At the recommendation of a co-worker, I called Cross Brothers to see about getting my main sewer line unclogged. They were able to schedule me within a few days, which was OK. After much work, they were able to get their rotating snake in the main sewer line and snake it all the way to the street. They then ran a camera and verified that everything was clear and flowing. The price was reasonable as well, much less than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them.

Fast, Friendly, Reliable & You Wont Break Your Bank!We had a valve under our kitchen sink that was leaking. I called on Monday and on Wednesday we had two new valves in less than 2 hours!

What a breath of fresh air!It was nice not to be told, we can get to you in two or three weeks, rather, how about this Thursday.We needed the laundry wash tubs and faucet replaced along with a replacement of a bathroom faucet and Jeff was the plumber who expertly performed these jobs. It is impossible to overly praise his demeaner and work ethic.We sincerely thank Cross Brothers and Jeff for a job well done.Dont make a mistake, call these professionals first.

Cross Brothers Plumbing has my business for life. As a new customer, their quick response time to my urgent situation was incredible. And as a result, they ended up doing a LOT of work in my home over a 5 month period. Took care of many long overdue plumbing repairs, plus did brand new everything in 3 bathrooms that just had flooring installed. Gary (office) really knows his stuff and was so accommodating during the whole thing. Jason and Katie did all the work and I dont have enough good things to say about them as people....their impeccable work ethic plus their respect for me and my home. Their quality of work is outstanding...no shortcuts or quick fixes as they just do the job correctly the first time. With all they did to my home, no call backs or complaints as there hasnt been one issue or problem with what they did. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

These guys are incredible. I was in a new home and this is the first major crisis. Whole sewer line was backed up. They couldnt come right away but when they did they popped in right on time, worked like magic. Within the first 30 minutes of them being in they already had me flushing my toilet to test. On top of that they washed out the utility sink that filled up with awful things. Price was fair as hell for the fast expert service. Will recommend them to anyone.

They did a couple of jobs at my house for me. 1st job, didnt even know where the issue was. They found it and fixed it. They kept me informed in every step of the process. The second job had hiccups (not because of them but because of my old house), again, they were professional with their communication and did an amazing job. I will never call again else but them.

Needed a Gas line run for my new stove. These guys showed up on time, were cordial and professional. Cleaned up after they were done and made sure all worked well. Could not recommend them enough.

Cross Bros came and checked our sewer line and found the Counties line collapsed. They told us it was the county problem and they needed to fix it. Mr. Rotor tried to tell us that we had to pay them to fix it. Cross Bros saved us $5000.00.You cant buy honesty or integrity.The quality of their work is amazing, they are highly professional.
