Finished a complete tear out remodel of our kitchen and first floor flooring last month. Couldnt be happier! The crew was excellent and timely. All costs and anything that would be extra was explained up front. We had some unexpected changes due to the age and character of our house, and Rick and team rolled right through efficiently. We LOVE the finished product! It has made our home completely different and our kitchen is inviting! We have more projects planning right now. Will use Pristera Construction again!

Pristera Construction Services offers a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Working with Rick, the owner, was an outstanding experience from start to finish with our kitchen remodel! He was personable and knowledgeable and took the time to listen and offer helpful ideas. He provided a detailed quote that was easy to understand and was willing to work with our budget. During the project, he would frequently stop by to check on progress and was accessible and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. Anytime something unexpected came up, which is inevitable with remodeling, Rick worked to find an acceptable solution. Kenn, the crew lead, was also friendly and great to work with. All the guys worked fast and efficiently and the project was completed during the promised time frame. One of the things that most impressed us about Rick was that you could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right, not just moving onto the next project. It was a pleasure to work with someone who took such pride in their work, and we will continue to enthusiastically recommend Pristera Construction Services without hesitation.

Rick and his team, including the crew lead Kenn, did a great job on our home remodel. Rick was very responsive and personable throughout the entire process. The crew re-carpeted and painted our outdated basement, re-did the hardwood floors throughout our first floor, knocked down a couple walls to expand our first floor living space, and installed a kitchen island - a major project that turned out beautiful. We would recommend Pristera Construction for any home reno needs!

I recently did my kitchen remodeling with Pristera constructions, I would say one of the best experience to have worked with a contracting service. Rick Pristera who is the owner of the company, is not only a responsible, honest and knowledgeable person but also a kind, hard working and knowledgeable person who guides us all along the way with a lot of patience. The whole team has a positive attitude and making the impossible work possible capacity. It took 5 weeks to remodel our whole kitchen and believe me there was not a single time we had any arguments or had to face disappointments. Rick and his team made sure we are taken care of and are listened to. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to remodel their space. Keep up the great work Pristera team!

We hired Pristera after interviewing 4 firms. From the first impression to the final result, we are impressed with Rick’s listening skills, receptivity, flexibility, knowledge and professionalism. The main team we saw, Antonio and Moises, were exceptionally polite, neat and easy to have in our home. They fielded questions, made adjustments and completed each aspect of the job and more with creativity and dedication.The additional pros, Paul the plumber and Mitch the electrician, were highly skilled, focussed and personable. Our master bath is now completed, and every inch is functional and beautiful!
