    We used Jamie for the plumbing on a major renovation to our house. When our hot water heater stopped working three years later, I called Jamie. He came to our house that day and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that it was a defective control panel. I really appreciate his knowledge and personal service. He is prompt and responsive and I would happily work with him again.

    I highly recommend Jamie Langlois! He worked on a complex renovation project for us awhile ago and did a great job. It involved bringing water out to add a bathroom, kitchen sink, and outdoor spout to an old barn. Today, he was my hero on a small but urgent job. After three weeks without a working refrigerator, a big box store “installation” team shut off our water and then refused to hook up the new refrigerator. So we had a fridge but no water in the house; not the relief I was looking forward to! Jamie came right over and hooked it up. He was very kind, quick, and had everything he needed in the truck. Thank you, Jamie!

    Thankful to have found a local plumber that not only did the job well but showed up very quickly to check out our water heater after a minor flood and installed a new one the next morning.     I had Jamie come out to install a new On-Demand water heater to replace a 25 year old tank that was rapid approaching end of life. He came to the property to review the work and scope out the repair, and talk through what needed to be done. He sought after and valued my input, worked with me, and we reached a conclusion for scope together. When he came out a few days later, he was on-time, prepared, well organized, respectful, and completed excellent quality work within the time period expected. I will absolutely use Jamie again and recommend him every chance I get!All of the stars out of 5.

    We recommend Langlois Plumbing & heating. Jamie installed a new boiler and indrect hot water tank for us. We contacted Jamie to get an estimate, and he was here the next day. He got us a quick estimate, had great availability to schedule the work, and took time to respond to all of our questions. He showed up on time everyday with a great attitude and his enthusiasm for his work was evident. We had a few questions after the project, and he was always quick with a reply. He even took the time to fix an unrelated sag in our drain line while he was here. Dont hesitate to speak to Jamie about your project.

    My 31 year old furnace died a few weeks ago with a pretty scary carbon monoxide leak. Jamie was quick to respond and he made a plan that put me at ease. He helped us understand our best option for a replacement that was the most cost effective for both the short and longterm.     I contacted Jamie to make an appointment to have him look at a problem we were suddenly having with our Rinnai on demand hot water heater. After explaining that our hot water pressure had been decreasing and almost completely stop completely, Jamie mentioned that there was usually a screen in the cold water supply line that prevented debris from passing, he then sent me a website to watch that showed everything to do to clean the screen and within a few minutes we had our hot water back! Thanks Jamie, you saved the day and saved us $$$.This is the second time weve gone to Jamie for help after having him replace our old boiler system. Well always go to him for any of our HVAC or plumbing related problems.

    Cant say enough about Jamies service. He gave me all the details and a reasonable quote up front. When doing the work, he walked me through the whole process.     The weekend before Christmas with a house full of visiting relatives (and dogs), our boiler started leaking carbon monoxide into our house. After the fire department and VT gas determined the boiler was completely shot and red tagged, we were stuck with no heat the week of Christmas. We contacted Jamie first thing the next morning after being referred by a coworker to his Facebook page. He immediately responded and came out to see our system in person and give us a quote. He began work that very day and worked diligently all week in order to get us a brand new combination boiler/hot water heater unit during a very busy time of year!Jamie was super friendly and helpful with all our questions and very respectful of our house and the situation we were in. He even loved our two dogs who were very confused about why a strange man was bringing in so many large pipes and tools into the house.Jamie payed close attention to detail and honestly made the new system look great with all the new piping and vent work that did. We would definitely recommend others to hire Jamie for any jobs they need and we look forward to working with him in the future as well!

    Our boiler went out right before Thanksgiving. Other plumbing and heating companies told us they could not replace it until the middle of December or later. We contacted Jamie and he was on the job within 4 days (over the weekend too)!!! He did an EXCELLENT job in sourcing and replacing our boiler. Our new boiler and associated components are a work of art! On top of being an outstanding master plumber Jamie is one of the nicest people we have ever met. He takes deep pride in his work and is the ultimate professional.

    I meant to write a review last summer when Langlois Plumbing first came to help replace a broken water heater. Since then, we have also had a new efficient heater put in to replace our old furnace and for both projects I could not have been happier working with Jamie. He has been so helpful, kind, professional, responsible and just an overall wonderful person to have to contact for projects. So grateful I was referred to him and can call him the next time something breaks!

    Jamie is so thoughtful and he really cares about the work he does as well as his customers. Incredibly reasonable as well.Also- I had someone try to change over my sink hardware and they were not able to do it. Jamie came over and completed the job without any difficulty.I have a very old furnace that I will be hiring him to replace/fine tune before the next cold season. Hiring Jamie is always the right choice!
