I called them on a Saturday morning and they sent out a plumber within the hour to repair a gas leak. Gladstone Plumbing Co also found that the gas line was not installed properly and made both repairs in the same trip. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Gladstone Plumbing Co again.

I had a home warranty for the first year after I bought my house, but the contractors would assign for things were not very consistent in quality or timeliness. Gladstone Plumbing Co has been great on both of those counts. They arent the cheapest option but they show up and get things done and the technicians really seem to know their job well.

A plumber from Gladstone Plumbing Co came out today to try to unclog the bathtub drain. It took literally 15 mins and he was done. Problem fixed.His charges were very fair and he cleaned up after he was done. This is my first time using this company and I would definitely use them again.

My water heater gave out New Years weekend. I called a number of companies and none of them would come to fix it before the following Tuesday. I called James at Gladstone Plumbing Co and he came out and installed a new water heater within a few hours. I will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Our sewer line burst up and created a flood in my basement. James the tech correctly examined a cracked main sewer line in the house and recommend it be replaced. Sure enough when he got the line removed which was not easy since it was behind a wall it had a large crack in it and very rusted out. James and his associate replaced it and did other related work the next day. James was very knowledgeable and professional. I will use him again and recommend Gladstone Plumbing to my friends and neighbors for sure.

Excellent service and reasonable costs from this company. They are honest and will not try to over charge like some others. Very pleased with the work done today and would recommend them to anyone. They were happy to answer my questions prior to the visit as I was attempting to fix the issue myself. But for the cost, they are worth it!
