    Adam and Nash were great! They figured out a tricky problem with hiding wires in the ceiling above an older brick fireplace so I could put a TV on the mantle. Looks 100% professional! The small holes they had to cut can easily be patched. So so happy with Integra.

    We were very impressed with Travis professionalism and knowledge of the setup of our old home. He and Damon offered a comprehensive and thorough assessment, with several options to choose from. With the amount of work that needs to be done, we felt no pressure or coercion to make a quick decision, but were offered time to assess our finances to make a clear eyed decision. Even as Travis was called out for a fix of a problem, he completed it in a timely manor. Trust is a big hurdle for us, and we felt completely comfortable for them to be in our home!

    Adam L and Damon R came to our house two days before Christmas when we were concerned with popping sounds in our kitchen! They went above and beyond to make us feel safe, clearly explained our situation and didn’t make us feel pressured. We were able to make the best choice for our home that keeps us safe. I am very grateful they were our techs and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were incredibly sweet and kind to our very small curious pups!

    Very thorough and helpful service.We wanted to install a power supply to our gas fireplace so we can add a blower fan.Travis Boothroyd conducted a full complimentary review of our homes wiring as part of the service call.He explained what he saw with regards to the review and did his best to address our overall questions.Although we ended up not moving forward with the project (it was a nice to have feature we were interested in adding to our existing fireplace) we will be contacting Integra for our future electrical needs.

    Travis and Damon did a fabulous job and helped me with my electrical problem very fast. Dan and Nash did an excellent job of actually performing the work and had to endure the cold and wind to get a new pole up and running for me. I can’t praise these guys enough! Also Nash went above and beyond by staying here until Mid-American came to turn the power back on at the pole at 7 pm. Excellent work ethic!

    Travis goes above and beyond to do enough research (by opening switches, verifying ceiling access, etc.) to thoroughly understand what work is required and to make a plan for how to proceed. He used a checklist to verify the safety of every aspect of the electrical systems in the house. He recommended some changes needed to bring the house up to current code. He is very personable. I hope he ends up being assigned to do the work.

    I just had Integra Electrical replace the outdoor lights on my porch and garage.     Called for some outlets that stopped working and ended up needing a lot.. Travis, Dyllan, Dustin, and Sean were all really nice and helpful.     A huge shout out and thankful gratitude to Integra Electric field tech Travistravis was dispatched early in the week to repair my rooftop, attic solar fan.This was the second time the Motor has been replaced over the past 15 years.Unfortunately, this specific motor that was designed for the solar panel is no longer availableTravis and his dispatcher Jeremy spent an incredible amount of time researching and scouring to find A compatible motor.Fortunately, they found One through a vendor they use regularly.they requested the motor be expedited and shipped overnight. That did not happen. The vendor dropped the ball.Travis was exceptionally determined to complete the job By Friday afternoon.Travis went above and beyond any effort I’ve seen from any company. I’ve worked with over the past 20 years.Travis invested several hours Friday afternoon going to Multiple vendors throughout the metro area because he was determined to make good on his promise to meThe bad news is no one Locally could fill the order. The good news Is he found a vendor that will have one express shipped to Be here, Monday morning.I am beyond grateful to have worked with Travis over this past week.     My wife and I just recently bought a home that turned 110 years old this year. As you can imagine we almost immediately started having electrical issues. I called Integra and they were able to get me scheduled for an inspection within that same week. We have had poor experiences in the past with contracted workers but these guys professionalism is unmatched. Travis and Matt were both so friendly and greeted us with smiles at the door. They were very considerate while in our home and even took the time to greet my dog (who gets VERY nervous around strangers). They had answers for every question my wife and I threw at them and had me feeling very confident in the level of work Integra can provide us. At the end of the inspection they presented us with a detailed list of what they had found and 3-4 different packages to choose from. It felt like they were really working with us to get us taken care of without breaking our budget. I will definitely be recommending Integra to all my friends and family in the future.

    Adam from Integra Electrical came out to do an electrical inspection on my country ranch house which was built in 1941. He spent about 2-1/2 hours going through my living area, unfinished basement, attached garage, two outbuildings, outside electrical outlet and the box where the electric comes into my house. He tested outlets, inspected and took pictures of electrical panels, made copious notes and left me with a Home Safety Evaluation sheet which he explained in great detail. I was very impressed with his thoroughness! I definitely want Integra Electrical to do the extensive work needed on my house!

