Daniel and his crew with Osborne Construction did a fantastic job with our pole barn/shop build. We were happy with his communication, punctuality, and selection of subcontractors. He was onsite everyday working and overseeing the project, the work got done in a timely manner, the site was kept clean and safe, and his prices for everything were quite competitive. We enjoyed working with Daniel and will again if we need the sort of services his company provides. If you are looking for a competent and friendly local contractor give Osborne Construction a shot.

Daniel and his crew were amazing to work with! Our project was not easy due to the remote location, but Daniel got it done. He was pleasant to work with, professional, detailed and a great communicator. Our building looks great! I would highly recommend him and would love to use him again if we have another project.

Daniel replaced a window with an 8 X 8 sliding door and installed a 12X12 deck for us. We selected Daniel based on his responsiveness in the estimating process, quality materials, good price, and willingness to work with us on the design process. I had some special order door delays and then weather delays that held off our planned start by about a month. Daniel was in touch throughout the delay and made himself available as soon as the weather and door were ready to go. He did all the work in about 4 days, mostly by himself. He allowed my husband to do some demo, the electrical work, the finish trimming, and they collaborated on correcting a home structural issue resulting from an original construction code deficiency.6 of 6 neighbors were wowed by the results and the one neighbor considering a deck replacement will be contacting him. Great attitude and quality work is what you can expect if he works your project.

Daniel replaced our old rotting wood deck with new composite materials. He was very easy to work with and responsive. His quote was fair, proton or around the middle of other quotes we got but we could feel he was very professional and trust worthy and was not pushy when it came to the sales side, unlike other quotes. Final product was great and we’re very happy with how things turned out.

We found Daniel through HomeAdvisor, and were admittedly apprehensive about hiring someone without a personal reference, as we have been burned by contractors in the past. Daniel reached out promptly and made sure we had a mutual understanding about expectations with our project. He arrived precisely at the time agreed upon, with all necessary tools/equipment. He asked detailed questions, as well as double checked my input as far as preferences in the middle of the project, which I really appreciated. He completed the project rather quickly and to our specifications. His price was very fair. Beyond the workmanship and professionalism, I really appreciated his easy going personality—truly a breeze to work with. Daniel is not only a professional but a master craftsman that will go the extra mile to finish the work and make it look better than you thought.If you are deciding on a construction company, you should not only get an estimate from him but utilize his services as well. Daniel sold us and installed an aluminum pergola on our patio. He did an excellent job. There were no issues during the entire process. Daniel kept in contact with me and completed the installation in a couple of days as promised. I would hire Daniel again for other projects.

Daniel is a pleasure to work with - we had him take down a partition wall in our living room, which required a day of demo - as well as close off a wall and add a beam with a chandelier. Hes friendly, efficient, and very nice to work with altogether. He takes pride in his work and we will certainly be working with him for more projects. Highly recommend hiring him for any home remodeling, deck or wood work you need.
