Mr. Ron was very professional and thorough. He came out on a Sunday to add refridgerant to the AC and to do an inspection of the system. He provided very informational feedback for someone with no experience with HVAC problems.Kept his communication honest and was available on our time. The value of his professionalism was more than anything. We will definitely be calling Howard HVAC for any maintenance on our AC system. Ron’s the man! 4 times in the past 5-6 weeks other technicians have come out to figure out why a 1-year old heat pump isn’t cooling correctly. Still wasn’t working right this morning and it’s 93 degrees here in Sykesville at the moment. A friend recommended Ron and he had a diagnosis he was confident was right in about 10 minutes. Spent maybe 50 minutes in all here to do the work and there’s cold air coming out of our floor vents now :)

Prompt, professional and affordable! Technician came out on a Sunday afternoon to add freon to our AC unit at a reasonable price. Unlike those at other companies, he didnt attempt to rip me off or convince me to spend money on replacing the whole system when it still works well. Should our system need replacement in the future, I will definitely call them.
