    Great experience with BesTex for roofing service after a hailstorm came through our area. After a short back and forth with the sales rep/inspector we received some quotes in a few days, and while they werent the cheapest, the constant communication, setting of expectations, and quick responses made the choice a no brainer. The scheduled materials drop came the evening before the job started and the next morning, the crew and supervisor was onsite and made it happen. They did a great job with cleanup and the roof looks great.

    BesTex just replaced our roof and it looks amazing! Everyone we worked with was so kind and helpful, and their expertise made all the difference for us because we have never had to replace a roof before. They kept in touch throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the final result. The installation and cleanup went well also. I truly can’t say enough how awesome this process has been from the beginning! I would absolutely use BesTex again for any future needs and will recommend them to everyone I know!

    This is the first time I’ve had my roof replaced and could not be happier! They showed up on time and completed the job at record pace! I have seen others and known of others that had their roofs replaced and it took a lot longer than BesTex Solutions! They tore down and replaced the roof in 6 hrs start to finish! The clean up after and during the process was remarkable, you wouldn’t even know they had been there. They are also licensed which gives some piece of mind as well. They take great pride in the service they provide and will explain everything they are doing and will provide plenty of information for all the products they use. Highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs!

    I recently had BesTex complete a foundation inspection for a client of mine. This was my first time using them. I was disappointed with the initial lack of communication and some misunderstandings. Diane and Samantha were amazing at correcting this and making things right!Samantha is a huge asset to BesTex!     Where do I even start. From the gal in office, the guys who inspected our roof, the gal who came out while the insurance adjuster was here, the site manager, the men who tore the old roof off & put the new one down, to one of the owners 10 out of 10! I didnt have to deal with the insurance company at all, they literally took care of everything. During the process, we noticed some water damage to our ceiling. Bestex had someone come back out, inspect it and write up a report. Bestex is contacting my insure company for me! #1 Business!!

    Adam Smith was our representative from BesTex Solutions, and I cannot overstate what an excellent job he did. Adam had actually stopped by our house over a year ago previously, and had left such a great impression, he was top of mind after the April hail storm. He made sure to help oversee the insurance inspection, and communicated every step of the process. The actual roof installation process was timely and smooth, and Adam ensured he followed-up afterwards to confirm everything was completed to their high standards. Highly Recommend!!

    Jeff was amazing! He responded to our request for a quote right away. We had a tight timeline to have the roof replaced and Jeff was beyond helpful in making sure the roof replacement was completed before our house went on the market - even with rain delays! The roofing team was professional, courteous and made a point to make sure all debris was removed. The project manager was onsite to supervise and insure everything went off without a hitch!

    Justin was a great person to be in contact with for my job. I had hired a different roofer before them, and they were unable to fix the leak after multiple attempts. Justin made sure I was taken care of, and his team came and checked on their work during the first storm after they fixed it. I’m really really thrilled with their work, and will definitely use them again (although I hope I don’t need to)!

    We had hail damage on our roof in late summer 2023 and had been wondering who to call to have this fixed. Well, we didnt have to wait long until Adam Smith and Sabrina dropped by while I was doing yard work and asked if we wanted them to inspect our roof for hail damage. Adam inspected the roof while Sabrina and I chatted. They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and it turned out that we did have a lot of hail damage on our shingles. Long story short, we had BesTex give us a quote. Adam was the one that we worked with throughout the entire process. He is one of the most patient persons that I know; he explained every part of the process to us and he helped us with working with the insurance company, as well. He really made this process a lot smoother than we imagined and we appreciate his help tremendously. He was great.When they came out to replace the roof shingles, the crew was very respectful of our property. They worked hard and got it done in one day. The manager of the crew, Stephen Opferman was amazing, as well. He made sure we understood everything that was happening, he was on hand to fix issues that came up and he made sure that the yard was completely clean before the crew left. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BESTEX. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with every aspect of this project. THANK YOU!

    I was experiencing an issue with my homeowners insurance, because of the storm damage that I really wasn’t even aware of, I was being dropped by my new underwriter. I was in panic mode. I called BesTex and Westley, the project manager, came out to do an inspection. I indeed needed a complete shingle replacement. I explained the predicament I was in, he organized the speedy repair I was needing with the office, and within a week I had new upgraded shingles. The crew and the project manager were very polite and courteous. The crew worked very efficiently and completed my house in 4 1/2 hours, including a very good clean up job at the end of the work. Now I have to paint!

