    Jake was very professional. There was no pressure involved. I had excellent results from my experience and have more projects in the Spring! My house was built in 1870 so a bit challenging. Mike the carpenter as professional and did outstanding work! Highly recommend!

    Ive used Lake Country a couple of times in the last year and they do excellent work. I had them replace the railing on my desk with aluminum and the guys that came out were meticulous and did the job right from the beginning. They also were patient with my curious homeowner questions which I really appreciate. I also had them repair the facia and boards around my garage doors due to rot. It was a relatively small repair but they got me on the schedule quickly and explained the work he had done and was very detailed in explaining the process.I would highly recommend them for jobs big and small.

    I highly recommend this company. I needed three kitchen cabinets removed and new crown moulding installed. Graham and Mike were timely, friendly and knowledgeable and the project was expertly completed. Im very happy with the results!

    I had a deck repair to replace rotting fascia with no maintenance materials. The process was seamless. Measurements were quick. The crew was very professional, fast to complete, and clean. The end product looks amazing and will last a long time! Great experience all around.

    This company replaced our patio sliding door at the end of November. They did a wonderful job. This was a big unexpected expense for us and they worked with us to make it work financially. We had multiple people come out and do the measurements to make sure it was the correct size. We got the door quicker than expected. They were able to install even though it was end of November!!! Very good customer service. Highly recommend them! We hope to use their services for other projects in the future. One thing to mention (totally not their fault), but the sliding door was white and our house is brown on the outside. They matched the outside trim to the color of the house, rather than to the white door. I never mentioned we were hoping to repaint the color in the summer, so white wouldve made more sense. Again, not their fault at all! But just throwing it out there to make sure you discuss the details. They worked fast and independently, which would be a blessing to any working family. Again, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

    I got to work with Graham and his team earlier this summer to demolish and rebuild my backyard deck. I had such a phenomenal experience with them. Not only was the work they did high quality (it looks absolutely wonderful), a few pieces to highlight that set Graham and the Lake Country Home Improvements team apart include:-The overall customer service experience. Graham took the time to walk me through options with the deck (including all the pros and cons), answered all my questions, and developed a design that I was genuinely excited about.-When issues came up, the team looped me in quickly, and communicated and took the plan to address it.-Genuine care from the team. My grandfather passed away right as the work was starting. We rescheduled our kick off meeting quite a few times, and Graham was nothing but patient and compassionate.Thank you Graham and team!

    I have a home built in 1915. I wanted to restore it to its original glory by removing the aluminum wrapped trim and restoring the wood fascia and exposing the rafter tails as was original to the house. Workers were absolutely lovely and respected my gardens. Exceeded my expectations in every way!

    Working with Graham on my deck project was a great experience.     We utilized Lake Country Home Improvements to expand the deck on our home, and we are very impressed with the process and end product.We started with Jake as our sales consultant, and he was up front, honest and gave us a great feeling for what to expect.As we got closer to the start of the project, the communication was great. Even when there was a delay by a few days to start, the team was very communicative about how to rectify and still finished earlier than the originally agreed upon date. Their project coordinator gave us a heads up on deliveries and the work being done by the contractors led by Jesse, and the contractors worked incredibly hard on the project finishing in record time.We love our beautiful deck, and are very glad we went with Lake Country for the project!

    While removing the exterior trim, Lake Country discovered significant water damage to the front of our house due to the original construction. They ended up having to replace all the plywood sheathing and to install house wrap and LP Smartside siding. The crew worked productively. They got the job done in 3-4 days, and they always cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. Graham, the owner, and Jake, the sales rep, stopped by several times to monitor the work. Many of our neighbors were impressed, and they intend to contact Lake Country for their home improvement projects. We thought that the total price for the job was fair.

    Graham was great in remodeling our main floor bathroom. I wanted to pick out all materials so he was helpful in just quoting the labor for the work and not all contractors would do that. His provided timeline was accurate and when things came up, he was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend and will seek out again for other projects

    Working with Graham and his team was awesome. They removed some old concrete steps and replaced them with a new wooden deck. I loved that Graham gave me an initial estimate over the phone followed by a detailed in person estimate. He answered all my questions thoroughly!
