I am very pleased with the service received by Erik at Desert Water Drain and Plumbing. He responded same day to fix an issue with my kitchen sink disposal. Also answered all my questions and checked out additional items involving my water pressure, soft water, and water lines to the fridge and dishwasher. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I will call Erik.

Erik was (and is) terrific. He is knowledgeable and makes sure his clients understand as much as they want to about their plumbing and his recommendations. He is fast but efficient and clean. He tends to improve on previous plumbers’ clumsy work while installing new components. We will be using him again as we continue to upgrade and repair our existing equipment.

We had a water heater start leaking with a compromised tank. Desert Water answered our call on a Saturday, proactively checked the warranty on the unit, worked with me to get the tank drained while they brought the new unit, and the new unit was covered under warranty. From the first call to a new water heater installed was less than 3 hours. They even retaped some of the exhaust vents that had come loose. Left everything clean and tidy. Great service, great communication, and very professional. Will be our go-to in the future.

We had a pipe leaking into our basement from the ceiling. We found Desert Water Drain & Plumbing. Erik responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of. He is very responsive and genuinely cares when you have an emergency. It is rare to find service like that and we are so appreciative of what he did for us and how quickly he got it done. He also fixed a few other issues we had and was very reasonably priced. We will stick with Desert Water Drain & Plumbing for all of our future needs. HIGHLY recommend.

Great to have a plumber here in Ivins with next-day availability to stop a shower leak. Erik at Desert Water, LLC had all the necessary parts on his truck to work on three showers and two outdoor spigots. Erik discussed multiple options for my current and future plumbing projects, and he gave me written bids for future projects. Erik was careful to clean up the areas where he worked. I will be calling Desert Water, LLC for my future plumbing needs.

I needed someone to fix our water meter that was flooding our yard causing sinking quickly. When I called, Eric was out within 45 minutes and fixed it within the hour. He was respectful and kind and put our yard back so that it looks like it never flooded or was dug up in the first place. I highly recommend and will be going to him for future needs!
