Dennis and his team are great. I had asked him to look at my garage electrical to see if I needed a sub added since I was converting an old workshop to a home office. He checked it out and let me know I didn’t need a sub but I did need some wiring issues addressed, in addition to the work in the office. On the appointed day of work, Dennis and his two employees, Kaitlin and Luke showed up at 8 AM, as promised. We spoke of the scope of work and they got right to it. They were courteous, skilled and answered all of my questions. They were done by midday and left the garage neat and clean. I couldn’t ask for better service. They are the best!

I can’t think of anything more I could ask of an electrician. They show up, are on time, communicative, have good suggestions, perform excellent quality work with employees who emulate their boss striving to be the best, and all at a fair price. You want these folks at your job, trust me.

TSI was stellar to work with. My first call to them was at 4:55pm - I lost power to my home and was unsure why. Not only was my call answered, Dennis showed up quickly to check things out. Dennis provided options without any pressure (it should be noted that the 2 options were significantly different in price). Within a couple of hours I had a detailed quote in hand as well as all of my questions answered (I had several!). The TSI team took care of permits & coordination with my electric company quickly. While at my home they were friendly, responsible, respectful & timely. I cannot stress the value of their professionalism - companies like this are a rare find. I opted for a complete panel upgrade & replacement with zero regrets. TSI will be my only go to and they should be your only call as well!

Dennis is a very considerate business owner. He installed motion lights at my home and I had one fail that was over 1 year old. Dennis replaced this light for me at no cost. Totally will use them for all my Future Electric Needs.

TSI is a little known secret in the Traverse City area. The team that came for the work was extremely professional and courteous. They even went above and beyond to fix things that were out of their control, and my own mistakes. I would highly recommend TSI Electric for any and all electric work you may need. The only bad thing I can say, is that they only work with electrical, wish they would do everything and be my go to for all things in life! The electricians came on time, they were personable and knowledgeable. They explained what was being done. They cleaned up the area beautifully and replace any landscaping that needed to be moved for the installation. The fees were reasonable. I highly recommend TSI Electric LLC!

So eased with this top notch service ! They did an install of transformer base and panel on new construction .But did everything perfectly....Called me back within an hour of my first contact.Set up an appt for service within 5 days.Came out to scope the job an dbe prepared the day before .And then showed up , right on time to complete the service requested !Wow! Wish there were more trades out there with this kind of quality response !Great job TSI‼️
