Kenny was awesome. Very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful & outstanding work. It seemed like he knew everything about everything. He installed 4 remote ceiling fans for us in record time & all work great. Very fair pricing & he gave us many helpful hints & ideas about other projects. Cant wait to use him again. Very punctual as well.

Kenny with KFR Home Improvements, completed some work for me on my rental property. The scope of work included finishing carpentry, painting, exterior repairs, and even power washing. He squeezed us in last minute to meet our deadline with our new tenants moving in. He was very professional and his work was excellent. He caught a few other minor issues and went above and beyond our expectations with his attention to detail and quality. His estimate was very reasonable and I believe him to be very trustworthy. I will be keeping him in my contacts for future repair work.

Outstanding! Kenny was at my home today to complete a variety of jobs, specifically to install rods and hanging drapes on 3 windows and also hanging several art pieces. From our first contact he was very professional and I am so glad that he was my first choice to help me out. He arrived on time. Obviously a skilled tradesman, his precision in making sure that everything was hung exactly level as well as measuring 4 points on each article is much appreciated. After our discussion about what I needed done, he promptly went to work and was finished in a timely manner. His rates are very reasonable. I will definitely be calling him for future projects.
