    JH Exteriors handled my home restoration following the hailstorm in May. They were very professional and expeditious in protecting the exterior of my home until the repairs were made.Within weeks the roofing was completed and recently the damaged siding was replaced. I am very satisfied with working with JH Exteriors.

    Insurance companies have become demonstrably worse in the past few years so it is a blessing to have a guy like Josh on your side, especially me a rookie to this whole insurance stuff, advising on how to deal with them. JH did a fantastic very high quality job with our roof, siding, and gutter replacement, not missing any details and Josh himself being very particular about the work being done and done correctly by the crews. Of course, the work looks great to boot, just looks so much better than the house we were living in before haha. Cant recommend enough!

    I had a small project where a piece of siding was blown off in a storm. I received a few quotes from other contractors that were obscene.. But Josh and team provided a very reasonable price! I was so thankful I found them. Not only did they do a great job (the piece matched almost exactly without me paying for color matching) but the communication was also top-notch! Highly recommend! I will use them again in the future!

    JH exteriors handled my insurance claim from start to finish. Got my roof replaced in a timely professional manner. Best of all I didn’t have to deal much with the insurance company. Thank you Josh for a great job. I also want to thank Heather who handled scheduling the delivery of the shingles and working around my schedule getting the install done.

    JH Exteriors installed new windows on our new home a few weeks ago, and we are impressed. The owner himself, Josh, and his employee Justin installed about 15 windows for us. The quality of their work was outstanding, I mean truly they look amazing. Josh was very easy to work with as well as his office Manager, Heather. Communication is key in doing any type of business and I always felt up to date and also knowledgeable on the best deals. After everything was said and done, Josh came over to double check everything because he truly cares about what he does, I can tell. In my opinion, you’d be hurting your future self not to do business with them!

    I could not be more pleased with JH Exteriors!JH Exteriors was one of three roofers I contacted for an estimate on a new roof on half of my house and two custom repairs. The repairs were for leaks that had been impossible for two other roofing companies to properly fix in the past.JH Exteriors’ initial estimate beat the competition by over $1,000. JH Exteriors took their service to the next level by working with me to find alternative solutions to save even more money. The staff was sensitive to the fact that I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs because they were not being covered by an insurance claim. Josh Hudson, the president of JH Exteriors, worked with me one-on-one to fine tune an estimate that fit my budget and needs. His level of personal attention made me feel like I was his only client.The crew at JH Exteriors was top-notch, too! They went out of their way to put in the extra work needed to fix the problem areas correctly. While working on the repairs, the crew discovered roof damage that was hidden by shoddy patch jobs done by past roofers. Addressing these newly discovered issues of course meant there would be additional time and materials needed. However, the crew knew it was work that could not be ignored. They willingly chose to work into the night to finish the job on time.JH Exteriors far exceeded my expectation with their outstanding customer service during final invoicing. Josh met me at my house on a holiday weekend to go over the additional costs associated with the surprise repairs. He took time to explain why additional repairs were needed. He went over the additional costs, and he answered all of my questions. Then he went out of his way to work with me on the final costs. I have never met a contractor more accommodating and committed to respecting a client’s budget.JH Exteriors provided exceptional service from their initial bid to their final invoice!     We recently had a fire at our home. Jh exteriors was quick to have Gary out at the home going over the damages. Gary even came back out days later to meet our insurance claims agent to make sure that went over smoothly. Everyone at this company has a friendly positive attitude and make sure to take as much pressure off of you when dealing with the insurance company. After it was all said and done Josh was able to get my whole exterior of my home replaced including front and back door for little out of my pocket. The quality of work done is exceptional as well, highly recommend!

    We worked with Josh a few weeks ago to get a new roof and our siding power washed. Not only did Josh work with our insurance and get us the best deal but he replaced a door and 2 outside window caps on our basement as well as power washing the house. Great customer service and wonderful crew that did a great job!

    Everything with JHE was wonderful. I was very skeptical about the entire roof replacement process because of “stories” on how long and tedious it can be. Josh walked us through step by step and from our first conversation to a new roof was only 3 weeks! He worked seemlessly with our insurance agency and had a very professional, quick, and thorough crew. Our roof looks beautiful and I would not recommend any other companies.

    Storm damage to my home resulted in what turned-out to be a huge undertaking. When everything was ‘said and done’, between what was covered by insurance and the upgrades we decided to have done at the same time, we ended-up replacing siding, soffit, fascia, the roof, doors & windows...While any job of this scope is going to have it’s issues, I’m very pleased with the work done by Josh and his crew(s) from JH Exteriors.I consider myself a ‘challenging’ customer, and I have high expectations in regards to customer service and quality of work.     Had a much needed roof replaced. Not only was the estimate fair, but the crew that did the work were awesome.. they did such an awesome job of cleaning after, I didnt even know I had a roof replaced. Have a couple more jobs lined up for them and cant wait to get them done by Josh and his crew.

    Josh was great. Explained everything well. Got back with us on our questions. Roof done in a day. Gutters done in an hour! Everything looks great! Crew cleaned up exceptionally well considering the amount of nails that come off an old roof lol. If you have roof damage from a storm or just need a new one give Josh a call.     We contacted JH Exteriors about replacing the gutters on a home we purchased. It was a foreclosure, and nearly everything needed work. From the get-go, I was really impressed by Travis, who came out to give us an estimate. While the estimate they gave was very slightly higher than the lowest we received, we chose them because of that first impression. He had come later in the evening, as best suited our schedules, yet he engaged in some friendly conversation even after hed taken all his notes. He didnt even rush off when the storm sirens sounded because we were still chatting.Im sure Ive never been such a troublesome customer as I feel I was for JH Exteriors, yet throughout our dealings everyone remained professional and courteous. First I asked that they hold off on the work until we could get some other work done. Then I asked that they have the work finished by a certain day for insurance purposes. When they came to do the job the scheduled morning, we didnt have our outside electrical outlets switched on, so they came back later that evening after we turned the breaker on and worked for several hours past a typical work days close to be sure the job could be completed by my imposed deadline. They showed up early the next day to finish the job, and again, the outlets werent working (turns out we had a loose wire), so they waited until the next day per my request so we could get that taken care of.After they had installed something like half of our gutters, we decided we wanted to use 6 gutters rather than 5 to better fit our 3x4 downspouts. I called Gary at 9:00pm (so sorry, again!) to see if there was any way we could change that tiny little detail...and still have it done by my imposed deadline. Im amazed he even answered that late, when I definitely should *not* have been calling. He was helpful and friendly throughout the whole conversation. Never once did I feel like he was frusturated that I was calling so late or wanting to make a change after theyd already begun the work. The first thing the next morning, Gary passed along my request to Travis and Josh (owner). I had the opportunity to speak with Josh as well, and I was impressed by his willingness to make last minute changes after a good portion of the work had already been done, while still meeting that very near deadline (I think at that point it may have been the same day!).Were very pleased with the final result. The gutters look great, and I truly appreciate all the work they did. I appeciate that Travis was an honest, patient, and friendly sales rep (if thats what I should call him), Gary was patient in explaining our options when we decided on a change, and Josh for his professional and business-like manner. Thank you, all, and Im sorry we were so much trouble!
