    I wish Google provided us an option to put 5+ stars for companies that are above stellar. I would 5+ star them all day! We noticed some issues with our septic and called them as they were first on the Google list, and had 5 stars. I’m glad we did- They were able to squeeze us in the next day, and was able to make the needed repairs at the same time. Luke is who we worked with, and he was honest, professional, and thorough with everything he was doing. Thank you Arnett Environmental, for saving the day and tons of money from what could have been much more of a costly mess!!

    My wife and I were in dire straights when our Septic System starting backing up during the late evening. After trying multiple companies, none of which could get to us same day, I found and called Arnett Environmental in Chelsea AL and was told they could squeeze me in sometime during the day. 10 minutes after hanging up, I got a call telling me they were on their way. So literally within one hour the arrived and cleaned out the tank and the price was very reasonable. The people were friendly, the left our yard in a clean condition. If you are looking for someone to pump your septic tank, I HIGHLY recommend Arnett Environmental in Chelsea

    When I got up this morning I did not know what I was going to do about my septic system backing up. I called Arnett Septic at 9am and by 11am they had pumped my tank and we’re heading to their next job. WOW! Impressed with their attitude and their work. Words cannot express my relief!

    I needed my tank pumped out, these guys worked me in same day. The price was reasonable, they arrived in less than two hours. Too around an hour to complete the job. These guys are very professional and friendly. Will definitely be using them again

    We cant say enough about how great this company is!!! Very nice and polite and most importantly they came out the day we called after a big storm and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! They were willing to try to help troubleshoot a little before coming and charging for a brand-new pump which has happened before. Thank goodness we didnt need a new pump.... I can say they are one of the most honest companies we have ever run across. Dont look for another service. Just call cause the people are great!!!! So glad we found them!!!

    I had a septic system installed by Arnett Environmental. Brandon was very responsive and made the installation/certification process easy. His crew was on-time and knocked out the install. The septic system is yet to be used as the house is still under construction but this part of the build went well.

    I have all girls in my house. I needed my septic tank pumped out and it was a emergency and you guessed it on a Saturday. I called and within 1 1/2 they were there. Luke came out and I can’t say enough about how polite and hard working he and his helper were. Got it done quickly and cleaned up. I was 1000% satisfied and highly recommend them.

    Honest,reliable,affordable pricing and fast service, what more could you ask for!! They were here within a couple of hours when I called and once they arrived to do the job they were also fast to get the job done. Definitely recommend this company!! Our tank was full but we also had a clog and they were able to take care of both problems with no problems!! Very Thankful we found this company

    I could not be happier with the Chelsea crew of Arnett Environmental. They were here today when the main office said they would be, used extra hose to avoid driving on the lawn, cleaned the tank thoroughly, explained how the system works, took payment in the driveway, and gave me tips on how to keep the system working great. I will definitely be a repeat customer for my next scheduled maintenance.I’ve had a lot of contractors and service personnel on this property over the years. I can’t recall a single person that showed a level of respect that even included putting a cigarette butt in a pocket to avoid throwing it on the ground. It’s the small things sometimes that stand out. Much appreciated.

    Brandon came out and new immediately what was wrong after less than 5 minutes. His team came out and made this fix and really help to explain how everything worked. By far the best service I have used. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

    I won’t call anyone else for septic service after using them. Brandon was helpful to the extreme. First, they came out on a Sunday to pump our tank. Second, after pumping the tank wasn’t going to resolve the issue, I wanted to do something that would have been quite expensive. Instead of just agreeing with me and taking my money, Brandon took the time to figure out the actual problem (which was relatively minor in comparison to what I wanted to do) and then even explained to me how to fix it myself. Class act.

    The service and staff were amazing!!!. They walked me through what they were doing and didn’t mind answering any questions or me standing out there with them. Gave me tips on how to treat the system and when to have it checked. They done great work will recommend them to anyone who needs septic service.

    Great customer service. We called around 8:30 one night and they were there the next morning. Had an issue later that night and called them for advise. They came back out and helped with problem. They treat their customers right!!!! I would recommend them to anyone that needs this service!!!!!!
