    Lucas Hernandez with Kidd Roofing shows up on time, does quality work, and their service and response time is top notch. Lucas does a phenomenal job managing all the roofing and flashings aspects on all projects that he gets assigned.     Scott was absolutely great. This was our very first time ever making an insurance claim, or having a roof redone. Scott and the team at Kidd Roofing were awesome, our house is over 5,000 sqft of roof, and the team did that and our barn in 2 days. They cleaned up, like it had always been that way. I can recommend them enough they didnt harass us about payment, knowing it was being processed by insurance and the mortgage company. They even helped us with re-estimation for the additional work that needed to be done. All in all a great situation and experience. We will definitely use them again when it comes times for the new metal roof.

    We would like to give a 5++ star reviews if there is one! KIDD Roofing is the best, this is a very reputable company, especially in Texas there still no regulation for roofing licenses. We asked for many good reviews roofers after 5/19/2023s huge hail storm, I have to say Scott Nelson from KIDD Roofing is the best! Scott is indeed very knowledgeable about roofing replacement details, he is very honest and friendly, strongĀ responsibilities, willing to work in every concern a customer has and give the most adequate suggestions. Scott and his team are working very hard, attention to detail, keep their promises, the gutter guy and Velux skylight technician he coordinated also did fantastic work, explaining the correct way to install and pointing out our current issues. I also recommended our neighbor to KIDD for their roofing needs, they are as happy as we do. I would definitely recommend more friends and neighbors to KIDD if theres any roofing needs.     We had extensive damage to our house from large hail storm early 2019. We selected Kidd Roofing as a general contractor for all repairs which included replacing the roof, several windows, chimney cap/stucco, fence, and garage doors. The selection was based on on-line reviews of the company, their complete and detailed proposal, and professionalism and experience level of their rep. Scott Nelson. Scott made what is usually a lengthy unpleasant experience a smooth and pleasant one! He handled all back and forth communications with the insurance company while always keeping us in the loop. He patiently explained the claim process to us over and over again, no matter how many times we asked him to repeat it. šŸ˜Š He also selected and managed scheduling the subcontractors as we did not want to deal with them directly. We wanted repairs to match the original condition and this was really difficult to do for the windows since the style was discontinued. Scott contacted several vendors and contractors and finally found a way to match the original window style to where you canā€™t see any difference. He did the same for garage doors, he picked and tried many stain samples until we found the right shade. Thank you Scott, we especially appreciate your help and support every step of the way ā€“ you are truly exceptional!

    This roofing company is seriously one of the best companies that has ever done work for me. They showed up exactly when they said they would show up and they cleaned every single nail up. They took extra time to make sure everything was covered and protected. I love my new roof - I had single tab before but have a much nicer roof now. There was no back and forth BS for pricing either - they gave me a very fair pricing and did not take my check until they knew I was satisfied with the work. On a side note: I had a broken fence piece that I was struggling with when they came to do their final inspection and Scott noticed I was struggling to hold it together and he even nailed it back together for me. NOBODY else would have offered this help to me. He truly cared about me, my house and my roof. Ill forever be grateful to Scott and Kidd Roofing and will recommend them to anybody that needs a roof!

    I acquired quotes from several roofing companies including the one I had last used, just 3-4 years earlier. I most appreciated how my sales rep, Scott, took time to listen and answer my questions. Not in a canned response fashion, but with genuine interest. Looking at their website, I kinda felt I might be considered a lower end customer for them (my house is about $375k), but in no way was I ever treated as such. We have 3 kiddos and the crew did a great job cleaning up after, ensuring no nails or debris could injure our animals or kiddos. They werenā€™t the cheapest. They also werenā€™t the most expensive. But I went with Kidd roofing because I felt they did things right, the first time, with quality and excellence.
