    Mason was amazing! I never dreamed he would be able to make all the repairs we needed the same day he came. He replaced the water heater, two outside faucets, the pressure reducing valve and the main cutoff valve. He was here until 8:40 pm in the cold and never complained at all. I was so impressed that he had all of these items on his truck and ready to install. I will definitely continue to do business with the company and recommend them to friends and family. I was very happy with the service!! Great job.

    Aaron, Ben, Connor, And Jacob did an excellent job of pulling all the plumbing out of our house that was incorrectly installed by Honey Do Services of Bristol. Now we have professionally installed plumbing for our entire house. They kept the house clean and cleaned up any areas they made a mess.

    Mason and Jack were polite and professional. They arrived on time, got everything replaced quickly, and left things neat and tidy when finished. They found a couple problems with the existing plumbing during install and they got those fixed and wrapped up the job without issue. I’ve been very happy with all services provided from the initial inspection and estimates to the actual work done. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing work.

    Aaron and Dalton showed up Friday and together we found main line coming into house. No easy task as my house is almost 100 years old and has a very small crawl space. Dalton got under the house and determined the leak was in main line out in yard. Aaron came up with solution and returned Monday with Dalton and Robert and I have a new line. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Tommys Plumbing and will definitely call them again if needed.

    What I thought was just a clogged pipe turned out to be a large section of damaged sewer pipe. Mark continuously kept me informed with each step of the process. He and his team were very professional and worked nonstop to get the job done. They cleaned up the area that they worked in, and made sure that the area was as neat and tidy as possible. They are definitely my plumber of choice now, and I highly recommend them!

    My husband and I were without water four straight days because of a main water break at our residence and once again Tommies came to our rescue on February 5, 2024 and fixed the issue the same day we called them. Jake and his crew were accurate, thorough and best of all-FAST. We were charged a reasonable rate as well. Ill never take having water for granted again (that was a very humbling experience) but at least we know Tommies is there for us if we ever need them again in the future. Thanks so much Tommies!!!!!

    First impressions, they were really knowledgeable and professional. I had accidentally missed their call to do some estimates, and when I called them back, they were really understanding about the situation, and still came out. John was very knowledgeable and was able to explain indepth what was needed to be done, the materials to be used, the cost with different options, and there wasnt any pressure. I feel really comfortable with using Tommies Plumbing.We scheduled the work to be done, and they were on time. Mark, Robert, and Dillion. were incredibly conscientious and professional. I thought the job would take two days, and they completed in a sinFillion. When they were finished, we discovered a problem that wasnt on the estimate, and they jumped in and replaced the toilet without hesitation. Really good service and quality.11-5-2024 Update: Robert Davis came out to conduct the annual inspection. Polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Gave us options on what he did find, but no pressure. We re-upped the service agreement for another year. Another 5 stars.

    Let me start out by saying that I would recommend Tommie’s Plumbing to anyone!We recently had to get Tommie’s Plumbing to repair a pretty severe leak in the wall behind a shower.The company sent two people who did a knockout job on the repair and then installed a pressure regulator on a water heater we had put in a few days later.By the time they left, they had also moved the main shutoff valve in the crawl space so it is more accessible to the crawl space access.It was affordable for as much work as they did and our water pressure and hot water temperature are so great that I don’t want to get out of the shower these days.The Tommie’s guys did t mind our dogs and my wife and son loved how friendly they were, while being very quick.Kudos to Tommie’s and the team! I’d recommend d them to anyone based on our experience.

    Very responsive and professional! We had a leak in our finished basement, coming from our upstairs shower. Tommies plumbing came out and explained everything they did in detail.     Tommies Plumbing replaced my water heater with a State Proline 50 gal., model EN6-50-DORS 110 with an expansion tank and a 6-year warranty, for $2073.33. The job took 2 hours, and John McC. was very efficient and courteous. I like how their estimate had three tiers to choose from, each with different add-ons and prices. Scheduling was a breeze, and I highly recommend this company!

    Austin and Brock were polite and professional. We have an older home we just bought and wanted anything they worked on brought up to code. There were many issues that could have been bad, leaking or unsafe. Austin inspected everything making recommendations and putting to rest any of our concerns. He had an immediate plan, a watch list, and a future plan. He wrote 3 estimates, Good, Better and Best for all the work we would need now or in the future.The pricing was a bit high but my confidence in them was also high. I feel we got great value for our money spent.They put on booties over their shoes and then off again to get something from the van. Everything they needed was available to them in that van. After they left, there was nothing for me to clean up after them. They worked in tight, cramped conditions and it didnt phase them. No grumbling was heard. No cursing. Nice young professional plumbers.

