    About 10-Days ago now, it was a Thursday evening, I was watching the World Series and out of nowhere, DARKNESS, All the Electric to my house was dead, after calling PP&L and arguing they finally sent out a Tech to look at my line to my house, it was discovered Unbelievably my Reading Meter on the back of my house was over-heating and the box that held it had water corrosion, rust and was compromised, PP&L took my Meter and left me dead in the water until an Electrician would come out on likely short notice that next day, a Friday Morning and could remove my old box, and install a NEW Box with some new wiring so that PP&L could return with my New Meter Reader and install it, seemed like a tall task to ask on short notice but WOW, Shawn Kresge, and his company, Kresge Electric and A/C, came through BIG TIME for me!!! They will FOREVER be my Electrician and I cant say nothing but glowing compliments about the service, the rates and the down to earth good people he had working with him. Ill forever be grateful for what they did for me and I highly recommend anyone looking for an Electrician to reach out to Shawn and his company, they will never let you down, pure honestly and professionalism throughout the entire job!! Thank You Shawn for all that you do in the community and for helping me out in a pickle, words are not enough, again, greatly appreciated!!Josh~

    Excellent service! Electricians arrived on-time and were very professional. Kresge Services has done two major projects for us (whole house generator, split condenser AC/Heat system). This job was smaller, but was treated with the same professionalism as the major projects. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.

    If you want a high efficiency ductless system, you want an LG system installed by Shawn Kresge! Done right the first time my LG Dual inverter 2 ton unit provided all the heat we needed all winter and has continued to impress me this summer with the most comfortable AC we have ever experienced! All at the push of a button! And the LG app on my phone works great too!

They explained the installation process and kept us informed as they proceeded. Both the indoor and outdoor work looked great and operated above our expectations.     About a week before Christmas (2023), on a Friday evening, the thermostat that controlled most of the first floor decided to go haywire and my house got hotter & hotter. I was unable to turn the temperature down. I called Shawn and he was able to send one of his guys out that evening to replace the faulty one. I then scheduled an appointment to have the rest of the thermostats in the house replaced with new ones since they were all the same (old) age and would be problematic soon. The service was great!

    We have been customers of Shawn Kresge Services since 2008. They have done many projects for us including upgrading our electric and installing mini splits in our home.We had a problem late at night with 1 of our outside units just this past week. We called 1st thing in the morning and they had someone here by 2pm that afternoon. They may have been here sooner but we werent to be home till 2pm. Within no time the repair person had located the problem and he was able to take care of the problem quickly.     I had my 200 Amp panel upgrade done at my rental house in January 2024. Kresge services gave a fair price and the workmanship was excellent.     I called today about an emergency situation at my house. We had no power to almost our entire 2nd floor.