    Very satisfied with the work completed on our home by BesTex. The February Austin winter ice storm hit us hard and resulted in huge tree limbs on top of our home in addition to tree limbs covering our entire front and back yard. There was a lot of damage to our roof, siding, gutters, trim, etc. Rob with BesTex stopped by and offered help with moving some branches to clear the walkway into the house, but we declined as we needed to leave everything “as is” for the insurance adjuster to evaluate. Rob was helpful and let us know about BesTex and the services they offer, which included being present when the insurance adjuster was evaluating the damage for our claim. He knew a lot more about roof details than we did! We were so impressed with the new roof that we hired BesTex to complete additional much needed work to our home. Their expertise and craftsmanship was hands down the best we have seen. Their attention to detail and ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the outcome of the projects was greatly appreciated. I also have to mention working with Jodi at BesTex on our insurance claim was a pleasant experience as well. If you are looking for a good reputable contractor that you don’t have to babysit, call BesTex! You won’t regret it!

    Wow what an experience. From start to finish a very professional job. Chris explained the process and started the ball rolling with the insurance company. Everything went like clockwork.     My home was hit by the hailstorm that rolled through Georgetown so we reached out to Bestex. We were on a very tight timeline to get everything done and did not expect that it was possible to meet our deadlines. Chris came out and walked us through the process and got the team scheduled to do the work. Ive seen several BesTex signs in the neighborhood so I figured that they would not be able to come out for weeks but they got us scheduled the same week which was HUGE for us.I was very surprised to see the team arrived before sun-up and they were hard at work. They diligently prepped the area and laid tarps to avoid excess mess. Rene and Logan came to the door to introduce themselves and tell us what all was going on and what to expect over the next few days. They were very personable and did an awesome job of setting expectations. Every time I walked outside or looked out the window, the guys were hard at work. No standing around and chatting, no wasting time in the shade, these guys were getting after it. Everyone on the team was very polite, smiled and waved, and conscious of not leaving any excess mess.They worked from sun-up to sun-down the first day, and were back onsite before sun-up the next day to finish the job. The did a great job and the roof looks amazing.This company takes a customer-first approach and you dont see this very much now-a-days. I had several conversations with Rene and Logan and they are great guys. Logan did an awesome job of managing the team and helping out where he could. They went to great lengths to make sure that we were happy with everything and that our experience was top-notch. Way above and beyond what they had to do. We had a delivery to our house and they even helped us carry stuff inside.If you are trying to choose a company to work on your roof, it does not get any better than BesTex. There are many companies that will work on your roof but you will not find another company that provides the same experience as BesTex.     We had hail damage from the storm. Our insurance agent recommended BesTex. This contractor is excellent!! There were areas on our roof that were soft and could leak. 24 hours after the initial contact, they had tarp put on the roof to prevent any problems before repair.     First, thank you for getting us in and completed as quickly as you did, we appreciate it!Your Crew that worked on our job were amazing.My office window overlooks the guest house. What I saw was an extremely efficient team that obviously have worked together for an extended period of time. They really did move effortlessly through the install, as a team. They also did a great job of clean up and ensuring everything was in order. I think I picked up significantly more of my own debris with our magnetic rake than theirs.They also gave me a surprise.We have a small coop that we raise chicks in, we call it the Epsilon Gamma Gamma sorority house. It has been missing shingles longer that I can recall. Your crew, while waiting for the final button up, put some shingles on the bare spot. I really appreciate the extra mile they went on this. I was sitting on the pool deck on Saturday, it took me a second to register what was different on the EGG house. It was a nice surprise, we really appreciate it!

