    Old AC unit died on me. They got me in asap and got me a quote and a whole brand new unit installed. The 2 service workers were easy to talk to and communicate with. Glad I can finally enjoy central air again and be up to code no thanks to previous owners. My dogs are gonna be happy not being so warm also !

    We finally after 40 years of owing our home decided to get a new furnace and air conditioner. We called Miller Plumbing & Heating and got a prompt reasonable estimate and they completed the job a few weeks later. The guys installing: Nathan & Travis were prompt, courteous and very professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail and cleaned up after themselves.     Great service from start to finish. Our sales rep Doug came to our home & educated us on our needs & answered our questions.We placed our order and within a few weeks installation was complete. We purchased a Trane Furnace, Air Conditioner and Whole House Air Filtration system. Our installers: Travis and Nathan did a great job. They were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.     I just met Ralph and Isaac from Miller Plumbing and heating. I live in a 174 year old building, and these gentlemen removed the last piece of cast iron pipe that remained. It was clogging up on the regular with rust flakes from the inner pipe walls. They did a great job and answered all of my questions. They even cleaned up after themselves. Water is running smoothly down the brand new drain 😎

    Millers installed my new gas forced furnace on October the 19th 2016, then on October 25 th 2018 my new Trane ductless-split heat pump and air handlers which was the first time in my home I had AC. There work was done fast, they cleaned up after they were done explained the operation of both systems to me. They are very nice people to deal with as I keep telling others. Travis Eckert was just to my home to do the yearly cleaning and inspection of both systems on Monday June the 29th again another great person to talk with. I have been very happy with both heating and cooling systems as they continue to work great. I do plan on in the very near future to upgrade my Trane cooling system to be able to cool and heat the other 3 rooms of my home and I will be calling Millers to do th ework.

    We had some sink and garbage disposal issues at our new home. We called Miller Plumbing for the issues. Ralph was our tech and was nothing less than pleasant. He was polite, and knowledgable, and was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. I recommend this company, and even more so, if you are lucky enough to get Ralph as your guy!

    I have used Miller Plumbing & Heating for years! All of their technicians have been courteous and extremely knowledgeable! I have several dogs and they have been great about working around them.     We had Owen out to our house for some bad smells coming from one of the sinks. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He also replaced a piece of pipe that was rotting/leaking in the garage. He was fantastic! I will be using Miller Plumbing and Heating for any future concerns.     I needed an AC/Heating specialist to upgrade my homes mini split system. I had 4 local companies come to my home and look at my set-up in order to give me a quote. Of all the companies that came out, Millers was the only one to talk with me about my various options, and even gave me some back story on the various AC manufacturers whos products they sell, and whether kt was worth spending the money on the name brand products. It was clear that they were knowledgeable, and would provide great customer service throughout installation, as well as down the road. During the installation they were very kind, and more than willing to answer questions. Post-installation there were a few simple issues I had, namely the routing of the hoses. They promptly came back to my home the next day to fix everything free of charge. I cant say anything negative about their operation, and will continue to go to them for any of AC/heating needs.

    Excellent customer service. I had scheduled an appointment, but a cancelation came about so serviceman was able to come earlier than expected. Serviceman worked quickly and explained what he was doing. Work area was left in a neat manner. I received bill several days later and felt the charge was very reasonable for the service provided. I will look to Miller Plumbing and Heating for all my home repair needs. They are an honest, highly skilled company.

    Our gas meter was struck by lightning causing a fire. I called Miller Plumbing the next day and they very promptly worked me into their schedule. Travis came and did all the prep work for the gas company despite some horrible conditions. He earned kudos from the guy from Peoples. The next day the gas was hooked up, but oddly we came home to find our relief valve on the hot water tank was leaking all over the floor. I called Miller Plumbing and Travis was there in no time.     Miller Plumbing & Heating is the best place in Indiana, PA! We had air conditioning installed a couple months ago and are very very pleased. The crew is wonderful, professional and efficient. Mr. Miller is such a nice gentleman. We felt 100% confident when we discussed our options for ductless air conditioning. You get the vibe right away that he cares about his customers. Currently, Travis came in today to install a new outside water faucet. Again, excellent work. Travis is very knowledgeable and a nice guy!     My parent’s furnace stopped working last week during the cold weather and ice storms that were blanketing the country. They have insurance through the gas company to cover furnace repairs and the repair company they contract with was terrible, which resulted in them having to stay in a hotel for 2 nights. When they finally showed up and replaced the motor, my parents felt very uncomfortable about if it had been installed properly. They called Miller Plumbing and Heating to come check things out and were thrilled with their professional and timely help. Levi came to their house and checked everything thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, kind and courteous to them and gave them the peace of mind they needed that everything was working properly. Jordan at the office was also kind and helpful when they called, as the prior company just gave them the run around when calling. They highly recommend Miller Plumbing and Heating for any needs.     This was the first time I used this service to have parts replaced on a kitchen faucet. Although it may seem like a small job, to me it was a big deal since this faucet is always in use. Brian Faber came as scheduled and was efficient in getting the job done. I made an appointment that same day for a heat pump estimate. I would recommend Miller Plumbing and Heating.

    We have been Miller Plumbing and Heating customers for years. They have done major and minor repairs for us from installing a new sink hoseand unclogging drains to being available 27/7 to come out and get our creaky old furnace going again in the dead of winter and even, once, on a holiday. When our waste pipe broke a few years back, they not only installed a new one within 48 hours, they sent us a bill for LESS than the estimate after the job didnt take as long as expected. The technicians are always courteous and helpful. Were getting a new furnace in the next month or so and there was not even a question that we would purchase it from Miller (no relation, btw).

They had to do it through a crawl space.Travis was very knowledgeable about our questions pertaining to shutting off the water and our boiler system. Also installed a water line for our ice maker.     Dave and Travis were fantastic! They initially took my call after hours when my hot water tank broke, scheduled me very quickly, arrived on time, had a new one installed in no time, AND it was less than I expected! She was happy to help with my dilemma by getting all information needed to ensure a compatible tank would be delivered. Brian arrived a half hour later, replaced the tank, and also added a new shut off valve with no inconvenience.
