    Weve been Aero Rental customers and enthusiasts for over 30 years. They have a great selection of supplies for weddings, graduations, birthday parties, office parties, celebrations and other events. They have greeting cards for every occasion, balloons, table settings, and more. By renting, its possible to have many items at your disposal without having to personally pay for a storage facility to store them. Also, there are times when a specialty tool or piece of equipment is needed for a project that you will only need every few years. Think of it as your saving thousands of dollars on purchases and storage costs store. What makes the store even better is the excellent staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. Many of the employees have been there for decades providing great service to the Iowa City community.

    The whole crew were so helpful and respectful. I haven’t encounter such an outstanding customer service in a long time. My husband rented some equipment from this business and I happened to return the equipment twice on his behalf. May God bless your business and the whole crew.     I have been an Aero Rental Customer for a long time. I used Aero Rental for Wedding Receptions, Big Special Business Awards Banquets, and also for personal home functions and gatherings. We call Jay and plan events and he would make it happen. Their rates are reasonable and they maintain the equipment they rent to you. Special thanks to Jay for always being congenial and efficient. I have high regard for Aero Rental and it’s staff. If you are planning your special meeting, reception or private party for friends, family or Associates Aero Rental is where I would go.     The customer canceled the job not long after I picked up the rental so I went to return the item. After hearing that I wasn’t able to even start the job they comped me the cost of the rental. This alone is convincing me to only do business through them and to recommend only them to anybody who needs to rent equipment.

    Best rental place in town. The store is clean and well organized (unlike their competitors), I am always greeted at the counter by an adult that knows what they are doing and understands the equipment that they have well. The selection is huge and prices are reasonable. Anything that I have rented from there has always been in great working order. Its our go to place for rental in our area.

    Aero rental is a great place to go for any of your renting needs. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I use them a lot in my days as a maintenance repairman and remodeler. They still remember who I was after not going there for about 10 to 15 years. They make the individual feel like theyre a big company.I strongly suggest if you plan on doing any remodeling rebuilding or anything of that such and you need tools or equipment go there.     Rented a stump grinder this last weekend. Was having a small issue with it (turned out to be operator error), regardless, 15 minutes before closing Saturday they were ready to drive to my location to help, thats the customer service that keeps you coming back.     Great service, rented a snake for a drain for $35 for the day , asked if everything worked , said yes but still had to call a plumber, he dropped the price to twenty bucks said he wished it would of worked. Will have my service for life. That is how you take care of and build great customer service

    We used Aero for a tent rental and drink tables. We had their crew install the tent. The night after install was a very intense rain - exstream high winds. Tent never really moved - very impressed.The installers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.Only complaint was 3/4 drink tables leaked.Will use Aero again when we need to rent anything.

    I like to go to this store to find my party supplies. They have it set up to find the stuff you want by themes. You can get everything from centerpieces, balloons, streamers, party favors, and gag gifts. They have children’s themes as well as Hawaiian, Sock Hops and more. Just be sure to check them out when you are planning your next party or graduation.

    Best place to go in Iowa City for boom lift rentals! I had an issue with the hydraulic line freezing up on me on a cold day. One of the guys come out to my location to fix it at no charge.

    I have rented from Aero Rental about a dozen times. I have always been very satisfied. They have high quality equipment, always maintained well and gassed up. Prices are reasonable. Delivery is fast (if needed). The staff is knowledgable and demonstrates the equipment well. I am very happy that we have a good rental place in Iowa City. I can always count on completing projects myself when the right equipment is available.For the wedding planners leaving bad reviews. Sounds like you may have been stressed out from your wedding planning. I try to stay far away from people planning weddings.
