Cisney & O’Donnell was the only contractor we contacted because of previous projectsand reviews. We wanted to have a washer/dryer installed in an upstairs closet. The closet needed to be enlarged, plumbing and electricity needed to be installed. To install plumbing ceilings and walls had to be cut through to the pipes. Our questions were always answered and we were kept informed. Upon completion we could not find a seam of connecting drywall and our paint was matched perfectly. The project lasted a few days over a week and the price was reasonable. We give Cisney 10 out of 5 stars!

Our family had our pool installed several years ago by Cisney and ODonnell. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and services. They are prompt with responses to any questions/concerns and always helpful and polite!

I am very pleased with everything that was done in my home. I couldn’t be more pleased with how well added steps match the existing flooring. Tile repair work is gorgeous, Safety grab bars are working very well. Exterior work on home and garage looks great. Jason Raedle was very responsive and Denny Cisney, Sr. checked often on the projects. Marty, Mason, Doug and Logan were extremely polite and conscientious workers while in my home.

Cisney and ODonnell worked with us completely renovating an outdated and neglected home. The design services were essential in converting a dark, outdated and claustrophobic kitchen into a bright, open, modern kitchen. A decaying sunroom was brought back to life with new windows, doors, siding, and roof. A dreary carport was replaced with a new garage. The design of the garage fits perfectly with the existing architecture of the home. Since moving into the home six months ago, our neighbors have stopped to comment on the fantastic job of renovations done to the home. Included are before and after photos with the new kitchen island.

Cisney & ODonnell designed and built an addition for us with a 3/4 bath/first floor laundry, a four season room, covered entry door with TimberTech landing and steps, and a detached 2-1/2 car garage. They provided several design alternatives and did a very creative job in blending the addition into the existing structure. This is the second project they did for us (a two bedroom, full bath, and deck addition on a different house). They promised at the beginning of design that the job would be done by Thanksgiving and, despite some weather delays, they finished as promised. They were very professional and respectful of our input. I feel that one sign of a top notch contractor is how they solve problems as they arise - and we can say that they responded seriously to every issue that we raised and provided good solutions that met with our approval, without affecting the budget. Communication was excellent. They provided an initial detailed schedule, scheduled regular progress meetings, and let us know each day who would be working. It was a very good experience and we highly recommend Cisney & ODonnell.

Weve had two excellent experiences with Cisney & ODonnell providing renovations to our home. Theyre very professional and provide a clear, easy to understand contract and schedule of work. Their workers are extremely skilled and experienced - they can fix just about any issue they run into! I highly recommend C&OD!

Cisney & ODonnell were professional from the start when they came out to listen to what we needed. They hit the nail on the head with their design. They met our needs. They used top notched tradesmen for the construction. We had job meetings throughout the construction. There were no surprises. Any time we had questions, we asked and they answered. I would definitely recommend them for your next job.

We chose Cisney & O’Donnell Builders and Remodelers to refinish our home’s basement and could not be happier. From the start they were very realistic about expectations regarding quotes, timelines, design, etc. We met with the team multiple times to discuss the project and they made sure all details were in place before officially starting on the renovations. Once the project started, their group has been professional, very easy to communicate with, and friendly. There were multiple check-ins throughout the process which gave everyone opportunity to discuss how things were going which was appreciated. Our project is just about finished up- which included a living room area with wet bar, new bathroom & shower, exercise room, storage area, and an additional hang-out space. We cannot be more impressed with the quality of their work. Every member of the team was fantastic to work with. The end product is everything we envisioned and more. We are so thrilled to have this extra space to live in, enjoy, and make memories with the family for many years to come!

Cisney & ODonnell has replaced windows, doors and a roof at our house. Just excellent service all the way around! The Sunrise windows installed flip open so I can clean them easily. Much more energy efficient too.