    Robert Davis is the best. My Dad is 82 years old and his home was built in 1990. We have had 2 bathroom sinks plumbed, he replaced the tub plumbing in the main bathroom, replaced all the plumbing in the kitchen sink/dishwasher, and he has replumbed the water coming into the home. 2 visits with basically 1 item each, but he let us know changes that needed to be done. Honestly, if I ever build another home or need more plumbing done....Robert Davis and Tommies Plumbing will be who we trust!!!!! Thanks again!!!

    Found out I had a leaky water heater. Called up Tommie’s Plumbing because it was local and had five star reviews. The next day, less than 24 hours later, Chris showed up and investigated the issue. The easiest solution was to replace a faulty water heater. About three hours later it was replaced properly, it had the things the other one lacked, and we are now good to go. Had a great time with Chris conversing while he replaced the water heater. Professional and friendly, and the replacement was far lower than what I was expecting which makes me happy. I recommend them to anyone and will call them again if we have any further plumbing issues, and will request Chris too ;)Five stars, it’s all good :)

    I recently bought an older home and needed to have some work done. Austin was polite, courteous, and very professional. I was given a thorough estimate with different options for me to choose from in how and what I wanted to get done today or in the future with the parts and labor clearly labeled.Austin kept me informed throughout the entire process and showed me the different issues he would come across along the way. He worked in 3 different areas to fix 2 of my shower/plumbing issues and when he was done everything was put back together with nothing for me to pick up or clean up afterward.I plan on using this company again in the spring for the items that I did not want to get fixed today and I will be requesting Austin then also.

    Weve been having issues off and on with our new hot water (self installed) for a couple of weeks. I called multiple companies that couldnt get me scheduled for 3-7 days out. I called Tommies Plumbing and they sent a tech out the next day! Rich was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After checking for multiple issues he said everything was functioning the way it should, and more than likely it was an electrical issue outside of the unit. He was exactly right! Im so glad he could point us in the right direction. He provided a break down of all costs, and how we could bring our water heater up to code.     Was given an appointment window of between 1 and 5, but luckily, and maybe unusually they were able to come much earlier, which was fine with me. Austin and his assistant were very transparent and straightforward and were able to diagnose and fix our issue( a faulty sump pump plus rerouting the piping from the pump) with minimum of fuss and in a professional and polite manner. Too early to say whether the fix will be long term but based on what I have seen I will be using Tommie’s again

    We used Tommies Plumbing for the second time on March,19th. I really love their service. From calling ahead to let you know their on the way, to cleaning up after the job is done. I know some people have problems with pricing. But I can honestly say Ive paid a lot more for a lot less. Richard was very prompt and knowledgeable. He was done with our project quickly. I believe this is the neatest job Ive ever seen. He also hauled the old water heater away. Something we didnt expect. We were thrilled about the outcome.     This company was able to schedule me in a timely manner, which was appreciated. I was contacted prior to arrival at a rental property. The arrival was actually a little earlier than expected, which was welcome.. Dallas contacted me before, during and after the repair/replacement. I was given a few options, and I was sent photos after each repair. It was an all-day job, but it was completed this evening as expected. There were no unexpected charges, and the bill was exactly as quoted. Dallas was professional and very helpful and patient with me as I considered my options. As long as there are no big issues that I cant forsee at this time, this company will definitely be at the top of my list for future problems.

    Austin and the team at Tommie’s was fabulous. What started as a running toilet turned into a scary discovery that our water heater was not pitched correctly and leaking carbon monoxide into our crawl space. It was also horribly corroded and our water pressure was grossly underperforming. The team was tireless in making sure our installation was done and done correctly. Austin was meticulous. They were here from 1-9 pm! While a bit more expensive than I was anticipating or wanting to pay, I trust that the Tommie’s team did it correctly and we have a 6 year warranty on all materials and service. Austin was a true professional!

    Mark and his technician (don’t remember his name, sorry!) were very friendly. They came to fix my washing machine. The drain hose wasn’t plugged in correctly, and they plugged it back in and made sure it worked before they left. As embarrassed as I was about not having it hooked up correctly, they were very nice and informative with their visit. If I have any more plumbing issues, they will definitely be my first call.

