    Hey we had a great experience with Northeast Design & Build. They worked within our budget to design, plan, and execute a new dormer and bathroom in our 1950s Cape Cod that had never been touched before. Aaron was the consummate project manager who saw to every last detail. Vinnie and Josh were highly skilled and professional. Amy understood what we were looking for and made great suggestions on the fixtures, tile, paint….she thought of everything. The roofing, electrical, plumbing and other subcontractors all showed up when expected and stayed til the work was done. Highly recommend them to give you what you want, within your budget, and on schedule.

    We were so happy with the experience we had with the team from Northeast Kitchen and Design. We did a full kitchen remodel and the space is completely transformed. Their design vision for the space was perfect; I don’t think we changed a thing! When it came to construction, they started exactly when they said they would, finished on time, protected the rest of the house, and kept the site clean. As with any large project on an old house, there were some minor bumps along the way, but they communicated quickly and worked through them with us. Their communication through the design and construction was great. Since we weren’t on site, the Builder Trend site was fantastic for communicating and seeing the project progress. And the end project is even better than we imagined. Great experience from start to finish!

    We interviewed several Design Build companies and once we met Mike from Northeast Kitchen we knew we found the right one. From sales to design, super positive experience. Mike was excellent - listened and knew what we wanted to do. Renee, bingo on the first design. Knocked it out of the field. Friends and family all ask who designed the kitchen. Nice job Renee.     Absolutely amazing company! Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were awesome to work with. All the workers involved were wonderful. Always showed up to work, always pleasant ( even putting up with my grandkids interruptions and help lol). Can’t say enough good things about Aaron! Amazing worker! They even finished ahead of scheduled time! Everyday they cleaned up the entire site amazingly ! I cannot say enough great things about everyone involved, including the planning, follow up, designing ( Fantastic job Amy!).     Northeast Kitchen does a high quality job. They partner with you to plan everything and they are exact to the schedule they commit to. Their carpenter Joe was a does matter Craftsman who did an excellent job putting a beautiful floor down and explaining and overcoming any obstacles. They also clean up at the end of each day and can be trusted to work alone and get the job done. We highly recommend them for your floor installation. All their workers were excellent and Josh, the site manager, was always responsive and followed through with anything asked of him. We are so happy with our floors! You will be too!

    Northeast Kitchen and Flooring Center did a great job with the renovation of our kitchen , bathroom, bedroom and family room. They completed the project on time and the quality of work exceeded our expectation. The cost was very reasonable and the contractors were very professional. The project manager Greg Barney was outstanding and took extra effort to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. The whole process from planning to completion went very smooth. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

    We had a great experience with NE Kitchen in RI. From the initial meeting with Michael Salisbury to the finished product we truly had a stress free experience. Michael had a good understanding of our wishes and he and his team ensured they delivered. Renee worked on our design concept and added a couple of extra Wow’s. Our project managers Vinny and Ryan made sure our project was on time and both Ryan and Rob put there professional skills and talents to work on the remodeling of our kitchen and bath. Rob worked tirelessly on building a difficult angled peninsula and the entire team ensured we were happy with the results. We are so appreciative of the work, attention to details, professionalism, skilled talent, and of course the finished product. I would highly recommend this team at NE Kitchen.

    I cant say enough great things about Northeast Kitchens. Our project was substantial. We knocked down the dining room wall and expanded the kitchen into the former dining room. A bathroom was also remodeled. Conceptually, we had an idea what we wanted, but the design team at Northeast Kitchen made it real using state of the art design tools. From the initial site visit to the design meetings to demolition to the new floors to the final coat of paint, the Northeast Kitchen team delivered a wonderful experience and a kitchen we truly love. The construction was pretty much on time. Construction materials and craftsmanship were very high quality. Communication was excellent by the project manager and home office. There were some glitches by a couple of subcontractors but Northeast Kitchens immediately took ownership and quickly addressed and rectified all issues. If you are looking for a friendly and professional team that will deliver the kitchen of your dreams without the headaches that sometimes comes with these projects, Northeast Kitchens is for you! Highly recommended!!!

