    A+++ rating to Order a Plumber. We had a bad leak in our under the sink piping.I called Petro, our oil company at 2PM and they recommended Order a Plumber. Rob arrived at 6PM and about an hour later, everything was expertly replaced and working perfectly. Rob was friendly, professional, extremely neat, and truly understanding of our needs. He explained what needed to be replaced, offered us options, and quoted a fair, reasonable price before he started . No surprises, no extra add ons. The price he quoted was the price we paid. Thank you for a totally stress free experience. My husband and I definitely recommend Rob and Order a Plumber one thousand percent!!!

    I was on the phone with a friend around the corner and she told me that her plumber was there. I needed to find a plumber for one of my toilet bowls. Larry called his Dispatcher, and he was able to come to my house after finishing at my friends house. I knew if my friend highly recommended Larry, I did not need to look any further and get a few estimates. Larry did not disappoint. From the moment he walked in, to the time he left, he was very professional and as nice as can be. I knew right away that he is someone I could trust what he recommends what needs to be done with my plumbing issue. Everything was taken care of so efficiently, from setting up another appointment for Larry to come back to do the job and ordering the new toilet bowl that I need. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

    Anthony arrived and assisted the situation with the leak in slab. He explained that he will need to remove part of the wall and floor.     Very happy with the service call. Anthony not only arrived early (and texted that he was on his way), but explained everything in detail and understood my concerns. He gave me a quote for the repair but we also discussed replacing the burner since its 29 years old. Im awaiting a service call from Petro next week to get a quote for a new burner and will make my decision. If I go with the repair, I will definitely have Order a Plumber do the work.

    Plumber was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. I understand the $250 emergency service fee (after 5 pm) as plumber coming from his home. However A La Carte pricing or pricing per job is excessive. Over $500 for 15-20 minutes work and maybe 10 inches of 1/2 copper pipe. Grand total of just under $800. I should have been a plumber. Either that or a dentist. Well, at least we have heat now. And for that I thank you.

    I cannot say enough about Conrad. He’s a kind and compassionate person who made me feel comfortable with his ability to be able to complete this job. My pipe in the bathroom burst, water was all over, in the bathroom and basement. I couldn’t use the toilet or turn on the water from last night. What a mess to clean up! He came first thing in the morning (8:00 AM) as promised and fixed everything. He did an expert job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company and especially Conrad.

    The two plumbers that came were very friendly and professional, they immediately diagnosed the job, gave me a reasonable price and started to work.     Used them three times so far over the years. Had a plumber named Teli once and Larry twice. Every time they answer the phone (it’s sad I need to list that), they scheduled to be here ridiculously fast, they showed up at the time they said they would, and fixed the problem permanently the first time. They were friendly, professional, seemed to genuinely like their jobs, and took pride in their work. This company is NOT cheap, but you get what you pay for. Having it done correctly is cheaper than the damage water can cause from shoddy work. The one time I used a competitor to save money, it bit me in the butt becoming a month long nightmare with the competitors work springing 3 leaks.

