I asked Sal with DMD to come out to Sun City Palm Desert and check out my baseboard molding project. Sal came out and provided an estimate for the work providing a variety of molding styles to choose from. Sal was able to schedule me in quickly and completed the work. Sal Rodriguez is a true craftsman. Over the past 30 years have worked with many tradesman . He is as good as they come!He did a 1st rate job removing a window and installing an exterior steel door. Distinctive Mouldings and Doors has to be one of the most underrated companies in the valley. When my front door needed to be replaced, a friend referred me here and I’m as happy as can be. The entire project cost me much less than expected not to mention he actually saved me money by helping me pick the right door. The owner, Sal, was so knowledgeable in this field Which is understandable since he has over 20 years experience. Ended up calling him a couple months later to do the crown mounding in my home. If you are looking for a company that you can trust will do the right job, look no further.

Sal installed crown moulding throughout our entire vacation home in Indio, CA and we couldnt be more pleased with the result. He uses 16ft lengths of moulding to minimize the # of joints and every cut he did to fit around corners and/or cabinetry was precision perfect. I know hes been doing this a long time which is why hes so good at it. Hes also a very pleasant person and was both responsive and flexible to our needs. We liked him and his work so much that were having him install window sills for us next month! We highly recommend him!!

He took care of all the details, furnishing the hardware and matching the existing paint He and his crew were punctual, professional, worked quickly and left the jobsite immaculate. Crown Moulding was installed by Sal. He is extremely professional and the price was right. The painter I hired to follow pointed out to me that the cuts were done perfectly! Highly recommend!