    Complete professionals. Answered my call quickly and politely, and gave me accurate information as to when someone would be on site. Dylan called when he was headed my way, and arrived very early into the time window. Dylan evaluated that my water heater needed replacing. When I suggested moving the new one under the house, he didnt balk at the extra work, he gave me quotes on multiple sizes, and on a unit to go under the house. We opted for the latter as it was well priced for the work involved. Everything was done in hours, and was done cleanly, and efficiently, all while my wife was working from home as well. Highly recommend, and will be my first call from now on.

    Called in told them not to come unless they could fix same day. They sent 2 people out charged 577 dollars didn’t fix anything. Charging more money and won’t give credit for the non repair.     The technicians arrived first thing and began working to find the water leak. They replaced 30 plus feet of cracked PVC pipe going from the water meter towards the house. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. They presented me with two repair proposals from which to choose. Once everything was decided, they set to work and then cleaned up everything and put down grass seed and straw. They did a great job.

    Technician was excellent. Installed shower / tub faucet and did an excellent job. I have nothing bad to say about his quality of workmanship. My only 2 complaints are : Service fee of $69 should be applied to repairs and prices were very very expensive. I wish I could’ve got the drain fixed too, guess some things you gotta do yourself.

    This was my first time of having to call a plumber and had seen Tommie’s Plumbing on my local TV station. The gentleman that came to do my repairs was exceptional. He immediately accessed my problems; and gave me different options in which to complete and correct them. He then showed me photos of where each problem existed. I made my decisions based on the options he gave me. He immediately got to work, repaired, and completed the job. I would give Tommie’s Plumbing a triple A+.

    We had Tommies redo our entire home plumbing including the pipe from the hose to the meter, a new toilet, new shower head and new bathroom facet. Took 3.5 days with a 4 man crew. Everyone was on time and worked non stop; one day until 10pm. Everything was explained to us and easy to understand. The price was probably higher than some people but they actually came and worked. We called a few that never showed up to even give us a quote. The only thing is we had to have them clean up a few things that were done sloppy but they did right away. Example was the whole in the shower where the showerhead goes was bigger then the flange so we had them put a bigger one on to cover it. Also, the spicket outside they installed was crooked so we had them fix that and found a bolt was broke making it sag. They didnt clean up like wed like in the restrooms but it wasnt a big deal; we would have cleaned it again anyways. All in all, good job!

    My hot water heater went out early in the morning when I was getting ready for a class at work. (Well, it basically caught on fire.) I was in a panic because it was on a Friday so I was afraid no one would be able to fix it since the weekend was coming and I had had difficulty getting in contact with other area plumbing businesses in the past. We called Tommies Plumbing right at 8 AM when they opened and were told a technician would be here same day, which really surprised me. Dylan and Brock arrived on time. They were very professional, honest, personable, and straight forward. They did a great job with installation and even made sure they cleaned up the mess afterwards. Highly recommend Tommies Plumbing and will be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs I have!

    I called because we saw water on floor and along baseboard. Dylan and jacob came to check. Two of the most professional and polite guys you could meet. They checked EVERYWHERE AND EVERYTHING. They opened access panels and they even went under my modular home into the crawlspace. Then they said THERE IS NO LEAKS IN THE WALLS OR UNDERNEATH AT ALL. it most likely is up on the roof around the vent pipe. A fix I can do on my own. When I went to pay them I asked how much do I owe and they said just the $69 service fee...I WAS SHOCKED!!!!! for all they did that was the best $69 I ever spent. THEY CAN USE ME AS A REFERENCE ANYTIME....THIS IS A RELIABLE HONEST COMPANY....

    Arrived home from working a 12 to find my hot water heater trickling water from all the places water shouldnt be trickling from. Tommies Plumbing was able to work me in the fastest and arrived the next day bright and early, sooner than initially stated. Dallas was knowledgeable, professional, and kind.     We just had our kitchen sink unclogged plus a new faucet put in plus they (Dylan and Mark) will return when outside ground is dry to repair incoming line that is leaking around the pipe coming from the city through a cinder block wall. That cost is included today for that repair except the service fee. We were vey pleased with their service and efficiency and will definitely use them for future plumbing we may need.
