    Tony Cross with Mr. Sparky electric has been absolutely wonderful. He gave us an in home estimate on a new breaker panel/location change and let us know exactly what needed to be done, and how it needed to be done, and it was explained in perfect detail. He executed the scope of work in a timely and efficient manner, fully illustrating his breaker panel and wiring expertise/methods as the integration progressed. His positive attitude, overall knowledge, attention to detail,, and warm personality completely won us over from the get go. He took the time to address a few other small things in the house as well and we were completely amazed by his level of service compared to the 5 other companies we have had out to the house to discuss options with.     The service I scheduled was completed wonderfully. I arranged for a free estimate online. The technician and company sent multiple text messages with updates on arrival time along with information on the technician that included pictures. Its nice to know who to expect in advance when you let someone into your home.The technician, Tony, was a very experienced and nice person who explained everything fantastically well. He took time to answer all of my questions. He communicated thru his actions and attitude that he enjoys the work which makes any experience better for a customer. His work was impeccable. I will absolutely request him in particular in the future if he is available.

    I would recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone looking for an honest and professional electrical service company. From the time they techs walked thru the door to the time the repairs were completed they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.     Bryan K frim Mister Sparky Electrician did a great job installing new wall plugs, and he explained the costs ($$$$) and complications of installing floor plugs (which was our original reason for the service call). He also helped us come up with ideas for alternatives to floor plugs. Would definitely call on him for future needs. Very nice, polite, and informative. Also, the company gave us a 4-hour window for our appointment, called 45 minutes prior to arrival, and texted information with a picture of our tech. As electricians go, price seemed reasonable.

    I am incredible thankful and grateful to find Let Mister Sparky. I wasn’t sure if they were able to schedule an appointment the day of. I was on a tight schedule. I’m so happy they were able to fit us in!I had some issue with our front outdoor outlets weren’t working after the storm and door bell wasn’t working either.Brandon was our electrician. Super kind, professional, thoroughly on explaining all the process step by step.He worked so hard and tirelessly trying to find ways to fix the problem in the most efficient way. Without having to drill a hole in the wall to replace our door bell transformer. He went into our attic, and walked around the house trying to find the transformer. It was no where to be found! Brandon’s finally found it in the outdoor wall (not sure why it’s there). He managed to fix all of our problems in one day!Pricing was fair and not cheap.     Mr. Sparky did a great job. They answered the phone right away and had a tech to my house on the same day. Bryan, the tech did a great job as well. He was friendly, thorough and very competent. He replaced the bad breaker and had my AC running right away. This was the second time I used Mr. Sparky with great success on each occasion. I will call them again when needed.

    Great service. They came out a few months back to fix a tripping circuit. Fixed it but it started tripping again. They returned and took extra time root causing the issue and did not charge to come back out. Turned out to be a different root cause but it is now resolved. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable telling us everything he was doing. You can tell he takes pride in his profession. Will use again.

    I’m in my 80’s and as one might guess, have used the services of many professionals during my lifetime. Bryan Kersey, electrician for Mr. Sparky Electrical Service, gets my highest recommendation! He did a great job replacing the power mast on our roof that was destroyed by fallen tree limbs during a storm. We didn’t have anyone to get the tree limbs out of his way at that time, but he didn’t let that stop him. I could hardly believe that he could get in to that mess and find room to work. After the job, he handled getting it inspected by the city of Dallas, and called Oncor for us to apprise them of our status. Mr. Sparky is very fortunate to have Bryan on their team. He’s prompt, fast, a real gentleman, a great communicator, and goes “the extra mile” the way a fine craftsman does when he loves his job. 5 stars, and then some for Bryan!!

    Bryan Kersey came to resolve an issue with my pool pump not turning on. I signed off on the cost of investigating the necessary components and it turned out “ someone” had turned off our timer!!!! So nothing was at all wrong with switch or motor!! Since I had agreed he asked if I could think of any other needs I had with electric around the house that he could help me with. He remained here for almost 1:45 min and helped me with a security camera that wasn’t responding, checked my electric panel for app. Current, discussed and educated me in fixing my pool light inside the pool, and checked the wires to that light. All in all he made sure his coming out was worthwhile for me in the end.. thank you so much Bryan👍🏻

    I had installed a simple wall switch and somehow managed to create a dead short to ground. I do not consider myself sufficiently competent to chase a problem like this. I mean, it was just TWO wires! How hard can it be? I was routed by an answering service to Mr. Sparky after my original choice was unavailable.Andrew showed up as promised: extremely professional looking with a good haircut, well groomed beard and clean Company shirt. As a veteran I value appearance as one of the marks of a professional.I explained what happened in detail and he put his years of experience to work in determining the cause. It turns out the original electrician (40 years ago) had nicked the insulation and exposed the copper on one of the power wires and just stuffed the rats nest of wires back into the switch box. I must have created the short when I was stuffing all the wiring back in after changing the switch.Andrew insulated all the exposed copper in the switch box and then checked all the other locations in that circuit for similar issues and did find a couple more.He was friendly, communicative and worked until the problem was resolved. The house is back on line.The entire process from booking to completion was not stressful. I gladly paid Andrew and sent him on his way, and logged another story of you get what you pay for.