    Integra Electric (Adam Landolt) came to put an outlet in the basement and install a replacement under cabinet light. Adam is a true professional and provided me with a thorough explanation of other findings and updating needed for our electrical system.     I would highly reccomend Integra Electrical. We had a situation where we had no power and issues with the main electrical panel. Dylan came out at 5:30 in the evening within an hour of calling. I believe he was working with Adam. They stayed to review the situation and took the time to share all of our options and explain everything. A crew was available the next day to begin work. Dustin was the lead electrician and his crew of Greg and Alexander came to work. They were polite, kept us informed, and worked diligently for several days. If they ran across anything unexpected, they told us right away and offered options for solutions. They arrived and did exactly what and when they said they would. They has uniforms and we’re very professional at all times. Yet they were also personable and approachable. They worked closely with city inspectors and Midamerican energy to keep things moving and got our power up safely and quickly. We now have upgraded and more importantly safe electrical service. I would definitely use them again for my electrical needs. They really came through for this difficult situation

    Edit 8/1/24 Logan Hansen came out and did a safety evaluation, looked everything over, and made sure everything was correct and working as it should.EDIT: Integra came out and did a free service inspection on the work they did, Danny Gabel did an awesome job answering any questions we hadORIGINAL: We bought a house and the panel needed to be replaced and moved over because it was in an enclosed area and above a sump pump. They sent out David Wilson and he explained to my wife and I the options we could choose from and what he would choose if it was his family living in the house. We went with what he would choose and They came out 2 days later and got straight to work after all was said and done, they ended up using the old panel as a junction box which we were not aware of and installed the new panel and left. We called and explained what we wanted done and they sent out Daniel Carpenter. He came out and took out the old panel and used a junction box. I’d give Daniel, David, (another person came out, can’t remember who) 5 stars. Very friendly and will explain/answer any questions you have. If we have anything that needs repaired/replaced or installed we will go back with Integra. Would highly recommend their service.

    Being a first time home owner I was lost when it came to finding an electrician to help me with a breaker issue. I just happened to get a flyer from Integra Electrical in the mail and called and spoke with Jaime. Jaime scheduled me right away. Logan arrived on time and was so professional from the start. He was so respectful to me and my home. Daniel and Dyllan arrived and showed the same professionalism as soon as they entered my home. I was explained the process from the beginning of my service call to the end and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase services I didnt need. Daniel even returned the same day to install the surge protector I needed. I highly recommend Integra Electrical and I will use them again for any further electrical needs.

    I originally attempted to remove an existing light fixture and replace it with a ceiling fan on my own but ran into some difficulty when it came to the wiring. I gave Integra a call and they were able to come out the next day which completely exceeded my expectations. Our technician, ANgus, was AWESOME! He was punctual, personable, and extremely respectful of my house and my family. After seeing that the fan was assembled and the work was practically complete he was kind enough not to charge for a full fan installation and help us save some money. Angus was kind enough to explain where I went wrong and also provided a full house inspection of our breaker box. Incredible service and our fan is perfect!

From the beginning to placing the service inquiry to our completion of the project we were treated so professionally and kind.We are especially pleased with Daniel who came out to do the projects requested.He was extremely professional and very through in his work. He asked very good questions to familarize himself with what we needed and to properly understand our expectations. He definitely exceeded our expectations! He installed a new car charger in our garage as well as installing a new ceiling light in our dining room. He cleaned up the work areas as well as packaging up our older charger for us.     First, let me say I contemplated writing this for a long time. Integra has done a couple of jobs for me and I was initially extremely pleased with their work. At the time services were rendered I would have given them 5 stars. BUT.... We completely gutted our small house and had it completely rewired about 6-7 years ago and Integra did that rewiring job. We have one circuit in the kitchen that frequently trips, and it happens to be the one the refrigerator is on. Integra did a followup safety inspection about a year (?) ago. I told the technician about this. Yep, he said that too much was on that circuit and that receptacle should have been wired to its own circuit. The estimated cost to do that was $1,500. I told him Integra did the wiring but that made no difference. Integrity????? I dont mind paying a premium price if you get what you pay for, but in this case, I certainly dont feel that way.UPDATE: Integra did in fact contact me very shortly after the initial review was posted, as they said they would, andmade arrangements for a technician to come and check on the issue. They corrected the problem by taking the receptacle for the refrigerator and put it on a dedicated circuit and off the circuit that is supplying several other electrical users. EXTREMELY HAPPY and SATISFIED now. They did, in the end, stand behind their service. Now this is the 5 star service I eluded to in my initial review.UPDATE 6/6/24; Annual safety inspection was done today, and it just happened to be at a time when I was getting estimates for additional electric work done on the detached garage. I knew the wiring there was terrible, to put it mildly. So I asked if they could give me an estimate after the annual safety inspection. The technician(s) freely obliged. Logan, the tech, thoroughly assessed and put together several proposals and explained each package and what it would address. Two out of three serious issues I was aware of. The 3rd was pointed out to me. All three serious were addressed and explained, but NOT using any scare tactics, to make a sale. We WILL be using Integra for this project.

