipment to get the job done.     As a property manager, I work hard to find vendors who I trust, and VP Electric is one of those vendors. I have been working with them for about 5 years now and cannot say enough good things about them. They answer the phone, show up and always do a great job at a fair price. Their electricians communicate throughout the project and take the time to make sure I understand what is wrong and what needs to happen to fix it. AJ is truly the best at this, and I have learned so much from him!

    From start to finish, my experience with VP Electric was outstanding. John was fantastic to work with—he kept me informed at every step, ensuring all the necessary permit paperwork was handled and keeping the job on track. The coordination with Helco and my schedule was greatly appreciated. On the day of installation, Allen and Sasha arrived on time, fully prepared with all the equipment and materials needed. They worked efficiently, were respectful of my home, and finished the job on schedule. After Helco made the final hookup, they ensured everything was functioning properly and took care of all the old equipment. They even arranged the town inspection, which passed without issue. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire process and highly recommend VP Electric for any service upgrades. You won’t be disappointed!

    We just moved into an old house that needed alot of electrical updating including new lights. These guys were incredibly efficient, professional, skilled and helpful. The drywaller they put us in touch with does great work. All in all, good communicators, reasonably priced. I am so pleased with the result!

    STOP LOOKING... youre done! Pick up your phone now and call VP Electric right now and whatever electrical issue you’re having will be resolved quickly and professionally.I am a vacation rental owner and spoke to John a few weeks ago about updating some fan circuits that had surface mounted conduit. I needed other circuits added, some removed and others just moved.We agreed to meet on my Monday at 10 am to go over the project and John was actually 10 minutes early. VP planned to start work the next morning at 8:00 am. When I was taking the trash out at 7:45 there they were in the parking lot courteously waiting for their start time. The team of three, Eric, Kip and Jacob are knowledgeable, and hard working. They stayed on track all day, ordered parts on the fly, took one small lunch break and went back to work until done that same day.All work was done quickly yet professionally. They maintained a clean work area for me and were actually fun guys to work with. I am an Aircraft Maintenance Manager and know a lot about wiring, circuits and how technicians interact and perform their workI am more than satisfied with the work and service I received from VP Electric and I’m now a dedicated customer… you can be too….     Everyone was super helpful professional . We had to get ceiling fans changed out on 20 foot ceilings. I dealt with Chad and Darin over phone then scheduled appointment. AJ and Hayden came out to do the work and went above and beyond. Friendly and professional. Had issues with one of the new fans and did what needed to be done to take care of the problem.     We were very pleased with the excellent responsiveness and service delivered by Chad of VP Electric. He patiently answered all our questions and then came on short notice during the holidays to install the electrical junction box and wiring for our new Stiebel Eltron Tempra 24 whole house on demand hot water heater. The work was professionally done, looks nice, and we now have hot water. We will certainly call VP Electric again should another need arise.

    I had a disintegration of my dryer receptacle and called for an appointment as I was concerned as to why this occurred and wanted an expert opinion and repair. John came out within an hour and examined the situation. He explained what had happened, told me what parts to purchase and we agreed that I could handle the replacement myself given my experience with minor electrical repairs. The topper....NO CHARGE! They are at the top of my electric company list for future service. Highly recommended.

    Great at troubleshooting! I have had them help me several times with projects out of my pay grade. They even took the time to call back once to let me know they did not perform a type of work and gave me leads on who might. Usually booked out for a couple of weeks, so might be harder to get them for an emergency.

    In the past, I had hired GEC Electric and another unnamed company, but discovered they were not as responsive to my needs as VP Electric. Everybody works at a different pace on this island, but VP Electric is always on the ball. They are amazing. I first hired them to install a disconnect so I could have a mini-split A/C system installed. Their initial plan was to run the wire around the entire house, but when they gave it more thought, they suggested digging a trench out by my pool and tapping the pool electrical panel, as it was much closer. Saved me a lot of money, plus the view is much more attractive.Also, I should mention some companies give you an estimate and then they double the bill when it comes time to pay. NOT VP Electric. They are reasonably priced as well. When I asked VP Electric to come out to look at electrical wires coming out of the ground on my lanai, wires that no other electrician had been able or willing to fix, Chad was so responsive and understood the urgency of the situation. The masonry guys were already here pouring new concrete.He rushed over the following day, accurately diagnosed the problem with both wires, traced the sources and permanently disconnected them so we could safely bury the mess in the ground. I always note the time contractors arrive and Chad billed 1 1/4 hours, which was a hair under the time he was here. Unlike another electrician who billed me for two hours for a one-hour job, claiming he could not justify sending a journeyman to my house for a one-hour job, yet he does residential; didnt make sense (and that policy was not disclosed to me prior to accepting the job). None of that mickey mouse stuff with VP Electric. Just straight-forward honesty, competence and professional work. Dont hire anybody else.

    Chad is wonderful to work with, calm, polite and responsive. Allen has a great can do attitude, focuses on solutions instead of saying no right off the bat. We run into obstacles on projects, he always problem solves and comes up with the finish! He is fun and adaptable. Very much appreciate the professionalism and hard work at VP!

    A shout-out to VP Electric: I just observed a sturdy fellow walking to his truck at Home Depot call out to an elderly couple parked in a disabled parking space, “Do you need help?” The elderly gentleman was in a mobility scooter and his wife was trying to load bags of soil from their shopping cart into their vehicle. The VP Electric man stepped in, lifting and organizing the heavy bags for them, then wished them a good day.I specifically looked for a company name on his shirt , thinking to myself, “That’s someone I would hire”. Bravo.
