    Very professional company, from initial consultation to final product. I had a very specific design in mind and they were able to bring it to life exactly like I wanted it. Damons work is of real high quality--we had flooring, spanish tiles and subway tiles that needed to be installed in a specific pattern and it came out beautifully. They talk your though the entire installation process to make sure things come out exactly like you want. The job site was also left clean everyday so it wasnt a bother to us at all. George was very professional throughout the process--from consultation to management and final review of the project. We splurged on this project and it was worth every penny. Id definitely recommend George and Damon for your project needs.

    The crew did a great job, removing the ceramic tile, the bathtub, the vanity and medicine cabinet. They installed a new vanity, new medicine cabinet, and a walk-in shower.They were meticulous and their job and cleaned up every day before they left. I was quite pleased and would recommend them to my friends.

    We recently hired Synchronous to manage the buildout of our warehouse and showroom. We have only had our initial meeting but I very am excited to work with George after he explained the process and put me at ease. I will add to this review once the building is built but I wanted to exclaim over the wonderful interaction we had and how he has put so much thought into our project!

    I had new facing installed on my fireplace by Synchronous. The man who did the install was very professional and did a beautiful job. The entire surround was cut to match perfectly as if it were cut in one piece. I am very pleased with the work and would certainly not hesitate to use this company again.

    My fiancé and I reached out to several contractors to get a quote on fixing work that had been done by a previous remodeling company. It was a significant amount of work and we got turned down by many other contractors. George came out the day of me contacting him. He was able to turn over a quote within a week - other contractors told me it would take them a month plus. Not only did he quote what we asked (which was only the addition and a stairwell), he quoted the basement, exterior, structural changes, etc. Then, he gave us advice for everything we have gone through. George went over and beyond anything we could have asked for. His professionalism, responsiveness, and caring personality was a much needed light in the dark situation we were put in.     From start to finish George was part of the process. Workers were hard working and respectful of my property. The job was completed within 3 days of what he told me (weather related issues). Lisa, in the office, communicated with me on a regular basis. She kept me updated as to what was going on. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable of my project impressed me. I would recommend them to anybody who asked. Of all the bids I received, George’s was in the middle of the pack. Well worth the extra money to get this kind of service.

    We recently had out kitchen counter, sink and faucet replaced and working with Lisa made it an enjoyable experience. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and was able to provide us with a way for us to save money on our sink and faucet. Their installer that put in our sink and faucet, Erik, was faced with a challenge he wasnt expecting, but handled it with a smile and was able to finish the job very quickly.     Where to even begin! From start to finish, George, the owner of Synchronous Construction has been an absolute life saver. After dealing with a tremendous amount of nonsense from multiple contractors and other construction management professionals that caused massive delays as well as being price gouged at every turn, George personally took the reigns of our multi staged project and we couldnt be happier. He revamped all of our proposals for labor, saved us a massive amount of money on materials (Both internal as well as finishing pieces), got our projects back on track time wise and was diligent and patient in explaining everything throughout the process. George is the epitome of a consummate professional. He is a master of his craft and industry and a gentleman to boot. I absolutely reccomend Synchronous Construction to any and everyone in need of a solid construction management team, no matter if its a small residential job or a massive multi faceted commercial project. Come to find out that you have multiple leaks and a cracked septic drain.SYNCHRONUS CONSTRUCTION made the process easy and understandable.     Damon took the lead on my job. He and his team did a beautiful job on my home renovations. I purchased a home that had been mostly flipped, but several projects were left undone. Damon designed and completed an entire section of my kitchen, created a new laundry room from a blank space, added lighting, replaced a deck, designed and implemented closet organizers, and touched up the entire house to turn it from a flip into our home. He worked with me to prioritize so that he could make my budget go as far as possible. I will be hiring him again in the spring to do some more projects. He and his crew were on time, meticulous, left no mess whatsoever, and got the job done on time. Hire this team and ask for Damon!!! You wll not be disappointed.

    Great company to hire for timely projects. They renovated my duplex faster than expected and on budget for labor. I bought most of the materials which gave me piece of mind that I wasn’t being overcharged. When there were questions, the staff was responsive and explained any issues to me and respected my decisions.

Very happy with work but have been waiting for about 4 months for a refund of $650 for specific work that was added to the contract (written in by hand) but was unable to be performed due to our inconsistent water pressure.

    Excellent work replacing a damaged driveway and installing curbing. Also poured a stamped concrete patio, with repair of a failing retaining wall.
