Bought a new (to me) home and had a laundry list of things that needed help. Sid was very realistic with me about what he could do and what to expect in the future. He quoted me a reasonable price and time frame then got everything done quicker and cheaper. The other man who came to clear a drain (whose name I can’t remember, I’m so sorry!) cleaned the area better than I had before the work & he gave tips for healthy drainage! Both men were very respectful of me, my time, and my money.

Very fast, very professional, fair prices and will come out asap if you need them to. Owner is a no bs type of guy, but knows his crew and plumbing, and gets it done. Office staff is friendly and was able process my card over the phone and emailed receipt the next business day as it was a Sunday emergency after hours call. I would definitely use them and recommend to anyone. Called literally 12 other places that came up when I googled emergency plumber near me....trying to find someone Ben was the only company that picked up the phone and it wasnt some call service center in Kansas, guy was at my house within the hour and both times ( I had another issue a few months after). Great guys use them.

We had a Union Plumber came out on Dec.6 and were doing the so-called work on our drain, charging us $209 for the work that wasnt done right. Since then, our basement sink keep backing up and were getting fed up with it so I decided to get a second opinion by calling this Ben Manis Plumbing company and he came out today to look at it. Well, this guy got it clear and made it much better. Thank God for the Ben Manis Plumber company for being honest and fair. I highly recommend this business and keep them in mind in the near future if we have any problem with plumbing. Keep up the good work.

Had a clog in my sewer pipe. Multiple companies came out and tried to charge me anywhere from 650 to snake my drain, to 9,500 to replace the line. Called Ben Manis on a Sunday and Brian was here within an hour and had the drain clear! Cant complain with anything! Great price, professional company!!!

As a Realtor I sold a house to a young couple, where the seller was supposed to remedy the water pressure. After settlement, the water pressure was still low so I sent Ben Manis over. Ben found that the water meter was missing! The home inspector and sellers plumber both missed it. Needless to say, the water authority was there within 20 minutes to install a meter. If it werent for Ben, the buyers could have been sold a $1500 water pressure system and would have possibly faced fines and back bills when the water department finally caught up. Honesty, integrity and attention to detail are hard to find. No one is perfect but Manis Plumbing is the best there is.

Whoever schedules the workers needs an appraisal. Twice employees were sent to my house without an appointment. The first time I was at work. I was told the office would call to reschedule. No one ever did follow up. The second time John rang my doorbell at 8:30am without any notice. However, John was a delight. Professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my drain issue and gave me tips on how to prevent a future problem. Overall, Techs are skilled and knowledgeable. Front office employees need improvement.

We use Ben Manis for plumbing needs at my work. They communicate every step of the way and never leave us out of the loop. Unlike most plumbers where you have to wait hours or even day, ben manis is usually out within an hour of us calling. They have fair prices that beat other local competitors too!
