    When we began our project we had some very basic ideas of what we wanted and we had some minor challenges with the existing layout. While other builders we spoke to focused on what they couldnt do, Miguel was completely focused on what could be done to accomplish what we had in mind. With his great attention to detail, creativity and ingenuity, he came up with a beautiful design that exceeded our expectations. Miguel is excellent at communication. He kept us well informed and worked closely with us throughout the project. His crews are true craftsmen who go above and beyond to do a beautiful job. Not only do they do beautiful and quality work, they also spent time at the end of each day to completely clean up the space before leaving. We could not be happier with the complete transformation of our backyard thanks to Miguel and his team. We highly recommend Austin Yard Builder and will be reaching out to them for projects in the future.

    We recently had the pleasure of working with Justin and Miguel on a backyard renovation project, and we are thrilled with the results. The team was professional, responsive, and skilled throughout the entire process.First, the team took the time to understand our requirements for the space and provided helpful suggestions and design ideas. They were patient and thorough, answering all of our questions and concerns along the way.Once we finalized the design, the construction phase began.     Miguel is the easiest, most professional contractor Ive dealt with. He worked with me, travelling to multiple rock vendors to pick the perfect flagstone for our 1000 square foot patio. His team worked through the hottest week of the summer to get the job done, and yet, no shortcuts were taken. Ill be calling him for my next project.

    Miguel and his men have now done 3 projects for us--a retaining wall, a rock garden with a ground cover that will *actually* keep the weeds away, and, most recently, a limestone wall to box the mulch for our playground. His prices have always been fair and reasonable each time, and they have always done such a great job. Will definitely be calling Austin Yard Builder for future projects.

    Great experience! They added over 300sf to our small existing concrete patio. They removed an old wooden deck and we started over to create a larger patio. Using all concrete with beautiful pavers, covered pergula with polygal panels. They built 2 stone bartop sections along with rounded corner steps. They are very easy to work with and the projected evolved from a small vision at the start. Miguel was so patient and worked with us the entire project. This group gets it done! We love our new extended house! They put in new landscaping stone walls in our our front yard that look fantastic also. Definitely will use them again on future projects!!Becky V

    Miguel and his team are amazing, he and his crew never cease to amaze me. I refer all my friends and family to him. His team has completed two jobs for me, one required masonry the other was burying my gutter overflow so it didn’t collect near my house and under my fence. He is a true professional and by far the most reasonably priced. Miguel will advise me to get the end result I’m looking for. His crew is clean and friendly. They show up on time and consistently produce spectacular work. I will most definitely call him again for my next project. He’s responsive, produces high quality work that stands the test of time and clearly takes pride in what he does. The hype is real, call or text Miguel he is the best.

    We needed two short columns repaired on my house and had called around to several masonry contractors. Either they didnt have the time or the job was too small. We finally contacted Miguel by phone and he asked me to send him pictures of the job we needed done. He got back with us quickly with a reasonable price. His team showed up Saturday morning at around 9 am and was done by 11 am. His team did a fantastic job. They were professional and paid attention to detail. We are thoroughly satisfied with Miguel and his team and will use them in the future as well as recommend him to others in need of his services.

    Miguel and Justin were so easy to work with. They quoted us for a backyard excavation and also a very large retaining wall with a pavers patio. It all came out according to plan.     I cannot recommend Miguel and his crew from Austin Yard enough; they completed my job in a timely and accurate manner. The job site was cleaned every day and his entire team were absolute professionals and very polite. I have already received several inquiries from people in my neighborhood because his work looks so good. Please look no further for another mason, Miguel can be trusted to do an incredible job. It can be very difficult to find someone who does good, fair and reliable work and I am so happy that I found Miguel and Austin Yard!

    We contacted Miguel as well as several other companies to extend our patio and add a pergola. A few didnt even bother to call me back. Miguel was quick to respond, provided a quick turnaround time with his estimate and was willing to work with us regarding our budget. Once we agreed on the price he was able to start in a few days, he and his crew always showed up as promised, worked from about 7:30 AM to 6ish PM every day and his communication was outstanding. The finished product was amazing! He ended up doing more detail and effort then I thought of. His ideas were exactly what we had in mind and now that the project is over we could not thing of one single complaint. We highly recommend Miguel and his crew for any masonry and pergola work as we could not have asked for a better product combined with his competitive pricing.

