    RSC is fantastic. They are professional and reliable. Their work is crafted with care, never rushed;but they complete their projects on time. Perhaps what I like the best though, is that they show up when they say they will!

    Rob Shea and his crew are a dynamic team. We completed two projects so far with them. Rob has always been responsive, even during their peak times. He has come out on multiple occasions, providing a thorough assessment of the project and timely estimate. With both projects, there were no surprises with our final cost; coming in at the reasonable estimate he outlines. Our recent project was a kitchen remodel. Rob’s team installed all new cabinets/island, tile backsplash, plus did the finishing work. We truly appreciated everyone’s hard work, attention to detail, communication, and cleanliness. This is one of the hardest working crews! I never had any doubt the work would get completed, and done to my type-A standards :). The guys would show up exactly at 7am, and put in a FULL days work. The lead carpenter, Karl, also came back, on several occasions, to make sure loose ends were tied up. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Rob Shea Carpentry. They were truly a pleasure to work with. The nicest team around. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

    If you’re looking to build a home in Vermont or tackle a major renovation, look no further. We had a wonderful experience with RSC in the construction of our custom-built timber frame home. Rob Shea (owner) guided us through the process step-by-step with meticulous attention to detail. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and stands by his product. The RSC crew are also professional, reliable, and respectful and true craftsmen. So grateful to have found an excellent builder with such integrity and craftsmanship. We have recommended RSC to family and friends and would certainly work with Rob and his team again.

    Rob Shea Carpentry was in charge of refurbishing my house when a disastrous dishwasher malfunction required extensive work involving all of the kitchen and the most of all my floors. They installed laminate and tile flooring. They also had to install all new kitchen cabinets. They moved flooring from one room to another. Their work was exceptional. The tile flooring stood out even when compared with the excellent work done on the laminate. The crews knew their business and worked hard and clean. I have had to work with many contractors over the years, and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had. They came in at contract price and time with no added costs. I cannot recommended highly enough. They were responsive to any questions or requests. Great, great young company delivering outstanding results at a fair price.

    I have had a great experience with Rob and his crew. Rob is very responsive with quick estimating on projects. He had a crew out to build a deck within about 2 weeks of contacting him last summer. Head carpenter showed up and asked me detailed questions about what I wanted. The project manager then followed up throughout the project on details, the schedule, etc and was very responsive - offering his cell and email. The crew was good spirited, polite and respectful. The job was done well, on time, exactly on budget and all cleanup was handled. Well be using his team again.

    Rob, his lead Derek, and their crew were incredibly professional and respectful during the tiny house project they helped me with. They were knowledgeable, offering great design suggests to increase heat efficiency, as well as options for challenging structural concerns. They always said they would be here at a certain time and were. They never left me hanging or wondering - they kept me in the loop on the projects ups and downs...and even though there were downs in the projects that had nothing to do with them, they always found ways to make life easier for me as I worked with the city of Burlington. These craftsmen are top notch in what they do for a living, but more importantly, wonderful to work with!

    Wonderful customer service, a knowledgeable and polite staff, exceptional craftsmanship and reasonable pricing. What more could you ask for? Rob Shea Carpentery does everything from small building projects, renovations, repairs and even sub contracts large builds from the ground up. They provide project management, structural framework, interior and exterior finishes and even energy efficiency projects. I highly recommend Rob Shea Carpentery to anyone and everyone.

    The most professional outfit in the carpentry/building field. I have used them for a number of projects (roof, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel), story remains the same. Great communication, punctual, they type of guys youd want to have in your house doing work. It goes without saying the quality and know-how is as good as it gets. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.

    Project #2: RSC continues to deliver. The crew did a second project for us that had a quick turnaround timeline - once again, great work at great value with positive communication. Mike was on site for us and checked in to make sure we were satisfied with everything once he finished up. RSC is our go-to contractor for important projects.________________________________________Project #1: Rob Shea Carpentry and Dereks ( the project manager) crew were outstanding to work with. Their prices were very competitive and they did high quality work, on time and on budget. It was a pleasure having them work on our bathroom and closet and we will definitely collaborate with them in the future.