    We had an unexpected issue with the wiring in our fifty year old home. Our technician from Mister Sparky Andrew was kind, patient with our questions and I definitely recommend his work for both his quick professionalism and detailed information. He gave us education on some minor problems we can fix DIY while fixing a major problem.The overall response from Mister Sparky was great since we texted them on a Sunday but they were able to get us set up for a Monday visit ASAP anyway. They were not the cheapest option we looked at, but when dealing with electrical issues I prefer quality licensed professionals who also offer a service guarantee and insurance. Its better to have peace of mind that the work is done correctly. I will very likely use them again for other electrical updates in my home.

    When half the power went out at our house, we went searching online for a reliable and reasonably priced electrician. When I called Sparky, they mentioned the service charge to come out, which at first I was apprehensive about. Angies List had an article where they confirmed that it is more commonplace now-a-days to charge one, so I decided to move forward with using Sparky - I am very thankful that we did. We had a faulty outlet behind our 18 month old daughters crib!! I would have never thought to check it, since it wasnt in use.Andrew was nothing short of amazing. White glove customer service, very knowledgeable, explained everything to my wife and I, and even showed me how to pig tie the rest of the outlets in our home, so I could DIY the rest myself.     Tony Cross did a terrific job. We had 3 electricians provide us with estimates. We wanted to install an electric tankless water heater but our electric panel did not provide enough power to support it. We selected Tony for these reasons (in no particular order): 1) Experience: he had done many similar jobs before dealing with electric tankless water heaters. 2) He was a proponent of tankless and used them himself. 3) he worked with us with ways to lower the cost while at the same time getting a better product. This meant we got a great deal at a lower price than the competition. 4) he didnt try to upsell. 5) he has 30+ years as an electrician and it showed when we spoke with him and later when he did the work. 6) he was accommodating around our schedule. 7) some electricians said we would be out of power 4-8 hours. Tony had his own generator and made sure we had power for the refrigerator, freezer, internet, and computer except for maybe 30 total minutes. No food lost and I was still able to work from home. 8) Tony worked quickly and efficiently, but didnt take short-cuts. 9) Tony cleaned up any debris left over. 10) my brother-in-law is an out of state electrician also with 30 years experience so we knew we could trust him. His unofficial price qoute was almost the same amount as Tonys. So we knew we had an honest electrician. 11) Tony is a master electrician that does the training and consulting with other employees at Mister Sparkys. That tells you that he knows what he is doing.Tony was engaging, friendly, honest, and most of all super competent. I definitely will recommend him to all my friends and family.

    We needed an electrician after our AC went down when we attempted to install a basic Google nest thermostat (make sure to get the learning thermostat that costs more if you have a 7 wire system!!!) and somehow both of our furnace double poles on the breaker went bad in the process. Mister sparky sent Daniel out ASAP (same day even though we called Friday afternoon!) and he took care of the problem. He also pointed out a few upgrades we could make but we never felt pressured to do them. We ended up having a whole home surge installed and will have him back to upgrade our ground outside because our current one is showing some decay which he showed me and I could see with my own eyes. Overall we had a lot of repair and install done and Daniel stayed fairly late into the night to get it all done so we couldnt really ask for more. Highly recommend mister sparky if you need an electrician thats fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional!

    Mr. Sparkys technician (Tyler), arrived at a great time during my appointment window. Tyler had a friendly smile and great attitude. I revisited the electrical issues with him again and showed him where all the issues were located. I had three exterior outlets and a kitchen light not working any longer. He was very knowledgeable about how to fix the problems and fixed them in a timely manner. He had a smile the entire time and was gentle and calm at handling his tools and made sure that he cleaned up as he was working. He welcomed me to watch him while he worked, and he made me feel very comfortable. Now, all three outlet plugs are working and the kitchen light is back in business. We had Daniel come out and fix one such riddle last year and he was so great we had him out again this year to replace an outlet and some switches, as well as do an inspection, surge protection and estimate for new panel and some upgrades and items that need to be up to code. Daniel takes the time to explain everything and we feel very confident with his work.Update 4/9/21 - We had Daniel out again to upgrade our circuit panel and install smoke detectors. Daniel once again did a fantastic job. Everything looks great and he was helpful explaining things and answering questions. Also he and Mr. Sparky were quick to adjust scheduling around for a required extra day and grab the necessary permits on short notice.Update 11/12/21 - We had Daniel out to install new circuits for a kitchen remodel. As usual he did an awesome job. Hes very patient and answers all of our questions even when it is late. His work is very neat and tidy and he pays attention to detail.Update 2/11/22 - We had Daniel out to install a transfer switch and outside plug for portable generator usage in case of major power outages. Cant say enough about Daniel. Hes fantastic. Super friendly and helpful and his work is impeccable. He even went through a dry run with us with the generator to verify everything worked and show us how to hook it all up. If we need any more electrical work we know where to come.

    Your employee, Daniel, was very professional. He provided several options to upgrade our 14 year old home’s circuit breaker panel to meet our goals and also meet 2021 code. He explained the pros and cons to guide us in our decisions. Daniel also restored power to our outdoor kitchen. Our outdoor kitchen was completely rewired due to the elements (age, rain, ants, and mice!), Daniel was honest and patient.