    This is my fifth 5 star review. Integra Electric offered to check smoke detectors and supply up to three free ones if needed. Logan checked the smoke detectors and also fixed a switch that had been malfunctioning. He made a suggestion about an upgrade to the electrical system. Like all technicians who have come to my home he was very thorough and courteous. Again, this was an example of the excellent customer service Integra Electric provides for its customers.

    We had an emergency need for an electrician and I chose them because of their good reviews. I feel really lucky that I did! They were awesome. They had to rewire our entire house and were incredible. They were so professional, always on time, friendly and kept us well informed of what was going on. I got a call every evening after the guys left to see if everything went okay and to check if we had any questions. They even installed a few upgraded lights for us and added a couple more outlets. The folks at Integra electric were responsive and courteous in sending aa technician out to examine the scope of the problem and give a quote.     Long story long, right from the start I was impressed by this company! I called at 4:45pm on a Thursday and explained my situation. The individual who answered the phone expedited my request and said a technician would be out in the morning! Morning comes and Daniel C. shows up. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent customer service, and was able to diagnose my issue and walk me through pricing. Moments later, Dustin O. and Aaron C. show up and get to work immediately! I cant say enough good things about these two individuals. They worked together and got the majority of the work done in a single day. I could tell they enjoyed what they do for a living! They also walked me through every step of the way (which I loved because it made me feel like they knew what they were talking about and it put my stress level way down)! Because I upgraded my electrical panel and meter, this turned out to be a bigger job than I had anticipated, however, I was not bothered by any of the technicians because they were all super friendly and knowledgeable! The job was finished in the next couple of days by Aiden H. and Aaron C. and again, I cannot say enough good things about these individuals. Their customer service was outstanding and their knowledge-base was super impressive. All 4 of the technicians that came out during this installation were young, but this is a prime example of why you should never judge a book by its cover. They may be young but their work was top notch and you can tell this company values their customers because it shows in the service they provide! After each day of work, the technicians cleaned up after themselves and made it look better than it looked before they came - thank you for that!!! I hope the owner(s) see this review and give great praise to Daniel, Dustin, Aaron & Aiden because they deserve it - you have great people working for you and I hope you recognize that!     Two different guys were out here, Angus and Johnny, and both were great! I called Integra about an estimate and they sent Angus out the next day. If I had been free, they’d have done the work the next day, but I wasn’t so they sent Johnny out the first day I said I was available, which was about a week later. All the work was done in one day. Both guys are super nice and did great work explaining stuff to me and knowing what I was trying to ask for when I didn’t know how to explain it. Pricing was about what I expected based on the research I did, on the lower end of the range I figured I’d be looking at so that was nice too. Definitely will be using them again as I have more projects coming up while updating my house.

    Integra electric came over with a 3 man crew, with Angus, Nick, and Kyle. Angus did a wonderful job with working on our home as an electrician.     Angus McPherson was the electrician who installed an outdoor outlet for me. He was clearly very passionate about his work and full of knowledge and had no trouble explaining what he was doing and why.When it came to discussing different payment options, he was very clear on why the prices were what they were and tried everything he could to make the job as cheap as possible.He was also very patient while I was trying to decide which option I wanted and it didnt bother him when I asked him about the prices multiple times while trying to decide which was best for my needs.As if thats not enough, I have 2 dogs, one of which is very energetic and despite my attempts to calm her, she was getting all up in Angus business. Instead of seeming disgusted or annoyed by this, he was very kind and patient while I tried to wrangle her up .As far as his work goes? The end result looked very neat and professional. I have steel siding, and I know working with that and being any bit precise is next to impossible, however he was able to make the cuts exactly where he needed and how he intended and everything appears to fit perfectly together.After he completed the job, he took extra steps to make sure any excess wires or materials were picked up and he cleaned up his trash.     Had Integra come out last week for a quote on rewiring my 100 year old house that desperately needed some electrical maintenance. Daniel came out on Friday and completed a full inspection, clearly presented the options provided through Integras services.On Monday morning Aaron and Dustin we at the house tearing into my boxes, and the job was completed on Thursday with a full upgrade of the exterior meter, interior panel, breakers, switches and outlets. It was completed in a timely manner, with sufficient communication on a day to day basis.Im generally a two or three quote kind of person but in this case I just pulled the trigger after considering the prices and the importance of the electrical work. And if something is acting up or done in a questionable manner I want to be able to trust that contractor is going to hold up their end of the bargain. In this case I dont regret pulling the trigger on Integra given the quality of the work I received and the timely manner it was completed.

