    Working with Castle Rock was a great experience. We were moving from across the country and were on a tight schedule. Josh was able to complete the home when we needed while not compromising quality. He has an amazing crew that made us feel very confident in our decision to purchase a home built by Castle Rock.

    Outstanding!! We purchased one of Castlerock’s homes and could not be happier! Josh was so easy to work with and he has been quick to respond to any of our concerns. Our home is absolutely beautiful with details we would not have thought of, all thanks to Josh. We had one issue with the grout after being in the home for a month, but Josh had someone over that week to address the problem. Brittany (in the office) has always been quick to respond and so polite, whenever we reached out to her during the process. After having such a positive experience with Castlerock, my husband and I would highly recommend!!

    Castle Rock built our home in 2018 and it was the Parade of Homes build for them that year. We have lived in it for a year now. Castle Rock does a great job putting a home together. The floorplan and the way they visualize the end product is very esthetic and pleasing. Josh Higley (Owner) is honest and kind and means well and has a good staff. The finish work is very high quality in the house. I am giving a rating of 4 stars because of a few factors. 1- The backfill on the home was done very poorly and has had to be redone several times and needs to be done again. 2- The warranty work was done timely by Joshs personal staff, but we had a very hard time getting his subcontractors back. In fact we are still waiting on two of them to return after months. 3- The water pressure is very poor in our home and we just installed a pressure booster which made a huge difference. This is something that should be addressed in a high end custom home. We waited until our warranty was expired to fix this. 4- The tile guy did a half-hearted job and we have had many problems with the grout cracking and chipping.I feel a 4 star review is very fair and accurate. In the world of construction and subcontractors I feel like there are very few 5 star performances. So many workers show up whenever they want to and take forever to get things done. Joshs warranty crew went above and beyond on the list to make our home the best it could be.So considering that, a 4 star review is a solid performance for the crew at Castle Rock.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very friendly and knowledgible! Their features online were great but after touring their spec home and finished customer homes, I was VERY impressed. It is hard to find this type of craftsmanship in new homes today as this company puts into the ones they have built. They were very attentive and not just during the sale and build but even after completion of the project. If I could buy 5 more I would!

    We had the opportunity to return to Idaho Falls after spending several years in Georgia. We looked and looked, then we visited the Castlerock home we now call home. It had all of the features and upgrades that we would have picked, had we built it ourselves.As with any new construction, issues often pop up after closing and weve appreciated Castlerocks prompt response and their continued high quality of work.
