Ben and his team were wonderful! We wanted a small dock . . . which was unexpectedly complicated - custom design, EPA approval (we are apparently close to a protected area) and a variance from our town (we are apparently too close to our neighbors). It took almost a year to get the necessary permits. Ben and his company helped us through it all. And when they showed up to build - they were just as great. The guys were polite, respectful (no trash left in our backyard), hardworking, efficient, great with our dog, and nice to our neighbors. Ben knocked on their door before he started and got permission to tie his barge to their dock for a few days. And in the end, the dock is exactly what we wanted. I recommend Palmera. You will not be disappointed

If I could give 6 stars I would. This is a great company to work with, reasonable prices and high quality work. They can hold a schedule and are responsive to communication. Palmera built our dock in the April and we are thrilled with the quality of the construction. I hired them to build a bench and it is amazing! I can easily seat 6 people.

Palmera Construction just completed my dock project that has been 3 years in the making. It was a long complicated 2 step process of demolition and rebuild as the site had unkept mangroves on the waterfront. Ben and his team were with me every step of the way. The demo and installation went exactly as expected and in a concise, timely fashion. The attention to detail was fantastic. The team had to bring some equipment in from the land side. They even power washed the driveway afterwards. In addition to the great craftsmanship of the project itself, I truly appreciate Bens constant communication and responsiveness. He is truly committed to providing his customers with a quality product and finished every last detail with expertise. In addition, he presents himself as a man of character. They may not be the least expensive quote you get for a potential job but you will get your monies worth. I would not hesitate to hire this firm. Thank you to Ben and his crew for a job well done!!

The work is top notch, the crew is easy to have on the property, and everything has been done in a timely manner. Ben is very easy to deal with and at every turn went over and above our expectations.