    Great team to work with, organize, high quality, and attention to cleanliness. Someone removed a load bearing wall in our home. 5 years after we purchased, it started collapsing over the living room. NE Design/Build came in, worked exactly to the corrective engineering specs, pulled all permits, coordinated all subs, jacked our house back to level, and installed a massive steel support beam system. They helped us add some recessed lights and crown molding (perfectly coped molding joints - thank you Matt!) but, most importantly, our home is now rock solid, straight and level, almost all the squeaks are gone (not bad for a 90 year old house)

    The people at Northeast Kitchen and Flooring company were wonderful to work with when renovating the kitchen. From the first day when I was choosing the cabinets and granite to the last day when the final touches were being completed, the professionalism was evident. The owner was so helpful both in the store and when he came to complete the measurements as was Joe who led the team during demolition to renovation. The job was completed by its due date which is a huge plus. The quality of the cabinets, granite, and backsplash is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

    We first became acquainted with Northeast Design & Build when planning to do a total renovation of our first floor kitchen area. From the very beginning they provided us with professionals who assisted with layouts, planning, product selection, scheduling and everything necessary to begin construction. Once all our decisions were made, they performed a total demolition of the area including the removal of a wall. Before we knew it there were new hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, granite counters, a center island, fresh paint, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and yes, even a kitchen sink. The work was done professionally, on time,and with as little disruption as possible. We highly recommend Northeast Design & Build to anyone looking to remodel any part of their home.     We awarded our full kitchen and bath remodel to Northeast Kitchen and Flooring and we could not be happier. Our project was completed on budget and on schedule, which were important factors for us. We only have one bathroom and they were able to work around that for us, leaving our toilet and shower fully functional and reconnecting both the shower and toilet the same day they did the new installation. It has been a pleasure working with their team from design to completion of the project.They have a family company feel and care level with the resources of a large corporation. In addition to their tremendous staff, the plumber, electricians, and painters were all top notch and genuinely nice people. I would highly recommend Northeast Kitchen and Flooring for any project you may have.

    Northeast Kitchen and Flooring was great to do business with. We had a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom done by them. What an amazing company. Renee helps you with design, details, styles, colors, etc. Renee is wonderful to deal with and makes things easy! Gregg was the Project Manager and was exceptional to deal with!!! He communicates very effectively and always keeps you updated on everything. There is a schedule for your project online along with your entire account. You can email everyone including the owner Mike, see your balance, see daily logs, etc. When they have something scheduled, they show up on time. If there is a need to reschedule, you are notified in advance. I cannot say enough about the the experience. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

    I recently had my kitchen remodeled and used Northeast. I was dreading this process as my home was built in 1952 and nothing met code. I reached out to several other companies (who shall remain nameless because I in no way could have afforded their contract price) and after being extremely discouraged, I stumbled upon Northeast Design. Everyone there was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Michael Salisbury was extremely helpful in giving different options in developing a contract. He was also very understanding when I changed my mind Several times before finalizing my contract. Upon starting my project, I must say...I could not have done it without the help of Renee Croome. She was just wonderful and went so far above and beyond with helping me make my selections. When I was unable to decide, I actually would say ..you pick...and she definitely has an amazing eye for selections. During the project, the carpenter Mike Laramee was great.He did an excellent job with the cabinets. I just love the crown molding also. Mike Carlson did an awesome job keeping everything on schedule. I was impressed with the attention to detail. I also had heard horror stories in that my house would be a disaster during the renovation, but I would get home from work and they would still be here cleaning before they left for the day. I have to say, other than some very minor issues of changing a door and some door knobs, I have absolutely no complaints. I would use Northeast again in a heartbeat.A huge thanks to Michael Sarah for putting together a wonderful team and for always being available to speak with me when I was in the showroom.

    Northeast Kitchen & Flooring delivered to us a beautifully remodeled and updated kitchen and increased access to our adjoining dining room. They also constructed a finished basement bedroom and 3/4 bath that included an upflush sewage system. The quality of their work was first-rate and the entire effort was accomplished while we were away from our home for an extended period. NE made outstanding use of its Builder Trend software package that allow us to monitor, communicate and provide progress payments throughout. NEs hallmark was great communication. They provided photos in the software to show progress and their message was very clear. We heartily recommend Northeast Kitchen & Flooring for this type of work!

    After getting proposals from three companies, we decided on NE Kitchen and Flooring (NEKF) for our total kitchen renovation, and we couldn’t be happier. NEKF offered so much more in their package at a better price than the others. From design conception with Renee to the final last touches, the staff were all outstanding. The staff really listened to what we wanted and made sure we got it. Vinny, Karen, Mike Salisbury, Mike Carlson (and those I forgot to mention)and all of the subcontractors were top notch. (A special shout-out to Mike Laramie(sp?), our most excellent carpenter and all around can-do guy). Every one of them put in a full days work , were meticulous in their work and cleaned up after themselves. Any issues or concerns were addressed promptly and satisfactorily (there were very few concerns). This company is a class act, and I would recommend them to friends and family. When my bathroom is ready for a remodel, I will definitely use NEKF again. They are a 5-star outfit.

    This was the best home renovation experience weve ever had. You get what you pay for. High quality work, professional, very clean and respectful of our home. Open communication around timelines (the app was super convenient). I especially loved the design process and how easy it was to envision the end result before we committed.     I own an old house therefore none of the walls were square. I wanted a total rip out including the sub floors. I also wanted a bigger room and some walls had to be moved.