    My experience with Integra is that they are a quality outfit to do business with. Every aspect was handled professionally whether it was the estimate scheduling or the work was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them and also will use them again.Our technician Jacob was very knowledgeable and professional about the way he did his job.     Called to have an outlet for a sump pump installed, as well as adding additional lights and outlets in my basement/porch. Integra sent Jon to our house quickly to assess our options, and were able to schedule our service right away. Dustin and Aiden were polite, thorough, and great about cleaning up after the work! I was especially impressed with the work they did to make the porch outlet look nice with the existing stucco surface. Thanks to all 3 for a great job!January 2021 update: we called Integra to complete several small jobs after our waterproofing was complete. Integra was able to have someone over the next day to quote the job, and sent Kyle at our earliest convenience to complete the work. A+ service from everyone!

    Our technician was Dustin Ober and he was amazing. We had called in regarding losing outlet functionality in a couple areas of the house, and we were scheduled an appointment and Dustin showed up. Dustin was actually continuing the work another technician had started, and he finished it flawlessly, he did not ask us any extra questions or show any displeasure over starting the work halfway. He explained the process of what he was going to do very well, and then completed his work and even cleaned up after himself. There was some furniture in the way to get to one of the outlets, and he moved it out and back to its place after he was finished. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had. He even showed us how to operate the newly installed breakers in our electrical panel. Overall 10/10 best service weve ever had. Thank you Dustin and Thank you Integra!

    Aiden Hunerdosse came over for a safety inspection and bid. He was very responsive and knowledgeable and polite. The quote he gave me I feel like was very fair. I feel very safe having Integra in my home and knowing whatever work that they do will be done right the first time.!     Needed a full house rewire. I work from home so i expected to have severe interruptions from work. They offered and brought a generator so I could continue to work when they had to cut the power. These guys went above and beyond. I could list off many qualities that were top notch (communication, consideration for the house, courtesy, etc). Very thankful to the full crew of guys who worked with us: Dustin, Josh, Darian, Luke, and Dakota. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you need electrical work.

    We contacted Integra Electrical for inquiry regarding pesky smoke detectors. They were extremely kind and professional and scheduled someone to inspect the following day! The technician was thorough and able to fix the problem as well as educate us on some additional updates to bring our home up to code. We had some additional electrical work that we had been wanting to do and was able to get a quote and work done promptly. Danny did an amazing job installing under/above cabinet lighting as well as outdoor spotlights for our basketball court and lawn for late night soccer training.     Integra Electrical services have been the best service provider in the business. They were timely in making the service appointment and provided me with reminders so I didnt forget. As they did their work, they let me know what was going on at each stage. I really appreciated that they called and let me know they were on their way. They were on time every time. When they did the work they did not invade the privacy of my home. Integra did a very large job for me and John came out and consulted me and provided me with multiple options. Daniel and Dustin provided the actual services and they went above and beyond to make it right and cause as little disruption as possible to our daily routine. Integra did everything including getting the permit for the work and arranging appointments with the power company and local inspectors. When it was finished Integra called us and did their own inspection on a different day which truly sets their organization apart. On the day of the final inspection Daniel asked to come out early just to make sure I did what I needed to and when I had Not done everything right he jumped to fixing it so that it was.     We had to get a new electrical meter installed after our outdated meter and line took damage from a falling tree in a tornado. Basil was pleasant to speak with on the phone and he got somebody out to our faraway house in good time. He also followed up before he left the office to see how things were going.Angus arrived and educated me on my options, the necessary repairs, and associated costs before ever starting work. No after-the-job-is-done surprise costs like Ive had from previous service workers. He proved pleasant and engaging company to converse with, on topics professional and personal, with a friendly but nonetheless professional bearing. Dustin arrived some time into the repairs with some necessary parts and helped Angus get the job finished. They stayed with us until the utility company came and connected to line back to the house, just to make sure we were all taken care of. I cant recommend Dustin and Angus enough for the quality of their work or good company. Well definitely be using Integra as much as possible going forward; it was an exemplary experience with them all around during a stressful post-tornado time.

    We had a GREAT experience with Integra electrical replacing our breaker panel, putting in a new outdoor meter, plus some extra work, switching out outlets etc... workers were on time both days they did work. And Kyle was really awesome to work with. :) a really nice guy that took the time to answer all our questions. They were also able to work us fairly quickly into their schedule on a Friday, when all other companies said they wouldnt be able to get to us until mid next week. Highly recommend. :) the company also seems to do a wonderful job communicating between its team members, as well as with the main office, which is really nice to see. :) thank-you!

    First of all, your reception person was extremely helpful and got me set up the next day. I can’t recall her name but she was awesome! Next Angus the tech who came out was punctual, friendly, and courteous (took shoes off, laid down rug, and put booties on), He was also knowledgeable and explained everything and diagnosed my problem quickly and offered several solutions. He then went to work and fixed my problem. He also upgraded our electrical panel to make our home safer. He made sure all my questions were answered. Angus was exceptional. Ben the owner, also called me back later on a question I forgot to ask Angus regarding a dimmer install. He went above and beyond to guide me through the entire install process. I highly recommend Integra Electric to anyone needing an electrical contractor!
