    M&M installed a ceiling cassette/mini split in our home. We didn’t have a lot of options as we have a boiler system and wall & roof construction didn’t leave room for a wall mounted split.The experience was all very positive. Mark in sales was really helpful and made the decision process easy. Alex and Zack were the technicians that did the installation. They went the extra mile in every way.     Jeffrey arrived at the expected time. He did a annual inspection on our gas log fireplace and furnace. He was very courteous, easy to talk to and he was very knowledgeable.     Collin was great! On time, a friendly professional, expert on the technical aspects of my geo unit as well as the furnace. Very thorough and quick to explain what he was checking and the results. In addition, while here he identified and corrected an evaporator drainage problem that would have created a real mess when the humidifier is turned on the winter. I will request him in the future!

    I woke up to a flood in my basement from my washing a nine backing up. Not knowing who to call, I found M&M plumbing on internet. Jason was quick to respond and was here as fast as he could. They dug up our septic tank and with a camera discovered a blockage closer to the house. Using their machine to clear it I was able to have free flowing water again without backing up in basement. He worked quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend M&M plumbing from Indian River.

    1st time customer with M&M, who are absolutely stellar. We called after our ac unit stopped working and was making a buzzing sound. From the first call the staff was friendly and reliable. Within a few days a technician, Colin, arrived within the scheduled time and was able to diagnose the issue, explained the fix and pricing before moving forward. After the repair Colin mentioned that he took the liberty of cleaning out an abandoned birds nest in our unit, let us know that our unit is quite old [were 1st time home owners] and what to exspect down the road. We recieved email and text message notifications throughout the process keeping us informed the whole time. We will be using M&M for all our heating/cooling and plumbing issues that may occur.

    Always absolutely amazing customer service 👏. I called today around 245pm. Our furnace went out while we were on vacation, so we returned to a not so great surprise. Collin O was at our house extremely fast! He is super sweet and knowledgeable! He double checked everything to make sure carbon monoxide was not leaking anywhere ! They got us a part to make sure we have heat until our new furnace is picked out and installed. (Ours is a 89 model and had a good run). We highly recommend M&M .

    Per our job of 5/6/24... Collin was very pleasant and got the job done in less than an hour. After the job was completed, we asked what the bill would be, and he explained your new flat rate pricing system. We felt that $350.00 was an outrageous amount to charge for the materials needed, which was the replacement of one outside spicket, and the time it took to complete the job, less than an hour. We have always been very happy with your company and services, but your new flat rate pricing system is totally unfair for this type of small job.

    We are very pleased with Jason and Steve, poor Jason came out at 2 in the morning and replaced the thermostat, but the fan would not stop running so Steve came back and checked things out and told us that its not unusual for the fan to run all the time, because it was so cold. The pump outside does go on and off. I dont think I will ever understand this furnace. Both guys where great, thanks for being so patient with us seniors. We give you 5 stars

    I love M&M Plumbing and HVAC. I have installed 7 different HVAC systems in 5 different properties in the last 8 years using four different well respected contractors. M&M has been the best of all of them in terms of appropriateness of the selection, pricing, and service quality. They happily went through other options with me at my request and I finally decided on their initial recommendation. They are a very professional organization in terms of service notifications and administrative items. The service techs and installers are very friendly and cheerful, highly skilled and work efficiently. They politely answer all my questions, and I ask a ton of questions. Get your own quotes for sure, but I will share that out of the bids I received, the company in Alanson (I wont name names) was much more expensive. After the installation, M&M filled out and submitted all my warranty paperwork, and best of all, they helped me complete the PIEG coop heat pump rebate paperwork which will save me another about 10% on the mini-split system they just installed for me.

    The technician showed on time for an annual maintenance checkup of our baseboard heating system. Found out pressure was down a few lbs so he added some glycol. When looking for a leak in system which would account for reduced pressure a leaking valve wss found. Tim took pictures and explained the issue and corrosion around the value which could lead to a system failure and greater issues/expenses to fix. The system is only 3-4 yrs old and could be under warranty. Answered all our questions. Will be back within a week to install new part which might be covered by warranty. If not minimal cost to use. Very happy with our outcome and short wait time from making appt. too service call.
