Joe McNally came to repair our roof with his assistant and he was simply the best professional I dealt with since we moved to Boston in 2019. He was kind, polite and very respectful of the property and the residents. He fixed the most urgent problem (I had rain coming into my bedroom from the roof!!) on the same day just to keep the worst out of the way; he ordered parts and came the first day available of the following week and made an excellent report on the actual status complete with pictures of before and after, with wise professional advise. I liked how his Company handled in a timely fashion manner to submit all the documents requested my the Condo Assn. And how he honored every word he said on how and when to fix things on our roof. Our trust in McNally’s is well earned and I strongly recommend them by the way they work and their professional attitude to deal with customers, even the most difficult ones! Thank you McNally 🍀

We used McNally roofing to replace the 25 year old flat rubber roof of our triple decker condo building. We were extremely impressed by the knowledge, communication and workmanship of McNally throughout our experience with them.Six months later, we installed a new vent that had to be vented through our new roof. Steve was able to promptly swing by and oversee the process to ensure that the new vent was properly installed and our new roof would still be protected.I would recommend McNally roofing without hesitation.
