I called Master Plumbing with an urgent request because water was dripping out of the basement ceiling. I was freaking out and Denise, the business manager was patient and understanding. They came out and repaired a leaky pipe. Very professional and good communicator with my wife as i was on errands.And it is an Inver grove heights expert. Call them for your plumbing needs.

I called Master Plumbing with an urgent request because water was dripping out of the basement ceiling. I was freaking out and Denise, the business manager was patient and understanding. In less than 30 minutes a technician (Danny) was here. He was sharp and professional and an excellent communicator. Danny showed me the source of the leak, explained how he would fix it and in 20 minutes it was repaired. I was blown away! He also showed me the part he replaced so I could see where it failed and then he showed me what to do if I noticed moisture under the new part. The repair cost was reasonable, and the work area was left spotless.I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! Plus, theyre local to Inver Grove Heights. I will definitely call Master Plumbing for any future work.If it were possible Id give Master Plumbing more than five stars. What a refreshing experience. SBB 6/5/2024

Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. Theyre contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

My interaction comes from a Best Buy appliance purchase. Without going too far into historical events, the original contracted installer replaced my gas dryer fittings with used parts and kinked the gas line from main which caused a gas leak. Fast forward to today and through significant time dealing with Best Buy, XPO, and other plumbers we had Charlie and Jake out to my home. They were efficient in not only finding the leak in the connections but also find and fixed the leak caused by the original installer which wasnt found or diagnosed during several previous call backs.Both Charlie and Jake took their time. Triple checked their work and when all was said and done, we were left with a feeling of safety and a feelings or relief that FINALLY we had professionals over that actually cared about their quality of work and attention. After originally purchasing the washer and dryer from Best Buy January of 2020, we can finally use the products purchased. Thank you to the Master Plumbing Services team and especially to Charlie and Jake. Kudos!

Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I dont need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

Jeramiah and Jake were awesome to work with. Took the bite out of having to replace a hot water heater on the fly and when the expense wasnt expected. They gave me a fair and honest price and Jake swapped the unit the same day. Good kid with a great work ethic not often seen from guys of his generation. Had Master Plumbing Services replace my hot water heater. Though they came to me through a Home Warranty referral, I could not be more impressed with the whole crew, from Denise in the Office to both technicians who first diagnosed the issues (and help limp along the failing unit until the new one was ordered and delivered) and then installed the new unit. Keep this name and number handy for your plumbing needs.
