Needed a new roof and some repair from a tree falling on it from a recent storm. Mike at MMR and his team did a great job on giving us a new roof and repairing the tree damage. Finished the job in 2 days. Very pleasant people to work with.

I recently needed to have extensive work done on my house due to mold issues, and the entire half of my house had to be stripped and subflooring ripped out and replaced along with reinstalling everything and laying new flooring, replacing bathtubs, and finishing my back porch. Mike and all his guys made the whole process such an easy and nice process, and Mike was always there to answer any questions I had about the work. I had a lot as I’ve never had anything done before at my house! They went above and beyond anything I imagined, and the house looks amazing. The back porch really just blew my mind with what they did with it, I had low expectations for anything on that part but it has far exceeded my wants! I highly recommend MMR to anyone needing to get any type of work done. They are an amazing group of guys and will be more than generous and fair while doing an outstanding job for you. These guys are great! Called Mike, which he picked up right away and offered to go look at my roof of a house I am listing soon. To my surprise, he went and looked at it the same day! Called me back and gave me a excellent quote for roof replacement. His crew started about two weeks later, which is amazing, and completed the job in less than 3 days!

This team is efficient and professional. They replaced my exterior doors during frigid weather; they clean up every bit of debris. I have an older home which made replacing the doors a challenge - lots of shims needed, but it’s a perfect fit. Mike made sure I understood how to work the keyless locks (never had those before). I will be replacing windows and roof in the spring and they already agreed to do that work for me. I am telling everyone I know, that this company delivers what they promise; and affordable too.

I cannot say enough good things about MMR contracting. We contacted them to rebuild a set of outdoor commercial stairs between my building and my husbands. They were in ROUGH shape, rotten and falling apart. The MMR crew was SO efficient. Got back to us right away with a quote, which was less than the one we received from another company. Had different stair options drawn up to choose from, and set up the project to be started within 4 weeks.During the build, the crew was pleasant and timely. They worked day and evening to get them done before I had someone checking into the short term rental that the stairs were access to.The stairs looks amazing. I’m so pleased with the work, the efficiency and the great attitude from the MMR guys. Will be using again soon.

I had the good fortune of contacting Mike for a new roof on my garage. It was in pretty rough shape. Not only did they do an awesome job on the roof, they were able to replace that bottom siding slab and metal corners. This garage is old and now everything is updated to matched perfectly. Timely, priced well, great service and personable are qualities I look for in any building endeavor.

Mike at MMR was very responsive through tout the entre process. We had two bathrooms remodeled and at every stage Mike was quick to update us on any issues and the timeline. The only issues were receipt of damaged product from the home improvement store, which are outside MMRs control. The best comment I can leave is after the bathrooms were completed (& they look great) we asked Mike to do some more work around the house. MMR is a great company to work with.

MMR Contracting did a great job replacing some dry rot damage alongside my deck. Had some deck reframing, new steps, and all new deck boards replaced as well. Work was done in a timely fashion and the crew was pleasant to work with.

Such an excellent contractor in a town where that is very hard to come by. I had a blocked chimney due to a super dense squirel/bird nest and the furnace wasnt venting to the outside. This was a fairly serious predicament and I needed something done quick. Mike answered my call right away (on a Saturday) and was super friendly and helpful. He was here less that 30 minutes later, and him and his partner got to work right away, taking off the chimney cap and fashioning a pole and auger that could reach the blockage. After about 2 hours of working the dense blockage free, they got it all cleared. They were extremely good at making sure it got done, even in the blowing snow in 20 degree cold weather. Use these guys. They deserve your business.