    Extremely satisfied with our repair experience. First, our plumber tech, John, was the best. He was knowledgeable and caring. We live in a house that was built in the 1960s, so repairs are always challenging here. John went through every possible option to clear the lines with a major concern in keeping the house clean.     Larry is very professional. He fixed the problem. He explained what needed to be done and had me check to make sure I was satisfied. Larry cleaned up the bathroom and quite frankly let the bathroom cleaner. On the necessary return Larry was courteous and explained what happened and why.     Finding a plumber and getting them to come on short notice is one of the toughest things a homeowner can do. We have found OrderAPlumber to be the perfect solution. They have a number of plumbers working for them, and for the last 3 semi-emergency situations we have been able to get someone to come and fix the problem with 24 hours. As far as prices are concern, everything seems expensive to me, so I can’t say if prices are reasonable or not, but they seem to be, considering that it is 2022.     I moved into my 100 year old house three weeks ago. Given the age, it was bound to need some plumbing updates. I made the mistake of not hiring these guys first to fix my main drain line under the house. I was recommended Order a Plumber by a friend. Frank Morgan was extremely responsive and scheduled two plumbers to come to my house the very next morning. Matt and Rob showed up on time, and let me walk them through every issue I was having. Right off the bat I knew they were extremely knowledgeable; they pointed out some shoddy work my previous plumber did with technical detail. I had them install a dishwasher, a trap my previous plumber neglected, and they fixed some venting issues I was having with my toilet and drains in the bathroom, as well as a leaking toilet. Their problem solving skills were impressive — when an unexpected issue cropped up Matt said, “We are getting this fixed today no matter what”.     My wife & I had to attend an memorial service on the same day our sewer line clogged up! It backed up into the downstairs bathtub & there was water all over the floor! What a mess! We called order a plumber & they told us the technician had a few calls before us but gave us a window on when he would be there! So when he arrived my wife & I were at the service but my mother & brother in law let him in. He had to get to the trap to unclog it but it is located behind the closet beneath the stairs. He had to remove a lot of stuff from the closet in order to get to the trap. When we returned home the sewer line was clear, all the stuff from the closet was back in the closet & he even cleaned the tub! What more can you ask for the technician was outstanding!     I dont even know where to start with how happy I am with our experience with Order a Plumber. Many homeowners know how difficult it can be to get a plumber quickly. We had a major problem in our home where overnight, all three toilets and showers were backing up (we are on a slab with sewers, not a cesspool). This was literally overnight. I called at 8 AM and was told someone would be here before Noon (approximately). Our main plumber, Elizabeth, arrived well before that time. We had an extremely complicated plumbing problem apparently. Elizabeths knowledge and skills were quite impressive. She was professional, pleasant to deal with, but most importantly, on-point the entire day with the problem at hand. After the first day, she gave us an estimate for the expected work the next day, as well as a very reasonable fee for the almost-full day she had already spent at our house. Elizabeth said they would be back tomorrow morning to fix the problem. The long story short was that the worst case scenario ended up not being case.Elizabeth showed up at 8:00 AM the next day with Joe and Vince. I was expecting to pay a few thousand dollars for a major sewage pipe repair but after a few hours, this team found the blockage that was so hidden. On top of that, there were no additional fees or charges for the second day of work. I couldnt believe it!The whole team was great. I would like to say, most of all, that I appreciate the fact that Order A Plumber hires women for what is traditionally a male-dominated field. Elizabeth is without a doubt the best plumber we have had in our home. I will always request her!My whole experience with everyone at this company has been so positive.     My indirect water heater stopped producing hot water and I contacted two other plumbers in the area, both of which had to come out twice each and could only recommend replacing the entire water heater after putting band-aids on the problem. Thankfully I reached out to Order a Plumber who sent their service technician Joe to give another opinion. Joe, who was absolutely professional, accessed what the real problem was at the boiler and recommended to not replace the entire water heater but fix the actual areas that were corroded. Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. A month later all is working properly.I even had him come back to install a new faucet and run a copper water line to my new fridge. Their pricing is very reasonable and if you are fortunate enough to have Joe come to your home rest assured that you will be given top notch service with no nonsense. I highly recommended this service company over some of the other plumbers in the area, you wont be disappointed!

    I had Order a Plumber to fix my Peerless PF-399 Boiler who just stopped working in the middle of this frigid weather leaving us without heat and hot water. Not every plumbing company knows how to fix these complicated boilers. I called Peerless Boilers Rep in New York to recommend a company who can perform a professional job on their boilers. They recommended Order a Plumber. Alex and Teli came on the same day I called to identify the problem, their office gave me the price and ordered the broken part, after Alex and Teli came to install it. They did an amazing job without to make a very big deal of it and made me feel as comfortable as possible by returning the hot feel back to the house. I enjoyed working with Alex and Teli a lot. They made a really unpleasant situation feel better. If they did such a great job on a complicated boiler I just can imagine what a pleasure is to work with them on a more simpler things.
