Waconah is a well oiled machine. They were able to take my ideas and incorporate them into my project without blowing out the budget. They were very hands on with cost saving ideas that did not cannibalize the design. They had a full time project manager and a software that sent updates and photos to my phone, which was nice because I wasn’t living in my house during construction. If you are looking to work with a company that is professional in every step of the way, then look no further. I have already recommended them to my friends.

Waconah has done a major renovation of a 1941-era apartment building for me in Santa Monica - including outside and in. They were very responsive and did a great job. They met their time commitments and the final price was less than the estimate. The work was done to a high standard and they were very easy to work with.

I did a major ground up residential project with Waconah Construction. I met with a number of different contractors, but when I met Chris and David, I knew this was the team I was going with. These guys are fantastic to work with. They are knowledgeable, honest and care about the details of the project. Building is not a simple endeavor, and there were certainly scheduling challenges along the way...But the Waconah team handled every challenge with professionalism, and in the end, complete integrity. I highly recommend this team, and would work with them again in a second. Thank you to the entire organization. Our home is stunning and people stop to comment all day long.