    Corey from BesTex came out quickly after a tornado came through the neighborhood, completed a thorough inspection, answered all of my questions and even installed an emergency tarp on our roof to keep things dry and safe.     Personable, responsible, quality work, trustworthyBesTex Solutions of AustinAfter Hurricane Ida 2021, many homes in LA were hit hard. Finding anyone to help you with roof issues was extremely difficult because so many needed help. Many out-of-town companies came in to help and BesTex Solutions was one of them. In our area, Westley with BesTex was giving an estimate for a customer. We saw the truck with all the decals advertising the work they did. It also showed that they were licensed and insured. That was important. We asked him if he could give us an estimate and he was able to do it at that time. We were surprised at how quick he fit us in. He looked at the pitch of the roof {which is quite steep} and he gave us an estimate and a time frame for tarping the roof. He professionally explained how the payment was to take place and how insurance would be used. He showed us the paperwork for their license and insurance and allowed me to take pictures for my records. Within 2 days, the roof was tarped.We felt so comfortable with them that we decided to use them to replace the roof. Each person along the way answered our questions in a prompt manner. We were very satisfied with their quality work. No mess was left behind.A few months later, it was found that I still had a leak. By this time, BesTex was not in our area anymore. I texted Adam Smith who had been my contact person through the roof process. He said, “You put your trust in us to handle this and we’ll see to it that you’re taken care of.” He spoke with the construction manager to see what they could do. A few days later, he let me know that they would come out and take care of it. My prayers were answered. Adam reminded me that we had a 2 year warranty on workmanship and they would make good on their word. A few weeks later, I got the message that they were coming to LA to take care of the problem. The job was completed.I am thankful to BesTex Solutions of Austin, Westley Heaney, Adam Smith, and all of the employees that made this process less difficult. We highly recommend BesTex Solutions of Austin!

    We had some roof damage from the tornado/straight line winds that came through Jarrell on Oct 24. We were checking out the damage the next morning when a BestTex Solutions truck came down our street, also surveying the damage.     I can’t say enough about Chris and the BesTex team. I have never given a review before but really wanted those in need of help to turn to this company. They arrived next day to help me out. I hadn’t even hired them and Chris was on the roof making sure everything was covered. Came back just to be at my home during insurance inspection just in case he was needed to answer any questions. I hadn’t even asked and still hadn’t even hired them yet.     BesTex Solutions put a new roof on my home in October 2020. This company was referred to me by a friend and former coworker who had used them recently. She has two gorgeous homes, so I knew that she was the kind of person who would only accept complete excellence. BesTex was great and totally professional from start to finish. Tyler Hull was my go-to person. He showed up when he said he would, offered to work with my insurance company, and was a complete professional. BesTex gave me the best price of any of the roofers that I got bids from. The crew showed up early on the scheduled day and finished that same day. They covered all shrubs and surrounding structures with tarps. And the clean-up afterward was amazing. BesTex also arranged to have my house trim touched up. We have all dealt with contractors who dont show up when they are supposed to or have contracts that look iffy, so when you work with a company as top notch as this one, you want to sing their praises! Logan, the project manager was super professional, and promised a completion date, and that the house and yard would be totally cleaned up afterward. I didnt believe either, but he was spot on. After a week of rain and wind, following our installation, I found ONE, one inch piece of that black paper on the ground. We have tons of dense landscaping and white paint, and I couldnt believe how clean they got it. I even had my eye on this one little piece of round metal that landed in a bush...because I knew it would be there when they were done. Nope. It was gone! The clean up after a dirty job like that is almost as important as our lovely new roof.

He even cleaned out my gutters for me while he was up there!     Bill was very helpful through the whole process- he helped to identify hail damage on our roof and gutters, worked with the insurance agent to get it covered, and helped to coordinate the shingle and gutter replacement. The crew that did the work was very professional, efficient, and capable. The new roof looks great, and they replaced all of the vents with new metal vents that also have a mesh to keep rodents out. They protected the plants around the house, and were even careful with our holiday lights. They did a thorough cleanup afterwards too, and walked around the house with me to point out the changes and improvements.BesTex was referred to me by multiple neighbors who were also happy with the quality of their work, and I am happy to add my recommendation.

    We want to share our wonderful experiences with Kindle Ladd and BesTex Solution. Two weeks ago, my first floor bathroom vent was dripping water after snow. With the recommendation of Next Door, we contacted the BesTex Solution. Kindle Ladd went above and beyond to help us to understand the mysterious leak: there is a small crack or hole on the side where the melting snow finds its way into the attic of the nearby bathroom ceiling. Much to my great surprise, he offered to help sealing up the areas with some caulk. It is free. I am super satisfied with his professional service and honesty. He is very courteous and extremely friendly. It is an amazing experience.