    Miguel took about 10 minutes to look at my yard, draw on a piece of paper an example of what I wanted done, and emailed me a 3D image that night, showing what my new patio/pergola would look like and measurements.     We are so pleased that we chose Austin Yard Builders to redo our walkway and flowerbed! They were able to create the design I really wanted for a very reasonable price. The original path to the house laid by the builder was basic concrete; it had settled in some spots and wasn’t draining properly. Since my father uses a wheelchair, we needed a path that was very even and more accessible. Miguel and his team were able to do a curving brick path that slopes from our doorway down to the sidewalk, which has held up well and drains properly. It was a huge upgrade to the house’s appearance and accessibility. I really can’t recommend them enough!

    When I first moved into my new home I had Miguel come out and do an estimate on our patio. At the time it wasnt within my budget to afford anyone to build a patio for me. I decided to do a DIY project. My patio was uneven and I used polysand for the spaces between the rocks. This did not work and the sand was making a mess. The dogs kept tracking the sand into the house. This is really hard work and takes some skill to do. I decided that I was going to get someone to fix my patio. Miguel came out and started working right away. He also put in a fire pit to replace the one I had made. I realize that its not worth trying to save a buck when it comes to your backyard. His design and creativity shows he is talented in what he does. Miguels team was respectful, courteous, and they work hard. Im grateful for Miguel and his team. I would recommend him for any backyard work.

    Miguel Rosas and his crew were GREAT. It was a small job, but they were super responsive and professional. I needed to replace our house numbers, because they might as well have not been there. In a couple of texts I described the monument I wanted, and they came out and in a day built something which looks even better than I imagined. They also installed the new house numbers for me, and took away the old pile of rocks with the old numbers on it. Now anyone coming here can find my address, and it blends in perfectly with our house and the neighborhood.I have no hesitation in recommending Austin Yard Builder, and the next time I have any masonry work to do, Miguel will be my first call.

    I have never dealt with such a professional, courteous and talented group of artisans. Miguel and his crew took our design and made it even better than we had hoped for. He was honest and and attended to every detail and concern we had. He and his masons put in a fairly complicated garden design. We were so pleased that we asked them to also put in our outdoor kitchen. ( as you will see in the picture, we are to add the doors.). His pricing was extremely fair for the work they did. They were very concerned for our neighbors and made sure the sight was cleaned up every day before they left. I highly recommend Austin Yardbuilders and am so thankful to have found them.

    Miguel was awesome. He went above and beyond his scope of work. Helped me out in an emergency thanks to the HOA telling me I had to move my outdoor kitchen. He has done 2 projects for me now and both times he was great. Fair price and is always up front with you. Highly recommended.

    We had a car tko our mailbox. These guys did a great job in doing what they said they would do. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job with the installation as well as the clean up. As well within the time he said it would take to complete. Quality and craftsmanship were second to none. These guys take pride in their work. Rare these days. Definitely recommend these guys for rock work needs.

    Miguel and his crew just completed a large outdoor kitchen project for us. From the time he came to bid the job, I got the feeling he would work hard on our project and give us a fair price. He never let me down. They installed 1,000 SF of all natural stone that we had collected on our property over the last few years. The results were incredible. They are artists with stone. I would recommend Miguel for any project that needs quality masonry at reasonable prices.

    Miguel responded quickly to my phone calls. He made sure that my yard was cleaned up after the job. The finished patio looked great! The price he quoted me was by no means out of this world. It was well worth it and Ill have no problems calling him back again for our next project.     We had a major problem with a prior contractor that laid a masonry flower bed wall so poorly it fell over in the first week! I called Miguel and he was able to fix it within days of providing a fair estimate. We could not be happier with his work! In fact, every time I pull up to my house, the wall looks like it was always there. Miguels communication is A+ and his crew(s) are true craftsman. Highly Recommended!!!

    Miguel Rosas and his team at Austin Yard Builders built an outdoor living space next to our pool and created a xeriscape bed for us. We are extremely pleased with the results. Miguel has great attention to detail and an eye for design. The outdoor kitchen and fireplace are exactly what we wanted, and he had great ideas for the plant bed. It all exceeded our expectations! He responded quickly to calls and emails and kept us informed about the progress along the way.
