    We had a great experience with this company. They came out promptly and explained everything to us. We had never dealt with septic issues before but they took care of us. We didnā€™t even know where the septic tank was located but the guys were able to walk right to it. They pumped it out and repaired a pipe. I recommend them 100 percent!

    A-1 Affordable septic tank service was by far the best in there business. I have been doing business with this company for years and I tell you from the customer service to the people doing the work is absolutely amazing and I trust the work. They do what is promised and never disappoint. It is refreshing to have a company who stands by their work and make sure everything is to your satisfaction before they leave. They did an install gravel pit and I watched cause I wanted to know the just of it cause never had it done before and they informed me of every little thing that was being done. The care as if they were working on their home, it was amazing to watch the progress. I truly recommend A-1 for all your septic tank needs they are above the rest.     As a first time septic tank owner I was so clueless of how it worked and when to service it. After the hurricane Helene we lost power and our septic pump alarm went off indicating that there is a problem with the pump itself. So besides getting the tank pumped there was a chance that the pump actually broke. I made a mistake and called a different company to get it looked at and pumped, ( the experience was terrible as they didnā€™t explain anything and were very irritated with my questions and in a hurry to another job. They pumped my pump chamber out first per my request and looked at the pump saying that it looks like itā€™s broken and will need to be replaced. Then they came back next day to finish the job and to pump the actual solid waste. Again they were irritated with my questions and after finishing the pumping didnā€™t even test the septic pump to see if itā€™s actually broken and will need replacement or if everything resolved with the service). Finally I called A-1 Affordable Septic Tank Service and had many of my questions answered to help me understand what needed to be done. A technician came, tested, checked and explained everything and answered all my questions. He checks and tested the pump system and showed me that it was working. He didnā€™t even changed for his time of about 1 hr as he didnā€™t needed to do anything besides check the system and confirm that it was working. Of course I gave him a small tip for his time but I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I regret that I didnā€™t called them first to do the whole process. I highly recommend this company, especially to those who are a first time owners of septic tank system.

    Great service, friendly people who go above and beyond to ensure youā€™re happy. We had 3 others come out and give us a quote before being recommend to A1.     This is the 3rd time I have used A1 Affordable to take care of our septic tanks. The last time I had it pumped was in 2009. I had wanted them to not only pump our septic but to give me an estimate for adding a riser so the next time I did not have to dig up as much of our lawn.I received a call in advance of Jonathans arrival so I had time to leave work to meet him at the house. They used the mini backhoe to dig up the grass area and expose the septic lid, 3ft below the ground. He popped the lid, did an assessment and pumped the tank clean. He indicated the tank looked good and probably could have gone another 3 years presuming the home usage was the same.I decided not to have a custom riser installed once I saw how he put the dirt back into the ground and smoothed out the area. I should have new grass in the small area that need to be dug up in no time.I will call them again in another 5-10 years.Great Job by all involved

    I had A1 come out and pump my tank during the service there was a small mishap with some of there equipment. The owner called me immediately and expressed there concerns. I told them what happened and 30 minutes later they were at my door they worked ( themselves!) fixed my problem and were so nice. There are no Companies like this one anymore. All there 5 star reviews are true. They have my respect and my business from now on. We all know accidents happen itā€™s how you respond when something goes wrong that sets this company apart from everyone else. Do not Hesitate to hire A1 to do anything for you they stand behind there work.

    My plumber recommended A-1, and they did not disappoint. The two-man crew was prompt, polite, and efficient, and tidied up the excavation well. Even though it took some time to locate the tank, the reasonable flat fee stayed the same. We will definitely use A-1 for a regular pump-out in years to come.

    This was the second time I have used A-1 Affordable in eight years. I did not have any problems; I only wanted my tank cleaned before I had a problem.     The customer service was great and friendly. Heather was so helpful. The gentleman who came out to do the job were very nice and professional. They came early and wasted no time. The issue I had was not what I thought it was but they fixed it and pumped my tank in no time at all. They cleaned up to the point that I would not have known they had even dug up the lid to my tank if not for the dirt just being turned over. There was no mess after what so ever. I would recommend to everyone! Also the price was within or somewhat cheaper than others I checked with.

    I highly recommend A-1 Affordable Septic. I called on New Yearā€™s Day, which was on a Sunday because my septic tank was full and causing a backup. The hours that were listed said they were closed, but I was desperately trying to find someone. To my surprise, a kind lady answered the phone. She informed me that they couldnā€™t come that day but could the next morning. The next morning the two guys showed up a few minutes earlier than I was told they would arrive, which was great.     Would use A-1 again. Great job, courteous staff, and available to come out same day. A1 was recommended to me by a local plumber who said he knew A-1 always did a top-notch job. I had already called several services to check cost, and A-1s price was in line with the other septic services. However, I already knew I was dealing with a better group of people starting with the lady I spoke with on the phone. Since I had an important appointment that day, I had no choice but to schedule A-1 to come out the next morning. She explained how to manage if we needed to take a shower, flush the toilet, wash laundry (DO NOT WASH LAUNDRY LOL, very important!). I really appreciated her taking the time to help us out with those issues. Also the staff who actually worked on the septic tank was polite. Thanks for the great job.

I wonā€™t go on about how terrible another company is but I will say that A1 actually listened to what I was experiencing with my plumbing issues and took that into account when they came out for service. Not to mention that they couldā€™ve gotten away with doing unnecessary work and charging me way more than they did because I wouldnā€™t have been the wiser but they didnā€™t because it was the right thing to do. When you get a company that is more willing to take care of its customers than it is to line its pockets you know youā€™re in good hands. I look forward to working with them in the future.

    Amazing experience A-1 Affordable today. Josh met me at the site and quickly found the tank. Once he dug down about 1.5-2 feet, found the lid. Upon opening the lid, he patiently and thoroughly explained everything. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot), what each component of the septic system was, the existing condition of each, and what a failure or repair would mean, in terms of time and cost. He only charged me for what I needed and didnt try to add charges. I really couldnt be more grateful. Josh deserves a raise!     Had my septic tank emptied today. Was very happy with the service, they scheduled me for a Saturday as it is difficult to take days off during the week. They stated that they would be here between 9-9:30 am and they showed at exactly 9:30. John was the technician and he got right to it. John was polite and professional, he took a quick glance at the house plans and found the septic tank in about 2 minutes. They use a mini excavator which is really quiet, he dug the hole in about 5 min and was spot on. I quipped he must have done this a few times and he stated ā€œabout 20 yearsā€. You get what you pay for, prompt, professional and friendly service.He had the tank pumped and cleaned up in about 40 minutes.Highly recommend this company.

    Heather was very nice and helpful with answering all my questions and diagnosing the most likely problem on my initial call over the weekend. Our issue was not an emergency but in only a couple days after my call, Jonathan and Weston arrived with the truck and went to work.     We cannot say enough about how professional, helpful and kind the folks at A-1 have been to us. After several attempts at getting another company to do work on the septic system at my late motherā€™s house we called A-1. I explained that we were in a time crunch and they were able to meet our deadline, kept us informed through the entire process and the price was very reasonable. If you have septic system issues A-1 is the company you need to call.
